• Fionnuala (8/5): Greta value for money and comfy bed - Great sized bedroom, really comfy bed with huge bed and really nice linen and air con. Good space in the kitchen. Really good value for money and a lovely street. Slightly confusing check in process, the woman didn’t speak any English but we got there in the end. Slightly noisy but nothing crazy.

• Dwyer (7/5): - Stayed in 2 different rooms. The 2nd room I stayed in was very nice clean and spacious The room on the ground floor that I stayed in didn't have enough natural sunlight and was too dusty
• Lucy (7/5): Good value for money, location was okay, loud noises from neighbours at night. Considering the above, I’d still say here - Good value for money and a good basic stay! Clean Loud neighbours with lots of banging and loud noises from apartments above after 11pm.

• Natalie (8/5): Lovely space in Thao Dien - Comfy bed with washing machine, friendly staff that fitted a mosquito net as one of the windows was lodged open, also came with mosquito light and good air on No natural light in our ground floor apartment, window lodged open so mosquitos came in - but this was fixed quickly
• Nicola (10/5): Fully equipped and spacious place - Everything was just perfect. Great size space, fully equipped - I only stayed for 1 night but could have happily stayed for a couple of weeks! There was a few noisy neighbors and I’m not sure but it sounded like train announcements were being made a some point… nothing a pair of earplugs couldn’t fix though

Not a tourist area but it's an area with expatriate The staff is very supportive. I feel like home. Perhaps not the best place if you want to visit tourist area in district 1. The distance and grab fee can be at the higher end (150k dong) from district 1. Perhaps, can consider having curtain at the window between the living room and bedroom.
