• Ferrari (9/5): Madrid in cuatro dias - Tenerlo todo a mano: desde los restaurantes y el supermercado hasta la estación de metro. El apartamento es, en cualquier caso, muy bonito, limpio, cómodo y con todas las comodidades necesarias para una estancia excelente. Un poco demasiado lejos del centro. Casi una hora cada día entre ida y vuelta desde el centro de la ciudad hasta el apartamento.
• IVO (10/5): - Easy check-in, key-less access to the property and apartment, very good location (just 2 mins. to the underground, supermarket, etc.), very simple and quick communication via Whatssapp with the property. Nice equipped and modern apartment. Arrival at the airport at 11 p.m., transport arranged by the property. For the cost of the transport the driver might communicate in English (via whatsapp only a strictly in Spanish), also took extra minutes at night to find him at the airport.

The apartment was spotless, spacious, and very well set up with everything we needed. Being on the top floor was great, and the little balcony was a lovely bonus. What stood out most was how unbelievably quiet it was — despite being in Madrid, there was absolutely no city noise at all, which made it perfect for relaxing and sleeping. The blackout shutters were brilliant too, making the room completely dark at night for a really comfortable sleep. Would happily stay here again. nothing to report

Nice cleaning girl, thourough in her job. Neighbourhood has most shops needed close by. Inpersonal service, expensive, 20-30 minutes far from center, dusty walls, ceilings, skirting boards and upholstries. Only one cleaning per 8 days included, which was not clearly comunicated from the beginning. Uncomfortable sofa bed (thin, bulgy materess). Lacks system for and info about recycling of paper and glass. Area not very charming for tourists, but works. Good pizza on the big square behind Mercadona.
• Daniel (10/5): Comoda - Apartamento espacioso y moderno con todo tioo de cosas necesarias , camas muy comodas, y en una calle muy tranquila, con un parking de pago bastante barato a 3 minutos (de jueves a sabado 28€ ) el paseo de la castellana al lado para dar un paseo al centro (50min viendo madrid) tienes metro cerca tambien y taxis por 9€ al centro. Todo cumplia segun lo esperado

Bagno moderno e abbastanza spazioso acqua calda con pressione ottima. Metterei una spugna in più per la cucina e per il bagno e un detergente sgrassatore per pulire basicamente, noi ci siamo trattenuti 5 giorni e cenando tutte le sere a casa con un bimbo ho dovuto acquistarle.

• Quentin (10/5): - Ce fut la quatrième fois que je sejournais dans cet établissement toujours avec le même plaisir : un appartement bien équipé et de qualité, situé dans un quartier calme la nuit mais à proximité de la L1 permettant d'être en centre ville en moins de 15 minutes. Le personnel que ce soit de ménage ou de technique répond à toute sollicitation et est même proactif (problème de literie mineur dont j'ai été prévenue avant même d'arriver et qui a été résolu dès le lendemain).

El señor que se encarga del edificio creo tambien muy amable y me dejó un calefactor y una estufa. Porque yo no entendía el aire acondicionado y l me explicó y funcionó.Tambien me explicó el funcionamiento de la placa de inducción y la lavadora un señor encantador.Me encantó la señora de la limpieza creo que se llama kateri( la de la salida ) que le pedí disculpa por dejar tla basura era poca . Ella fue la que me dijo donde estaban los contenedores. Para la próxima vez. Yo sacaba todos los días la basura . La ponía en otros en la calle. En conclusión recomendables. Darío las gracias a todos. Lo que no me gustó es que la ventana de la habitación no la puedes abrir porque la colinda con otra vivienda.. Estamos en tiempo de frío pero en verano . Le pondría unas rejas de afuera hacia adentro dejando el espacio .Otra sugerencia que el baño necesite unos colgadores para la ropa cuando sale de la ducha y toallas .aparte de los que están .

• Marie (8/5): This is a good value for a comfortable stay, not in the city central but accessible via train. - The apartment was nicely located, walking distance from the train and the Bernabeu soccer stadium. It fit our needs and we were comfortable with the size as a family of four. It is in a quaint working neighborhood so nothing flashy but had everything we needed from delicious restaurants, pharmacies and grocery stores for essentials. We had a nice view of the street :) We were on the first floor and the front door made a loud noise but not too late into the night. We also needed to space out our showers or else someone got a cold shower.

• Miguel (9/5): Gleicher Preis und mehr bequem als ein Hotel - Gutes WLAN, ob es kein Personal am Ort gibt war die Kommunikation über WhatsApp sehr gut und alle Fragen wurden schnell geantwortet. Es gibt Supermärkte, Cafes und Restaurants in der Nähe und immerhin ist die Lage absolut ruhig. Die Stühle am Esstisch waren Textil Überdeckt und absolut schmutzig, sie sollen renoviert werden. Es gibt in der Wohnung Platz für ein grösseres Sofa.
• David (10/5): Un apartament molt ben equipat i comfortable per fer una estada completa a Madrid - La cuina de l'apartament està completament equipada i compta amb cafè, infusions, sucre, sal i oli. És un bon detall perquè no et cal comprar un envàs de cada cosa que després no acabaràs gastant. Molt útil el rentavaixelles i la rentadora. La localització és excel·lent: tens la parada de metro a 5' caminant (Valdeacederas) que et porta directament al centre de Madrid. A més el barri compta amb supermercats i cafeteries ben pròximes a l'apartament.

The efficiency and cleanliness of the place. Extremely spacious and felt like home away from home. The property management team was very accommodating and I really appreciated that especially traveling with a toddler.

• Nontsikelelo (8/5): Easy and convenient - I like the responsiveness of the staff to solve the problems I was facing with the heating. They followed up and also offered alternatives. The checking in is easy and quick. Easy access to the metro, buses, and shops. 15-20 minutes to IE University which a BIG plus. The room is cold and the heating took a long time to get to a comfortable temperature.
• Raquel (5/5): Very basic amenities and overall low quality. Not worth the price - The apartment is located within 100 meters of a subway station, in a neighborhood with good restaurant and grocery options. The bed was very comfortable and the windows well isolated (you couldn't hear anything from the outside). The wardrobe was big enough to store not only all our clothes but also the luggage. If is quite secured and there are lockers in the ground floor to store your luggage after the checkout. We didn’t have any problem with the hot water. When we asked for additional toilet paper and towels, they provided within hours, although of very poor quality. This place works only for short sleepovers and reheating milk in the microwave. It’s clear the owners aim for maximum profit with minimum effort. At first glance it seems to have everything, but the moment you try to use anything, you realize how many basic amenities a real apartment would offer. No one seems to have thought about functionality: the layout, furniture placement, and electrical sockets make little sense. Cleanliness is average, with noticeable dust in several areas. I found enough crumbs in the toaster to coat croquetas. Furniture and appliances are very low quality, and the place shows poor maintenance, with stains on the walls, sofa, and chairs. Both night tables were wobbly. Amenities are minimal: only two rolls of the lowest-quality toilet paper for two people over five nights, and one extremely worn towel set per person—one even had a hole the size of a 1-euro coin. Once used, the towels never dried again. The kitchen exists mostly in theory: no pots, only two pans, and no napkins (and they won’t provide any). No bottled water or welcome drinks either (yes, yes, Madrid’s water is of top quality, but how about some welcome soft drinks?) The bathroom offers only shampoo, body wash, and hand soap. No tissues or other basics. Electrical sockets are severely lacking. There is only one in the bathroom, and both bedside sockets are occupied by lamps (no USB charging in such a modern place) so you must choose between charging your phone or having reading light. Two more sockets sit in a corner with no usable furniture, forcing you to leave devices on the floor. Kitchen sockets can be used only after moving a decorative plant and dragging the table around. When we arrived, the heating was set to 25°, which is excessive, and all windows were open. Later we understood why: even after lowering it to 17°, the temperature climbed to 32°, so we had to turn it off. Be honest in the description, set the price below 100 €/night and that would be fair

Powerful hairdryer (it’s so rare), a lot of space so it’s possible for one to work and for another not to hear it; generally quite - no sounds fr the street. Amazing doors openers via phone, lockers for luggage after check out, metro in 2 mins… amazing all! The only thing is that it’s always not enough hot water even for 1 person with long hair to wash :)

• GR333 (10/5): I had a comfortable, convenient, and home-like stay that made my business trip to Madrid truly enjoy - I traveled to Madrid for business to attend a conference, and the venue was very close to Feelathome Castilla Apartments. The apartment was truly fantastic; it had everything I could possibly need, basically everything I have at home. I genuinely felt like I was in my own place. The apartment was fully equipped: dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave, a complete kitchen, etc. The neighborhood was nice and I felt safe throughout my stay. It was close to a supermarket and the metro, and there were plenty of places nearby to eat or grab a coffee. The only slightly negative point was that the hot water in the bathroom ran out relatively quickly. It was fine for one shower, but if you wanted to take another one right after, or if someone else was staying with you, you’d need to wait for it to heat up again. Another minor issue was the keypad at the building’s main entrance. It wasn’t always easy to press the key to unlock the door; maybe because it was a full touch screen panel instead of physical buttons, or maybe because I’m just not very comfortable with that kind of technology :)
