- Penny (8/5): Comfortable. Affordable. Great host with great communication! - The host provided accurate instructions to locate the key. I arrived in the dark and there were no exterior lights left on so I had to use the flashlight on my phone while carrying my bag and winter coat. The walkway was extremely icy and dangerous to walk on. I would have appreciated if the sidewalk had been sprinkled with salt to melt the ice and make it safe.
- ENOCH (7/5): The place felt like home - I had everything I needed to make me comfortable hence I didn't step out of my room till check out time All good
- Jenna (10/5): -
- Jason (10/5): - Nice little basement suite in a nice area easy access would stay there again
- Smith (8/5): Cute little unit would definitely stay again - Its a cute little space. The floors are thin so you can hear all movement upstairs but thats to be expected with most basement units.
- Michael (10/5): Great rate, nice little suite just suitable for a single or couple needing a place to rest for the night!! - New area of the city, easy to find. Only issue in heavy residential is sometimes parking!! That’s just how it is…a little walking sometimes and hopefully not stealing someone else’s spot at there house!

- Petr (9/5): Everything you need for travelers - I really enjoyed my stay here. The kitchen was very spacious, which was perfect for me as a traveller because I could easily cook my own meals. Everything was clean and comfortable, and the accommodation had everything needed for a pleasant stay. The only small thing I missed was some additional lighting in the rooms. A lamp near the couch or a small bedside lamp in the bedroom would make the space even more comfortable in the evening.
- RJ (8/5): - Facilities are clean Well, it's good for someone else just to book to stay for sleep but for someone like cooking and eating are not a good idea because some of the kitchen things are missing, but the host is very understanding
- Joe (10/5): - Quiet neighborhood No carpet in the stair well

- Matthew (8/5): - Good and safe location. Clean, warm and comfortable Kid can be loud. But not at inconvenient times (Only between 8:30am and 10:00pm).
- Otonye (10/5): Good place to stay - Nice location and close to my office
- Otonye (10/5): Highly recommended - Great location and clean place
- Sean (8/5): Worth the value. - It’s got all of the amenities and space you need for one person, at a reasonable price. It was a little bit noisy at times. It’s a basement suite, with a family who lives above. So, at times, children could be heard running around.
- Solecki (9/5): - Nice and cozy place, everything clean and perfect self service;)
Basement location and blinds in the windows makes it easy to fall asleep but hard to get up, nice for some good rest;)
- Arlene (5/5): - I liked having a full kitchen where we could actually cook instead of heating up prepared meals in a microwave. We also appreciated and used the laundry equipment. The basement location with no windows. The bedroom was very small and held nothing but a bed.
- Litzenberger (8/5): Had a hard time finding something within our budget but this place certainly filled the bill. - Didn,t like the noise on the ceiling. Sounded like like kids stomping on the floor for the first four hours (very irritating)then things seemed to settle down and it was more pleasant of a stay
- Peter (7/5): Fine for a night - The Suite was well equipped & clean. The dining table had no chairs.
We had to ask for arrival instructions.
There was no place for luggage.
- Faye (5/5): The above improvements would make it excellent. - Clean and comfortable. The noise upstairs, they must have little children as the stomp, stomp, stomp was somewhat annoying early morning and later at night.
The shower was horrible, the unadjustable shower head needs to be replaced with a hand held head as you have to stand against the shower wall and it only sprays in your face, can't rinse your body.
At least 1 extra blanket would be a nice touch.
The perfume smell was way too strong, we unplugged it until we left.
