• Ingrid CJ (9/5): Superschoon verblijf in prachtige omgeving - Een leuk plekje, in the middle of nowhere maar toch op ca 18 min rijden van Dubrovnik. Het is ruim en superschoon. Heerlijk rustig.
• Árpád (9/5): Jó hely Dubrovnik megtekintéséhez. - Nagyon jól felszerelt apartman, a házigazda már várt ránk, jeleztük mikor érkezünk. A megközelítése nem könnyű. Olyan úton kell menni, ahol két autó csak bizonyos helyeken fér el egymás mellett.
• Smith (8/5): Quiet and clean - Clean. Plenty of blankets. Nice hot shower and fresh fruit.not up a flight of stairs. Very quiet. No where near any restaurants or food. Taxi had a hard time finding it.

• Isabelle hard (10/5): - Environnement calme, loin de l'agitation de la ville. Commerces a 5min en voiture. Logement spacieux, moderne, très bien équipé. Place de parking, terrasse ombragée et tranquillité de la campagne. Je recommande ce logement Literie un peu dure à notre goût.

• Matea (10/5): Mirno, ugodno mjesto idealno za opuštanje, uz dodatni plus što je pet friendly. - Svidio nam se mir i opuštena atmosfera, lijepa terasa okružena zelenilom te što je naš pas bio dobrodošao, što nam je bilo jako važno. Nemamo većih zamjerki, boravak je bio ugodan i u skladu s očekivanjima.

• Christian (10/5): Sehr guter Aufenthalt um Dubrovnik und Umgebung kennen zu lernen. - Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und gut ausgestattet. Sie liegt etwas außerhalb des Ortes und ist sehr ruhig. Draußen kann man morgens und abends sitzen und essen oder einfach nur entspannen. Auf dem Grundstück kann man problemlos parken. Der Besitzer ist sehr nett und hat sich die Zeit genommen, uns die Schlüssel persönlich zu übergeben. Nach Dubrovnik ist es nicht weit, die Fahrt mit Uber kostet 15 Euro. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Alles bestens.

• Ni_Eck (9/5): Wer Ruhe sucht und ländliche Umgebung mag, ist hier genau richtig! - Sehr angenehme, freundliche Gastgeber, die zwar nicht viel englisch und kein deutsch sprechen, aber das war überhaupt kein Problem. Die Lage ist mitten auf dem Land. Die Bushaltestelle nach Dubrovnik und ein kleiner Supermarkt sind zwar nur ein paar Minuten Fußweg entfernt, aber für alles Andere braucht man ein Auto. Das Apartment wirkt insgesamt ziemlich neu. Es gibt Fliegengitter am Fenster, was auch sehr sinnvoll ist. Auf der Terrasse sitzt man unter Weinreben und umgeben von Obst-und Gemüseanbau, idyllisch! Von den Weintrauben haben uns die Gastgeber so viel geschenkt, dass wir sie nicht mal aufessen konnten. :-) Alles, was man braucht, ist in der Wohnung. War für uns völlig in Ordnung, aber für Menschen, die beim Autofahren auf sehr schmalen Straßen Schwierigkeiten haben, ist die Anfahrt vielleicht etwas schwierig. Das Einzige, was man als negativ bezeichnen könnte, ist, dass direkt am Haus vorbei Quadtouren gemacht werden, aber das ist immer nur eine kurze Ruhesörung.
• Helén (10/5): Härligt boende på landet - Fantastiskt härligt ställe ute på landet mellan olivträd och grönsaksodlingar men ändå nära till strand och Dubrovnik stad! Trevligt värdpar som tog emot och fräscht mysigt boende. En gårdskatt passade på att bli kelad med.

However the apartment is nice clean the owner doing well at taking care of the apartment, the only thing would make it 10/10 if the owner is easy to contact or have a whatsapp number to get assistance, overall it worth staying at the property.
• Alejandra (9/5): - El lugar es muy bonito, queda en el campo a 20 minutos de la ciudad y el aeropuerto. Nos dejaron frutas de su huerta, lo cual estuvo bueno. Todo muy limpio y ordenado Me hubiera gustado tener un contacto más personalizado, ya que los mensajes que envían parecieran respuestas automáticas de la administración. Dejan un número para estar en contacto con alguien durante la estancia, pero nunca contestó los mensajes.

• Alen84 (10/5): Super apartma - Zelo lep apartma, dobro opremljen in prenovljen. Parkira se lahko direktno pred hišo. Lastnik je bil prijazen. Lokacija je mirna, približno 15 min vožnje do Dubrovnika. Na poti do apartmaja je več trgovin. Mi smo bili zadovoljni, brez težav.
• Claudia (8/5): Bel appartamento in campagna completo di tutto - Struttura immersa nella natura, dotata di tutto il necessario e con un bel giardino comodo anche per mangiare Purtroppo a causa della posizione in campagna ci sono molti insetti e ragni, ma la casa è dotata di zanzariere. Doccia aperta molto bella ma sarebbe comodo aggiungere una tendina per non far bagnare il pavimento

Nous conseillons pour ceux qui désirent du calme loin de la foule de Dubrovnik tout en restant proche des plages. La signalétique pour trouver l'emplacement. Heureusement qye Google maps nous a aidé. Des panneaux indicatifs seraient à prévoir.

• Thomas (9/5): - Tutto bene, abbastanza vicino a Dubrovnik. Comunicazione rapida con i gestori. Nulla di particolare, ma è bene sapere che la struttura è composta in realtà da due appartamenti, non da uno (non era chiaro al momento della prenotazione , forse nostra disattenzione).

Bad enough Google Maps does not provide any info about public transport in Dubrovnik region - infact there is a nearby bus stop that service provider did not inform guests about & to make things much more complicated it seems address is not even in Mlini but in neighbouring hamlets.

• yolanda (10/5): A gem - Very modern and newly renovated. Spacious and very comfortable. Very well equipped with aircon, TV, WiFi, kettle, microwave and toaster and all the necessary bits and bops for the kitchen. Very quiet location, but off the beaten path, so car is a must.

• María (9/5): Cozy and quiet place outside Dubrovnik - A very cozy and quiet place, perfect for relaxing. It’s spotlessly clean and comfortable, with everything you need to enjoy the beautiful natural surroundings. Highly recommended for a peaceful getaway. The location is perfect if you have a car and want to enjoy the surroundings of Dubrovnik. But you need a car to move around, it is not far from the main town (Mlini) and other nice beaches. The internet didn't work properly.
• Maria (9/5): Green oasis on the hill. - The apartment is out of town in a green area, full of olive trees and gardens. Very private and relaxing place to stay. The apartment has a new, modern interior which is well designed and well equipped for the stay.

• Jan (10/5): stunning gem - this place is a gem in a oasis! i shouldnt even write this so ppl dont storm and ruin this place, but its just PERFECT! The location itself is very nice.. a little bit further away from city and other tourists. hidden in a tangle of farm roads. in front the terrace is covered in wines and provides nice shade. in the back is a garden of the couple that runs this place and if you are into gardening and botanics this place will be a oasis for you! there is olive trees, lemon trees and vegetable gardens.. everything lush and cared for.. and to the beach and shops its just about 10 minutes by car. there is one small shop very close but it has only the basics i regret we spent there only one night. that i had to leave :(

• Dov (10/5): A wonderful place to stay - One of the most beautiful, clean and tidy units we have been to. It is in a secluded location, which guarantees absolute peace and quiet. The house is new or wonderfully renovated. Equipped with all the necessary equipment - bedroom, bathroom and kitchen. The communication with the owner of the place was immediate and to the point. The huge yard is beautiful with fruit trees and an olive grove. The views in the distance are green and beautiful. Parking adjacent to the unit. About 17 minutes from the Old Town in Dubrovnik. We really, really enjoyed ourselves.
• Frank (10/5): - Eine wirklich beeindruckende Unterkunft. Mitten im Weinberg gelegen, ab vom Trubel. Geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Echt ruhig, Terrasse mitten in der Natur, umgeben von Obstbäumen und Wein. Wer gerne etwas Ruhe mag, ist hier genau richtig. Die Seele baumeln lassen mit einem Glas Wein (oder anderem) auf der Terrasse. Die Anfahrt ist etwas abenteuerlich, nicht von den engen Strassen abhalten lassen, es ist richtig. ;-) Das Zimmer selbst modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, sauber und alles da was man braucht. Die nächsten Supermärkte sind trotz der Abgeschiedenheit ca. 7 Minuten entfernt mit dem Auto. Tipp: Gutes Essen mitnehmen und auf der Terrasse unter Weinreben genießen. Gerne wird man von 2 zutraulichen Katzen besucht.

Great experience, the place and the owners were kind ❤ - Loved the place, it was clean, relaxing, and if you need it, it has all the equipment needed to cook! It felt great waking up to have tea/coffee on the patio with all the sounds of nature. Plus, there are beautiful towns and beaches nearby. The owners were super kind to us. We highly appreciated it. Just as information for new guests: if you are planning on getting there with Uber/taxi during the night, I would advise you that it might be difficult to get someone to drive you there. It happened to us. Now, if you are renting a car or maybe arriving earlier during the day, then that's perfectly fine!

One thing to comment is at first it is a lil bit tricky to contact the property as it is managed by agent mainly. Once get in touch with the host everything work out, we really enjoyed our stay there :)

• Bono (8/5): Lovely place, very peaceful. Communication was not great. - The location was beautiful. The place was newly renovated and looked great. It was very peaceful in the environment and it was close to Dubrovnik and a supermarket. There was a sharp knife for cooking and breakfast. The host was very friendly once we met him The communication via booking with the host was pretty bad. We received one call which I was not able to answer. After that it was impossible to contact to host. We tried calling, but we got connected to some third party call center which was 100% useless and frustrating to deal with. We also sent messages via booking but received no response. We had a hard time finding the location, it's pretty hard to find in the middle of nowhere. Do NOT search for roza apartments on Google because you will be directed somewhere else half an hour away. Use the booking.com location and drive with Google maps (it's also not possible to find the street using Google maps). That was a bit frustrating, but once we got on the right track there were signs indicating the correct place. By that time the host had not shown up yet to given us the key and we didn't know if he was going to show. I saw a neighbour (which I think is lucky because it's really remote). He called the host who showed up 20 minutes later. We waited an hour before we could enter the apartment. But once we were in everything was great. Once we saw the host in real life he was very sweet and nice. I accidentally broke a glass and he was totally cool with it. So all in all I would just recommend the host to be easier to reach (i.e. provide real phone number or check booking messages more often). The apartment could use a bigger trash can. We did our own cooking. The trash can gets full pretty fast then, and the way it works is kind of annoying. There also seemed to be a lack of warm water. The first night we had warm water for the shower and dishes. But after that it was lukewarm at best. I don't know if the boiler is shared with the other apartment, but we basically had no warm water which was a disappointment. We also noticed that the ventilation above the stove did not work. It was connected to power, but switching it on did nothing. Maybe it's broken?

• Valeriia (10/5): Beautiful and peaceful place near Dubrovnik - We liked absolutely everything! The hosts are very hospitable and kind, many thanks to them! Everything looks exactly like in the photo, new plumbing, furniture, dishes. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking, the bathroom has all the shower accessories. The place is very quiet with a beautiful garden surrounded by mountains.

It is quite off the main places and roads, if you are looking for a quiet place, this is it :) You need a car or a scooter to get there
