• Philippe (9/5): Top service ! - Nous n’avons jamais vu un établissement avec autant de matériel à disposition… Fond de cuisine (huile, vinaigre, sel, poivre, épices, grille-pain, …) et dans la salle de bain, 5 ou 6 gels douche et shampooing, cotons-tiges, sparadrap et même liquide pour bains de bouche !) Top ! Il manquait juste un support pour le pommeau de douche.

• Milica (10/5): - Apartman jako lijep i ugodan. Vrlo čisto, sa osnovnim higijenski potrepštinama. Kuhinja u potpunosti opremljena, dostupan internet, TV, društven igre I preslatki kutak vani za opustiti se. Domaćini vrlo pristupačni I imaju sve preporuke od nas.

• Michele (9/5): - Logement spacieux ,très propre avec une décoration raffinée.Tout est pensé pour que l on passe un très bon séjour.Proximite des plages à pied. et le quartier est très sympathique,proche de la station de bus. Le logement est situé a 30 minutes a pied du centre ville,c est un peu loin au début si on ne connaît pas les petits chemins au bord des plages qui y mènent aussi. Avec une voiture ce doit être top car il ya un parking gratuit devant la maison.

• Sylwana (10/5): Komfortowe mieszkanie blisko plaży - Super mieszkanko, ładnie i funkcjonalnie urządzone. Dokładnie jak na zdjęciach. Dwie sypialnie, łazienka i pokój dzienny połączony z kuchnią. Czysto i przestronnie. Mieszkanie wyposażone kompletnie, jak w domu. Kompletnie wyposażona kuchnia, kosmetyki, suszarka do włosów a nawet dwie, żelazko i deska do prasowania. Balkon i taras z huśtawką urządzone tak by można było usiąść. Blisko do morza i plaży Karma oraz Kolorovare, Klimatyzacja. Bardzo blisko market, parę kroków. A to wszystko za niewygórowaną cenę. Na miejscu przywitała nas bardzo miła właścicielka, kontakt był z nią możliwy cały czas gdyby była potrzeba. Polecam wycieczkę statkiem Moj Dragulij, dostępną też przez Booking.

• Dea (10/5): Great place for a family night sleep - The host is very friendly and the facilities are clean. The couch in the living room is huge, very comfy too and the air conditioning is working perfectly. It is situated between other apartment houses in the quiet area, 10 min walk to main bus station. Beds are big and comfortable too. There are a few books at your disposal there to pass the time. The way the shower works is a bit odd but we made it work
• René (9/5): Leuk appartement in Zadar op loopafstand van strand en centrum - Erg vriendelijk ontvangst door de gastvrouw. Het apptement is royaal, netjes, schoon en is van alle gemakken voorzien. We kregen zelfs badlakens mee voor op het strand. Het appartement ligt op loopafstand naar het strand en de oude stad met al zijn bezienswaardigheden. Bij het appartement was een privé parkeerruimte ter beschikking, hetgeen fantastich is als je de grote parkeerproblemen in de oude stad Zadar ziet. Verder kan je zowel op het balkon als naast het appartement in de tuin zitten. Niets.

However, there was a mix up with the check out and Sandra got really angry at us because we understood there was no rush to leave the apartment. Maybe we misunderstood her words but we didn't like the way she managed the situation. We were threatened to be reported (our things and car were still there, it's not we were leaving having broken the appartment 😅). She said it had never happened in her life (late check out) but as I can see, it never happened in ONE year since she started running the business maybe?

• Darya (10/5): Exceptional - We absolutely loved our stay in Zadar! Sandra’s mother greeted us and showed us around the apartment, making sure we had everything we needed. The apartment exceeded our expectations: it had two bedrooms with double beds, a cozy living room with a kitchen, a lovely balcony, and a charming outdoor area with a swing and a table where we enjoyed our evenings. It was just a five-minute walk to the beach and about a 20-30 minute walk to the old town, which was perfect for a nice stroll. On the day we checked out, we were able to leave our luggage there until our departure, which was incredibly helpful. The communication was great, and all our requests, like extra beach towels, were happily accommodated. The apartment had everything we could think of, from spices and cooking oils to plenty of kitchenware, an oven, a stove, and a washing machine. The only thing we couldn’t find was an iron, but it wasn’t a big deal, especially in the summer. Overall, we had a fantastic time and would definitely stay here again. Thank you so much for exceeding our expectations!
• Khrystyna (10/5): Feels like a home near the sea - Excellent accommodation and overall experience: fully equipped kitchen with balcony and large living room, two small bedrooms with comfortable beds, washing machine and a lot of useful staff here and there. Sandra was very helpful and kind. The location of the apartment is also brilliant: quiet neighborhood, less than 10 min walk to/from the bus station and Interspar, 2 min walk to the closest minimarket, ~5-7 min to the beach, ~20 min to the Old City.

• Marty (10/5): Zadar. I'll be back! - Apartment was in a small block within 10 minutes walking distance from the main Zadar bus station. The owner's instructions on how to access the apartment were very good, her mother met me with a key and showed me around. Facilities were excellent, everything you might need for a longer stay. There is also a washing machine and facilities for drying clothes outside. Kolovare beach is 5 minutes walk away, and nearby Karma restaurant is fantastic. I wish I could have stayed longer! I love Zadar.

Shower was a little broken, couldn't hang the head up and the hot water ran out very quickly.
