• sarah (10/5): Fantastic modern apartments in a great location - Lovely apartment with great facilities in a great central location of old town Rhodes. There apartments are modern, lovely bathroom and very comfy bed! We would definitely stay here again! Communication via WhatsApp with the management team was great, clear and prompt responses, very helpful. Everything was great.

• Jörg (8/5): Very nice but anonymous place - The place is in the center of Rhodos city, but nevertheless very quiet. With an extra room + sofa, it is very spacious, and the bed was very comfortable. The terrace was nice, but doesn`t has a special view. The place is not named/signed at all. You have no chance to clearly identify it. Just go close and call. A very nice young lady will guide you the last meters.

• Esin (9/5): - The location is perfect, you are inside the old town. The balcony’s vibe was really good and the bed was comfy. The A/C was dripping water. I called the owner and she said she’d come in 15 minutes, so I waited, but no one showed up that night or the next day.

• Ozan (9/5): Merkezi ve temiz, eski şehrin kalbinde - Konum harika , temiz, , balkon güzel Komşular bazen gürültücü olabilirler, 8 gece kaldık son 4 gece gelen yan oda baya gürültülü idi. Balkona ıslak havlu mayo için ekipman konulabilir.

• Shira (6/5): - The bed was comfortable and the location in the old town was great. Room was decorated nicely and the facilities were decent. The balcony is shared with other rooms but was quiet and OK. The AC was good. They came to pick us up in a golf cart since there's no transport in the old town which was helpful! Wifi wasn't so strong, some features on the TV weren't working. We stayed for 7 nights, and Although this is not a hotel our room has been cleaned only once which wasn't enough and when we asked to change sheets and towels, the response wasn't so welcoming and they usually took time to respond.

• Kenneth (9/5): Location, Location - Perfect location in the heart of the old town, very comfortable with your own outside space for enjoying drinks during the day or evening. It’s on the main flight path for arrivals @ Rhodes, it never really bothered us, but it may others, the location makes up for it, sound proofing could be better as we could hear the neighbours in the next suite.

• Helen (8/5): It was a great holiday, we loved being in the old town and would stay at the Alegrand again - Fantastic location very close to the main historic sites but despite this it was quiet and peaceful. The accommodation was very clean, the bed comfortable and it was nice to have a terrace. Please note we were in suite 1 and this has a shared terrace. I don't think this is made very clear in the booking info. The air conditioning was great and very efficient. The furnishings were modern, there was a full size fridge but no safe. We arrived very late at night and were met at a city gate and shown to the apartment. On arrival we were told the towels/bed would be changed after three days. This didn't happen but we didn't chase it. We asked about somewhere to leave our luggage on our departure day by email and then by phone. The call was not returned and the email response was so late that we had made our own arrangements.
• Ellen (7/5): Good - It’s a great location, really spacious with a great bathroom in particular. The bed was also really comfortable. Cleaners were very friendly and accommodating, and the staff helped us leave baggage after checking out in the morning before a flight later that evening which was much appreciated. The check process wasn’t very straightforward. The address for the property on Booking.com is wrong which caused confusion - and it wasn’t always easy to get hold of staff via WhatsApp as instructed.

• Jan (10/5): Wonderful, comfortable, spacious suites in a fantastic location in Old Rhodes Medieval City - We would very highly recommend Alegrand Suites in Old Rhodes Town. They were pristine and tastefully designed and beautifully appointed. The location was superb, literally on the doorstep of the Palace of the Grand Masters and the Street Of The Knights and only a few minutes walk to the Museums or Clock Tower. There were many excellent tavernas only moments away but despite all of this the Suites themselves were tranquil and peaceful. We were a family of ten people who booked all four suites. We were the first guests to stay there. The suites were situated in a detached, one storey house down a quiet lane running parallel to the main shopping street. Three of the suites had lounges with a sofa bed. The beds were large and very comfortable and the furnishings all new. There was a big central, airy hall with a sofa and two large, sunny, shared terraces, one at the front and one at the back. Two of the suites could be co-joining making the four suites wonderful for us as a family or for a family with young children or a group sharing. The terraces had lovely chairs and parasols and there were nice views from both. The rooms had ensuite bath or shower rooms. There was no kitchen but there were fridges in all four suites and plenty of glasses, plates and cutlery with tray tables that could be transported to the terraces for outdoor dining. We were delighted to find a bottle of wine in each fridge along with water for our arrival. As the Old City is car free we were met at the city gates and escorted to our apartments which were about five minutes walk away. Alexandros the proud owner and his family who own the leather shop underneath the building couldn't have been more friendly, helpful and kind and were easily available making our stay both memorable and enjoyable. We mentioned to Alexandros that it would have been perfect to have had some sun loungers for the terrace. Also we had the option to have cleaning of the apartments carried out according to our wishes but as this only happened once during our one week stay I think something was lost in translation! I would recommend every second day especially as those familiar with Greek plumbing will know that paper cannot be flushed but put in a bin by the side. However this was not a big issue for us and did not detract from a wonderful stay.
