• CHERANA (10/5): Simply amazing - We’d like to extend our sincerest gratitude to Kostas and his amazing family for such a welcoming and pleasant accommodation. The residence has been, without a doubt, perfect with a breathtaking view of the sea right from the terrace. Everything was clean, tidy, and beautifully decorated. The hosts have been lovely, eager to make us feel at home, and always ready to help. Otium Residence is by far the best place to rent if you wish to visit Kefalonia.

Such an awesome place to hang out with friends or family and look out at the water, and very comfortable indoors with great air conditioning in hot temperatures outside. Hosts were so responsive and so accommodating to any needs. We were so happy here and did not want to leave. Nothing!!
• Tomáš (10/5): - Krásné a luxusní ubytování kousek od Lixouri. Vše odpovídalo popisu. Maximálně vybaveno. Tichá lokalita. Na terase můžete pozorovat úžasné východy slunce. Jacuzzi na terase nám zase zpříjemnili večery. Hostitelé jsou velice přátelští. Obdarovali nás čerstvou zeleninou z vlastní zahrady. Cítili jsme se jako doma. Doporučuji 10/10 Nic
• Radoy (10/5): - Well this is one of the best places I have ever been to! Cozy, clean, amazing location with breath taking sunrises and relaxing evenings with a glass of good wine! The hosts are more than welcome, they make you feel it is your own place in Kefalonia. The apartment is huge, equipped with everything you may need! I do recommend this place as it is in my opinion the best you can be! Nothing! Everything was perfect!!!
• Nathan (10/5): - Beautiful house that is completely modern and well appointed. Great views through the wall-to-wall windows or hot tub looking towards Agrostoli over the water. We really liked being on that part of the island. Great beaches and small towns to explore. It was such a nice place we spent one whole afternoon just lounging which we rarely do when visiting other places. No complaints.
• Bogdan (10/5): - Spędziliśmy niezapomniany tydzień w tej pięknej willi.Od momentu przyjazdu byliśmy ciepło witani przez gospodarzy . Ich życzliwości i pomoc sprawiały że czuliśmy się jak w domu. Sama willa bardzo nam się podobała. Położona w spokojnej okolicy , oferuje zapierające dech w piersiach widoki. Wnętrza są pięknie zaprojektowane i ładnie wykończone. Miłym dodatkiem było jacuzzi z którego korzystaliśmy prawie codziennie. Podobało nam się że to miejsce było nowoczesne a zarazem miało ciepły i uroczy klimat. Pokoje były bardzo przestronne, kuchnia bardzo dobrze wyposażona , a salon z przepięknym widokiem na zatokę był rewelacyjny. Podsumowując willa spełniła nasze wszystkie oczekiwania . To idealne miejsce dla każdego kto potrzebuje ciszy , spokoju i odrobiny luksusu. Nienaganna gościnność gospodarzy była fantastyczna.

• Tina (10/5): An amazing apartment with stunning views - A spacious, modern, clean, tasteful apartment with stunning views. The restaurants of Lixouri are only a short 10 min drive away. It’s possible to catch the car ferry from/ to Agristole or go as a foot passenger as they leave the harbour regularly and are very reasonable. The hosts Vivi and Kosta are kind, friendly and helpful without being obtrusive. The hot tub is a welcome addition at the end of a day out. The apartment is in a good position from which to explore the island, but a car is essential. This was an incredibly peaceful and tranquil holiday on a beautiful island. Nothing - the mattress and pillows took some adjustment but probably because they’re not what we’re used to.
• Punam (10/5): Wonderful week in Kefalonia - Very warm welcome from Vivi and Kostas, who live upstairs and nothing was ever too much trouble. They are the parents of the owner of this villa. Beautiful property with all the facilities. Spotlessly clean. We used the hot tub every single day, and the water is refreshed between guests. Stunning view. Well equipped supermarket 7 mins away which is convenient for self-catering. I'm not a fan of putting all used toilet paper into the bin by the loo (this is for the entire island, not specific to this property!) as it gets smelly very quickly. This property is very close to Lixouri but a 45 min drive away from anything on the main part of the island. The drive is scenic though. Also, there is an extremely sharp turn off the main road to get to the villa, an almost 180 degrees which was a challenge with our 9 seater Ford Transit.
• Luisa (10/5): Perfect stay in Kefalonia - Otium Residence was the perfect stay for our time in Kefalonia. It is modern, clean, very quiet, lots of privacy. We stayed in March and could heat the place perfectly. The views from the jacuzzi are just amazing. We would for sure book again. Nothing
• Ovadia (10/5): Amazing place - Mrs. Vivi and Mr. Costas were very kind, helpful, and made our stay perfect. The Villa is beautifully designed with an exceptional view, especially from the Jacuzzi. The location was relatively close to peatni beach, fteri beach and lixouri.

• Ionela (10/5): Exceptional - The property is very nice and clean. It has everything you need to feel like home ( all the amenities and cuttleries). Even has a washing machine which for us was a big plus. The terrace is big and the jacuzzi perfect to relax in the evening. Yhe owners are very kind, they brought us fresh vegetables from their garden. We highly recommend it.

Otium Residence and the hosts were both incredible; my husband and friends all loved, loved, loved our experience, V & C were very detailed, attentive, friendly and professional, they made us feel very welcomed with local treats and were always available in case we needed anything. How about the view?!! Just stunning, can’t wait to come back, thanks to V & C for making our vacation very special, we’ll miss you and until next time!
• Roula (10/5): Dream Vacation Home - Wow what a dream home! The hosts, Kosta and Vivi were absolutely wonderful! They welcomed us with open arms as if we were part of their family from the minute we got there! This house was absolutely stunning, with ample space for our family of 6. The view of wall to wall windows overlooking the sea was breath taking. The bedrooms were spacious and super comfortable, with big closets, beautiful bathrooms, and a full kitchen and full living space was absolutely incredible. The Booking.com agent of this property was horrible, she did not provide us with proper map directions or any contact information to the home owners directly. We got there late in the evening and she was not responding to any emails, we got lost and couldn't find our way to the home. When she finally responded to me well after midnight - hours later, she sent me a map link to the middle of nowhere - not the actual property. So incredibly inconvenient as we are a young family, traveling with our three kids, a baby and our elderly father. The owners of the property who were wonderful, finally got our contact information and made sure we found them safe and sound and welcomed us with open arms! Thank God for Kosta and Vivi!

Very clean, comfortable, and well stocked. And THE VIEW is even better in person. Beautiful home and a great location just a few minutes to town. If you’re coming to Kefalonia make this your home!

• Filimon (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment is carefully designed down to every detail, spacious (considering we were a group of 6) and the view is breathtaking. Regarding location, we were 5 minutes awary from super markets and pharmacies and close to the beach as well. Although the most pleasant surprise were the owners. They were waiting to give us a warm welcome despite our kind of late arrival, heartwarming people who offered as fresh vegetables, sweets and tips for around the area. I suggest this place to everyone that is coming to Kefalonia especially considering the price quality ratio. Thank you for everything Mr Kostas and Ms Vivi and see you around.
• Martin (10/5): You feel like home. The best view and the most sincere hosts ever. - You feel like at home. Amazing view, recently renovated appartment with a modern design. 6 people fit perfectly and could enjoy the calmness of the nature together with the breathtaking view of the sea gulf. The hosts were waiting for us at 1:00am due to cancelation of ferryboat. In the mornings sweets and home made ice-cream was waiting for us. Extremely clean property. Definately will come again.😊😊😊 Nothing
