• Suzanne (8/5): A clean well organised, secure apartment in a great location. - The apartment was great with a very nice atmosphere - it felt secure and key pickup was straightforward with helpful accommodating staff to advise and assist. It was an excellent location - close to all the main attractions and the apartment was well equipped and spacious. A small but pleasant balcony with views over rooftops at the back. The tram lines on the road immediately below the apartment were being replaced when I was there so cannot comment on noise when they are running but the double glazed windows looked new and appeared to cut out noise quite effectively. A very nice cafe across the road and supermarket just 1-2 minutes away on the corner. The bathroom door was sliding and didn't really do the job, not fitting very well, but that was the only thing negative I can say about the apartment which was overall very satisfactory. It only had a small lift but that was very welcome when you're on the fifth floor and worked well.
• Fanni (8/5): Very good - The accommodation is nice and clean, and its location is excellent—just a 10-minute walk from the cathedral, which meant we could reach many of the sights we wanted to see on foot. This is a big advantage of the place. Since the tram stops right below the building, the apartment is quite noisy and tends to shake, but if you’re not spending much time inside, it’s not necessarily disturbing—mostly in the mornings and evenings. The walls are very thin, but luckily we only heard voices from the neighboring apartment on the first night. Unfortunately, when we arrived, the key wasn’t in its place, so even at the official check-in time we couldn’t access the apartment and had to wait for about an hour until someone came to let us in. The owner was kind and tried to resolve the situation remotely, and also offered us a late checkout as a nice gesture. However, due to the confusing communication and the inconvenience it caused, I can't give a full rating.

• Martin (8/5): Very well located and easy check in. Comfortable bed, but no heating. - Very good location. Clean, and self check in was easy. Was rather cold and we could not get the heating to turn on.
• Banu (1/5): Disappointment - Location was good I checked in the appartment with no hot water and heaters were not working (that can happen) next day a technician was sent and confirmed that they were not able to fix it. I kindly ask to check out and for a full refund. Although they immediately excused and approved the refund it took me 14 days exact with endless whatapp messages and calls with no answers, to get a partial refund! I had phone calls 6 times with booking.com support team which l was everytime informed that they were unable to reach the property! A total total disappointment! Obviously the managers have no idea about hospitality because accepting a partial refund, charging a night with no heater and hot water is not acceptable. No need to mention that l had to find another location on a last minute for a double price!!

• Greičiūnaitė (8/5): Good location, tidy flat - Great location, very close to main attractions. Flat is clean and tidy. It has all the necessary appliances and kitchen stuff. Very comfortable. If you are a light sleeper, tram noises are pretty loud.

• Hofer (10/5): The space was perfect and we would definitely stay here again on our next trip to Milan. - The location was perfect and central to everything in central Milan…close to the Duomo and Metro. The bed was super comfortable and kitchen stocked with everything we needed. There was nothing we didn’t like about our stay.
