• Du Toit (10/5): One of the best experiences of my life. - It was absolutely amazing! The whole experience was seamless and effortless due to coming all the way from Los Angeles after a 30 hour trip. Planning was easy because Belinda almost instantly responded to any questions or help, and acting immediately on any request. I really am impressed and it made my Cape Town trip spectacular because we came there to get engaged. Clean, bright and open. Minutes from the beach, restaurants, and malls. We caught Uber everywhere and it only took minutes and very in-expensive. It was a wonderful experience and we highly recommend you book this apartment and Belinda will take excellent care of you!

The bed was a bit uncomfortable.

• Nakampe (10/5): - Quite safe area , walking distance to the beach and shopping mall, public transport easily accessible Noisy bed frame,stability between the floor and the bed is disturbing,it makes sound when you get on and off the bed ,maybe rubber cushion on the feet of the bed can reduce the sound that is made by wood on tile

• Nel (1/5): NEVER STAYED A NIGHT. FOUND ALTERNATIVE ACCOMODATION. - NOTHING FELT UNCOMFORTABLE WITH MY VEHICLE HAVING TO STAND IN THE STREET AS THERE IS NO ONSITE PARKING FOR YOUR VEHICLE. ELEMENTS IN THE COMPLEX MADE ME TO FEEL UNCOMFORTABLE TO LEAVE MY WIFE THERE BY HERSELF DURING THE DAY WHILST I HAD TO GO TO WORK.

• Bonisile (7/5): It was value for money, the kitchen is well equipped and there is a washer and a drier. - I loved the apartment it is really cosy and is at a prime location. Close to Bayside small and not far from the beach. The unit was hot and the small fan is not big enough to cool down the unit.

• Juan (9/5): Affordable and clean home away from home. - Great location, close to the city, yet far enough away from the noise. Homey feel, with milk, and coffee provided by host. Washing machine, and tumble dryer was a plus. Also close to fast food drive throughs. Would have liked secure parking. But I found this to not actually be a problem.

• Geebee100 (1/5): Very Unpleasant - Nothing There is NO SAFE PARKING - only outside on the street. Since I was driving a company car, I was not allowed to park the car on the street, and I therefore had to cancel my booking. I offered the person in charge to pay for one or two nights. However, they simply refused and said "that's why we have a no cancellation policy"! So it has clearly happened before... Ek Makes one think... They therefore took ALL the money for a whole week's, while I didn't use the facility once. I ended up paying handsomely for other accommodation, which I had to organise on very short notice. The next day they messaged me and said very impressed with themselves that they had found parking for me. Well, a little bit too late, because I had to find alternative accommodation already. When I said that I will write a review like this, they called me childish! People at worked laughed at me, saying that this is not the first time that visitors to Cape Town has been scammed like this. So, BE CAREFUL!
