• Olga (10/5): - The property is only several minutes from underground and bus stations, near you can find grocery store and bars. In the property you can find everything you need, coffee and tea, salt for preparing your meals. We were met at the property by the host, and everything was showed. Host was always on line for all information you need. Apartment was dry and warm.
• KAtalin (9/5): Lovely apartment with an excellent location and wonderful host - It had an excellent location. 2 minutes on foot to subway. Very cute and pleasantly bustling neighborhood. Felt very safe and there were restaurants, stores in the area. The apartment was very bright and spacious. We had everything we needed in the kitchen. They provided coffee capsules, milk upon our arrival which was lovely. They were very understanding when we had no cash upon arrival to pay for the extra bedsheet. The only thing that I was not crazy about is that the only bathroom opened from one of the bedrooms. I traveled with my daughter and a friend and her daughter. My friend slept in the bedroom from which the bathroom opened so we always had to disturb her. However, it was not a major thing. We loved the place and we would definitely come back.

• Richard (8/5): Comfortable accommodation in the middle of Belsize Park - The location is sensational. Close to Belsize Park shops and underground. Accommodation is simple but is exactly as advertised. Comfortable and great for a short stay. TV reception is an improvement opportunity.

De temperatuur was te hoog waardoor het slapen wat minder was. de radiator was uit maar de leidingen die door de vloer liepen maakte het voor ons te warm.

• David (10/5): Lovely Cosy Getaway in London - Very cosy, very convenient location. The staff were very helpful and contactable. Everything you need is present. Top tip. You can take the Northern Line down into all of the great landmarks in London. The Lighting can be a little dim at times but it adds to the cosy atmosphere.
• Groysman (3/5): Excellent location and host but very hot and dry space - Excellent location could not be better Host was friendly available and prompt with all requests - she reached out before we arrived, accommodated requests quickly, answered messages quickly very very helpful It was very hot and dry and the air felt dusty (this might be a london thing). I found it hard to breath at night and had allergic reactions. Carpets are very old and eventhough I'm sure they were cleaned regularly (and the rest of the place), they need to be replaced as they are stained and just don't appear clean.

The broken door handle in the lounge, carpet on the stairs, no teapot, no shower shelf, worn out carpet, no rail to hang my clothes in the master bedroom wardrobe and no compost and recycling bins in the kitchen.

• Réka (10/5): Charming apartman in a quiet area close to everything - The apartmant is in a charming quiet neighbouhood close to public transport, shops, cafes, pubs. The size of the studio is perfect, kitchen and bathroom well equiped. Kelly is a great host. She is very responsive, and caring, gave us all info we needed. She even provided with tea, coffee (&milk) plus surprised is with chocolate. It felt great. This is exactly what you need for a long weekend.

• Dale (9/5): Lovely stay in a nice neighbourhood of London - The apartment is well located, close to shops and transport. The Tube station is only a few metres away and fortunately, given the strike, there is also a direct bus route into the city. It was very quiet at night, however and we were able to sleep with the windows open. The kitchen was well set up with everything needed to cook simple meals, utensils, knives, pots and pans, oil, salt, paper towel, etc. The bed was comfortable. While the washing machine is shared, it was large and clean, and available both times we wanted to use it. Excellent communication with the host. Shower was a little tight and over the bath but not unusual in England.

• Karen (9/5): - Lovely quiet neighborhood. 4 minute walk to underground station and lovely restaurants and pubs all within walking distance to apartment. There is also a couple of grocery stores and a Boots RX within a couple blocks. Washer and dryer was a great perk for this property. Kelly, the property manager, is very kind, and was very responsive to our questions. Apartment was comfortable...my only issue was the bathtub was a bit tricky to get in and out of and there was no handrail or grip mat on the bottom of tub. Probobly not an issue for a younger person, but we really had to be careful getting in and out.

Dass wir das WIFI nachts nicht ausschalten durften und dass wir die Bettwäsche für die zweite Person extra zahlen mussten
• Alba (8/5): Buen barrio pero un poco alejado del centro - El apartamento es bonito , la cama doble muy cómoda y el sofá bastante cómodo ( en mi caso dormí yo sola ). La cocina totalmente equipada. Barrio tranquilo y al lado de la parada del metro. Algo más de media hora al centro. Íbamos dos personas y nos cobraron 20 libras por unas sábanas para el sofá cama. No entiendo que el apartamento tenga capacidad para 6 personas ( nos alojamos 2) y cobren 20 libras por las sábanas y el edredón para el sofá cama Y que digan que son sábanas extras. Tuvimos que cambiar euros por libras solo para eso y solo use una sábana porque hacia calor.

Excellent ! - When staying for a week, it's really nice to have multiple rooms and a well-equiped kitchen. The neighbourhood is fantastic, good restaurants, quality shops, great accessibility with the Belsize Park metro 3mins away, and many bus options equally near. And a few minutes walk up the hill, you're in the lovely neighbourhood of Hampstead ! The street and the house are quiet, important for good sleep. Be aware that the master bedroom is directly connected with the entrance door. The other two bed are fold-out couches. It is clearly indicated in the description. I didn't test the bedding quality of those.

La propriétaire est très à l'écoute. nous avons trouvé que le studio était fort petit pour 3 personnes. le divan lit ne conviendra qu'à 1 enfant en bas âge car pas de matelas à mettre dessus. • Falkor007 (9/5): Great location, great host - It's super quiet and in a great spot, close to the metro or bus. The studio was really clean and had everything a traveler might need. You could grab a coffee or tea, heat up some food, or even cook if you want. All the bathroom stuff and towels you needed were there too. This place is a historic building, so it’s not super quiet or isolated from noise or the weather. But everyone staying here was well-behaved. I know this is just my thing, but the mattress was a bit too firm for my back.

The place was exactly as in the pictures, the apartment was cozy and well equipped, clean, in a quiet location, 2 minutes walk from the metro station (you can get directly to the city center in 15 minutes). There was coffee, tea of ​​some basic flavors available in the kitchen, there were even some sweets, which was friendly and attentive. Only three recommendations: for five days leave two garbage bags, if possible put a roll of aluminum foil and a cloth to clean the dishes. Since my son lives a hundred meters away next year, I will probably repeat! Nothing to mention.

She met us at the door, showed us that the previous tenants had damaged the sink, but she got it fixed while we were out exploring and we never had any issues. The place was in a perfect spot in a nice, quiet, upscale neighborhood, 2 minutes walk from the Belsize park underground, restaurants, grocery store, and more. The place is cozy, but worked fine for our family of 4. The carpets could use a refresh, but the place is clean and well taken care of.

• Judy (7/5): After this experience, I decided to cancel my other bookings with private hosts, even if they had high ratings but few r - Great location — the apartment is close to metro stations, making it easy to get around. The host was friendly and provided everything needed for cooking, including sauces and cooking oils. Overall, the room was clean. The hallway of the building was dirty, and the entire building felt very old. Our room had a musty odor typical of old buildings. The wooden windows were difficult to lift and open, and since we were on the ground floor, several garbage bins were placed right outside the windows. The mattress was thin and uneven, making it uncomfortable for two people to sleep on. My husband ended up sleeping on the sofa.

There was enough coffee, tea and some basic flavors available in the kitchen. We also got some sweets. The bathroom was a little bit smaller and colder than the room but it wasn’t issue for us. Toiletries and towels were available. Kelly was amazing host, always available to answer the questions.

Market, coffee shops, bakery etc. just around the corner. Apartment is super clean, beds are very comfortable (the couch in the smaller bedroom is new), toiletries are provided. It is located in a quiet building with local charm. The host Kelly is super friendly and helpful. She welcomed us with sweets, there was also tea and coffee available and even milk in the fridge to go with it! Washing facilities are also available, shared with the other people in the building (we did not need it, but nice to have for longer stays). This place is a real gem and soooo nice to return to for a good rest after a full day exploring busy London! Nothing to dislike, we had an amazing stay!

The person sleeping inside the bed had to cross the person on the outer side to get off. The kitchen worked very well plus the oil, soy sauce and other basic flavors. The water came out very strong. Kelly was very kind to help with everything. The big blanket she brought in was so helpful because the comforter was too thick to sleep in. The laundry was very convenient. The bathroom was too small. there was no place to put anything in it. We brushed our teeth at the kitchen. The couch was uncomfortable.

• Rebouças (10/5): Exceptional - It's a cozy spacious apartment with ensuite shower, with microwave, stove/oven, complete cooking gear, coffee machine, hoover in a well placed street in a northern London neighbourhood near Hampstead Heath, steps away from the Underground and all the basic facilities. It's one of the best cost/benefit you can get in Greater London. My internet didn't worked for me, even though the smart tv did (probably my phone's fault). Apart from that, everything was working properly
