Their service line works and they respond quickly Payment methods could be better, upon booking was using usd but upon arrival and wanting to pay they changed the exchange rate which became exorbitant seemingly showing that they only wanted to be paid in rand

Nada malo .mi estadía en este hotel , fue una esperiencia muy linda

• Sawliha (5/5): Won’t stay again - Proximity to airport Rooms are small. The carpets and linen were old, and not very clean. Rooms had a weird smell, and we saw quite a few cockroaches

During my stay I could see there is always someone looking out and guarding the place 24/7 and there is always someone available even during the night hours that can assist you. I really recommend them especially if you are traveling from OR Thambo airport..

• Shania (6/5): Better once you get inside the property - once inside, it was OK, the room was comfortable and quiet, decent enough for a nights sleep. They also have excellent security. If I had known more about the area, I would have chosen a different hotel.
• Mpho (7/5): I would definitely go back and I recommend anyone to book - I loved how comfortable it was and the neatness. the staff was welcoming and calm the shower door did not close well and the kitchen utensils were dirty and dusty
• Tanya (6/5): Fair stay - It was a convenient location for all the errands we had to do. The gentleman by the desk I think his name is Efi. He was always helpful and hospitality more than the lady staff. The room was nice. Looks exactly as it is on the pictures. The bed was clean and comfortable.The air-conditioner worked perfectly. The shower was hot. It's a nice building not too crowded. It was quiet most of the times. At first the WiFi was good and suddenly it had no connection. We were on the first floor and connection was on the ground floor and it was terrible going up and down since we needed to get emails and calls sorted. It ended up working on the last day of leaving. Appreciate the security at the place. It was safe to be though. But overall it was fair. We stayed there for 5 days. And very close to the airport. Upon arrival the lady by the reception told us we needed to pay first before we could enter the room,it's understandable but we thought the payment had gone through. So we had to leave our bags to get the payment done. We later came back to sort out the payment and the was a gentleman who was there asked us to see the rooms before payment. Felt there needed to be a coordination with the staff so that they can communicate properly with the guest and say the same thing. We chose the room and were satisfied. Major issue was WiFi. It was working properly and suddenly lost connection. We told the gentleman but it took about two days to resolve the issue and we were staying there for 5 days. It was terrible going up and down to the lounge for connection. We asked for Netflix to be fixed on the television it was not done. Since it was two of us staying in the room, requested for an extra mug but it took long. We had to asked again. When we wanted to use the kitchen ohh goodness it was literally horrific. The sink was full of dirty dishes. Yet there's a note on the wall of keeping the kitchen clean for the next person. We don't know if it was the staff or other guest who left those dirty dishes. The only noise we got was mostly from the school. After every hour the siren would go on. We had an issue about leaving the keys when we wanted to go out. But apparently the policy says it's up to you to leave the keys or not. However the manager agreed to us going with them since we had a lot of valuable things in the room . At least nothing went missing. The other issue we had was the smell that came from the cabinet under the sink. It was really awful 😖.

• Richard (1/5): Bad attitude of staff and not helpful will not return. - Close to airport Bad attitude of staff unhelpful rude and everything seemed a chore.They didn’t check booking and woke us up early.We extended our booking as we had problem with our flight getting in late despite the confirmation of our booking extension they woke us up at very unreasonable time as we arrived at 3 am in the morning and rudely told us we had to check out and they forgot they had extended our booking.
