- Mohammad (1/5): Bad - Booking.com should not publish these kind of pethetic properties, I would not just blame Hidden Heritage for my bad experience of hotel stay I would blame Booking.com also, i have strated exploring other apps bye bye booking.com Property was not clean, there was broken cupboard, my kid was trying to open the door and it fell on her face, luckily no major injury....there is no mirror in the bathroom, Door is lach or lock is broken, you cannot close or lock the door of your bathroom, Bed is stinky, dirty...I can simply write worst hotel and as i mentioned Booking.com is not doing right job.

And after that there were lot of housflies Bed was sooo dirty Every furniture there was broken Bathroom was really really worst flush wasnt working Even after complaining them they didn’t bother same in case of TV too No toilettaries were supplied there It was shown as 1200rs but they charged us 1500ruppes The owner there was actually sooo irresponsible Worst stay ever in my life

- Ojha (1/5): Very poor management - Location is decent The management is very poor. The owner isn’t available and doesn’t respond properly. There were no extra beds provided up until 12:00 am in the night after asking for several times. No towel, soaps provided. Bed was very dirty as well.
- Isha (1/5): Overall it was not worth the money - Location My stay at Hidden Heritage was extremely disappointing. The room I booked was family suite but it was a room without Tv and just a bed and wardrobe the room was not what I saw in the pictures.The service was abysmal, with no extra blankets provided despite the chilly weather. The constant electricity fluctuations were not only annoying but also inconvenient. To top it off, there was no caretaker in sight, making it impossible to address any concerns promptly. I would strongly advise against choosing this hotel for your stay.
