- Emiliano (10/5): Perfect! - The apartment was absolutely perfect very clean and beautifully furnished. The location is fantastic, right in front of the tram stop, which makes getting around extremely easy, even though the area itself is quiet. The biggest plus, however, was Silvia. She welcomed me warmly, gave clear directions, and was incredibly helpful throughout my stay. The apartment is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need there is truly nothing to complain about. Everything was well organized, comfortable, and thoughtfully arranged. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it. Nothing

- Alastair (9/5): - Nicely appointed apartment close to a tram stop, 15 minutes from the city centre. Comfortable, clean and relaxing. Excellent communication with the host.
- GENEROSO (10/5): Abbiamo trascorso un bel fine settimana. Posizione comoda. Struttura rilassante e pulitissima. - Arredato con gusto. Molto funzionale con tutto quello che serve per un soggiorno piacevole. Avrei preferito che fosse possibile vedere la TV anche con antenna terrestre e non solo via cavo, per vedere notiziari. Ma non è un gran problema.

- Cory (10/5): Awesome apartment 20 minutes by light rail to center of Florence. - The apartment is extremely clean, well equipped, with good light, and is very comfortable. It is easy to get to from the center of Florence via light rail which runs every 10 minutes. The building is older but well kept with marble stairs. The apartment is nicely updated yet retains style. The host is very professional, nice and helpful.

- Michelle (10/5): The apartment is lovely and Sylvia, the host, is amazing! - This was my first time booking a vacation rental outside of the US so I was a bit nervous. The apartment is clean, well-decorated, spacious and beautiful. The host, Sylvia, was fantastic! She was very accommodating and gracious. You could tell it was very important to her that we had a great stay. We had trouble hiring a taxi on our day of departure and Sylvia came to the apartment, facilitated our arrangements (we don't speak Italian) and waited with us until the taxi arrived! For me the location was fine. I love living around the locals when traveling. For my dad who has back issues, it would have been easier to stay in the city centre of Florence to alleviate any additional walking. Fortunately, the apartment is a short walk from the tram station. Also, it's difficult to find a taxi in Florence if you are outside of the city centre, like where the apartment is located, so be prepared to make transportation arrangements a day in advance.
