- Swwetworld Rachael (3/5): Lots of potential but a lack of maintenance and care made our stay uncomfortable. - House is large and situated on a large block of land with good size bedrooms. Pool table and cinema room were great for the kids. General cleanliness of the property was below acceptable for any price. With spiderwebs, cockroach poo and dust including spiders on all of the play ground équipment and pool, which required us to clean. The cleaner had left the mop and bucket on the pathway in the back yard indicating a general lack of care. It was clear that it had been sometime since the last guests had stayed at this property and should have been checked by the vendor prior to our stay. Most of the shower heads in the bathrooms fell down and sprayed water . Towel rails fell off. No fly screens on windows in master bedroom. Possums got into the roof in granny flat which kept up our friends all night. They were not able to stay there the second night because of the noise. The owner was contacted the next day and agreed to compensate us but 2 weeks on and several promises later we have not been refunded (even partially). Also to note for future guests the local roosters crowed all night, and I mean all night.

My partner had also left her camera & they delivered it back to us! Extremely grateful!

- Arjun (9/5): Good value for a big group. - Initially we couldn't locate the granny flat. It was like a sense of adventure when we found it 😄. The propert is big and therefore suits a bigger group. We were 14 heads. Kids enjoyed the pool. We went for a two night stay. After the booking had gone through we were contacted almost a week later that they couldn't host us as they realised it's NY eve etc. I had to engage customer service to retain the booking as by then all suitable properties were booked out. To fully enjoy the property It's better if you book it a bit longer. It can be a base for you to explore around. This property is best enjoyed in colder days but kids enjoyed it in pool although the house itself was much warmer particularly the ground floor as the ceiling fans were almost ineffective. The code to entry door stopped working about 20 mins before the checkout. Therefore had to leave the gate remote outside the door. I wish there was a key pad to open gate from inside. TV didn't work, neither Foxtel. Internet worked. At least there was no instructions how to work it.

- Wareham (9/5): Great place to stay. Highly recommend for a group stay as has everything you need. - The property was perfect for our annual club trip up to Taree for their Summer regatta.
The pool was great to chill out in after a hard day's rowing!
The property was clean, full stocked with sufficient towels and linen & comfy beds. Nothing!

- Carol (10/5): We stayed with family and friends for my husband’s 60th birthday. It was the perfect property - Beautiful property!!! Clean and comfortable with great amenities. House was well stocked with very comfortable beds and pillows. Pool and play area was loved by our little ones with a beautiful outlook for us older ones. I would recommend Cundletown Cove to anyone thinking of staying in the area. Only thing I can think of is more flyscreens as the flies were horrendous.
