• Hariharan (4/5): Average - The location of the property. Looks like the property hasn’t gone through a maintenance check. The light in toilet wasn’t working but the maintenance staff tried to fix it but the light bulb was jammed into the holder. One of the rooms did not have a heater - master bedroom. No firewood was supplied. Basic things like torch light, scissors were not supplied.

• Chanel (10/5): Amazing stay . Lovely host . Nothing was an issue and everything was perfect . Lovely well looked home . Very clean amaz - Absolutely everything ! Nothing was perfect .
• Candice (8/5): Very good - We had a pretty good stay. We booked for a night last minute in the middle of winter. The place is cute with an absolutely incredible view - I would probably book again just for this. Kylie was pretty helpful and quick to respond when we reached out about a blown lightbulb. The house is pretty well maintained, if a little on the older side. There were only 3 heaters for four bedrooms - seems like an odd oversight. Was a little off-putting in the middle of winter, but shouldn't be an issue at other times. Also had to rinse out the shower before using. And the tv needs an update, as the picture is pretty poor.
• Shane (8/5): Nice and homely, nice surroundings a, perfect for our stay. Nicer than a motel for sure. - One roll of toilet paper supplied nearly caused a feud once discovered there was only one later on the Friday night. And bath with shower should have a mat as it was a dash slippery for us older folk.
• Carole (8/5): A lovely house to stay in, at a good location. Brilliant garden. Would stay there again :) - Lovely warm house for miserable weather, good location. comfy furniture. Gorgeous garden for when it wasn't wet! The pillows were really big (or 2 tiny ones in duvet cases) Some variety would have been nice, in between size. Duvet covers had marks on them so wondered if they were freshly washed :( Would have been nice to have some firewood, although we were warm with the heat pump. Some cleaning products would have been good, we had a spillage which we cleaned but only dish wash available. Also we wanted to vacuum as we had the dogs & it got hairy, the vacuum cleaner bag was full & torn so this was difficult.

• Zachary (7/5): Good - It was a good location and was spacious. Manager of the property was quick to sort out any problems.
• John (7/5): Practical solution to staying in Kaikoura. - The property was convenient to Kaikoura activities and was spotlessly clean. While functional and comfortable, the property is dated and doesn’t have a warm or welcoming appearance.
• Carl (8/5): Very good - It's nice and clean 4 bedrooms apartment, that is located in a quiet residential area. The check-in process was very smooth with a key pad code to retrieve the door key. It maintains all Privacy you need. The WiFi network coverage was poor, the master bedroom can't really have the connection. Another minus point is that we don't like a big mirror facing the bed, so we use a blanket to cover it. Lol

• Alison (9/5): This property suited our needs and was clean and comfortable for a group of friends. - Clean,comfortable and convenient location. Vacuum cleaner didn’t seem to have a lot of suction. Otherwise nothing, it’s not flashy but suited our needs
• Greg (10/5): Exceptional - Awesome place with a great Bach feel but with everything you need. Short walk into town.
