- Ines (10/5): Absolutely perfect - James was such a marvellous host - excellent, clear, and quick communication, very helpful, and checking to see that we had arrived safely and all was well. The apartment itself was so comfortable, with one main bedroom and a second, slightly smaller room at the back of the apartment. It was the ideal setup for two people travelling together. I slept on the futon in the back room and it was really comfortable, and my travelling companion said her room was the same. The apartment is nice and safe, on the first floor with a good lock on the door (and the front door of the apartments is also locked). Nicely laid out kitchen, with all utensils etc and a microwave. Very comfortable lounge room. Location is perfect, right near a supermarket and with several good quality restaurants within a short walk (highly recommend Orpheus Greek restaurant). Richmond station and all the buses are 10-15 mins walk across the river. The neighbourhood is very quiet and it's an ideal location for a peaceful stroll along the Thames. Additional bonuns is the bus directly to Heathrow (terminal 5), which goes straight past the apartment. I don't usually use private apartments (I prefer hotels) but I will definitely be staying here again if it is available. Nothing
