• Weiheng (2/5): At EUR 85 per night, we were expecting certain level of quality & comfort...... - 家具配色與格調，自助check in 方便 1.中庭雜草叢生 2.因地暖故障或其他原因，導致房間內溫度過高(半夜28度，白天32度，實際上室外溫度夜間僅10度，日間22度)，但因為位處維也納16區，公寓大門時常沒關，考慮到治安的問題，夜間睡覺時我們只能把窗戶上方打開通風，反映給owner後，雖承諾會派人來修理，但最後只是在我們外出時提前把噪音巨大的移動式冷氣提前打開，還是沒把暖氣關閉(有照片存證)。 3.臥室面積過小，睡在裡面的人如果不爬上床，就必須小心繞過床底的懸吊式衣架和四五個吊燈，才能從床邊狹窄的空間走上床 4.由於房間溫度過高，owner提供了活動式的廉價冷氣，但因為運轉噪音非常大，連續兩晚我們都只能戴上耳塞睡覺。 5.淋浴時水會把地板弄濕 6.臉盆水龍頭左右冷熱水管裝反了

• L (5/5): - Die Unterkunft hatte eine gute S-Bahn Anbindung um schnell in die Innenstadt zu gelangen. Es war ein einfaches einchecken möglich. Das Apartment liegt in einem Innenhof wo es wirklich sehr ruhig ist und man von der Straße nichts mit bekommt und gut schlafen kann. Leider war das Badezimmer nicht sauber! Es lagen im Bad Haare auf dem Boden als wir ankamen. Die Wände könnten mal wieder gestrichen werden und es war leider sehr hellhörig sodass man alles von den Nachbarn mit gehört hat. Die Gläser zum trinken waren leider auch nicht wirklich sauber gespült.
• Egor (7/5): Generally ok. - The location is very good - trams are in 3 min of walk, after that 10 min to the city center. Also it is quite as it is located in an inner block. The furniture is new. It was not clean - a lot of black hairs in the bathroom. And also ants near the entrance. Another painful point is the bath/restroom door - a sliding door looks modern but does not provide a meaningful sound isolation.

The appartment wasn't really that clean, coffeemaker was dirty and had old cups in it and toilet too. place would be much better if attention was paid to better cleaning. A lot of stuff from previous visitors was collected and offered like foods and herbs handsoaps and whatever instead of offering it as an inclusive from the property which gave it a messy and poverty impression.

It needs to be more equipped, mostly in the kitchen, having more artefacts for cleaning such as a brush, or mop, and adding extra paper towels and kitchen rolls, sponges, etc. To make the kitchen extra practical and complete.

Daarnaast was het heel fijn dat we vroeg konden inchecken en later konden uitchecken ivm het ophalen van onze bagage. Ook de snelle en vriendelijke reacties van de hostess. douchewater was wisselend van temperatuur.

I really enjoyed staying there with my family. The host was very responsive and friendly. Having such a comfortable and pretty apartment greatly contributed to our amazing stay in beautiful Vienna.

• mm468 (9/5): - Apartament w Ottakringu, z widokiem na najstarszy browar w Wiedniu (akurat w ten weekend zapach zaczynu piwnego dochodził do okien). Apartament przy ulicy z tramwajem, na drugim piętrze (jest winda). Apartament obszerny na dwie osoby, pokoje i okna na dwie strony: salon na ulicę, sypialnia na podwórko. Było naprawdę cicho w apartamencie. Aneks kuchenny wyposażony ok, wielka lodówka. Wifi działa bardzo dobrze. Ekipa sprzątająca powinna się bardziej przyłożyć, bo ogólnie wydaje się czysto, ale jak się zaczyna przyglądać na półeczki, dokładniej w łazience, to raczej nie sprzątnięte. łóżko dość wąskie na 2 osoby z bardzo miękkim materacem, więc wpada się na siebie. Nie było zimno, a nocą włączały się kaloryfery i mocno grzały. Trzeba było otwierać okna. Woda ciepła jest ogrzewana przez bojler przepływowy, więc raz leci ciepła, raz zimna, długo się czeka żeby zaczęła lecieć ciepła i marnuje się dużo wody. Jeśli ktoś przyjedzie samochodem to tylko w weekend jest za darmo, potem albo parking P+R albo postój płatny tylko przez 2h
• Catherine (3/5): - The keyless lock made check in very easy. We were allowed to check in a bit early, which was nice. It was unbearably hot inside despite being <16° outside and keeping the window cracked open the entire time. The air conditioner next to the (open) window never read below 21°. It was much hotter in the bedroom (no windows) and when one had to go to the bathroom (no actual doors, no fans, but heated floors) the entire tiny apartment turned into a heated shitbox. There were also black hairs on the towels and under the sheet. It was obvious that the apartment was given a brief wipe-down, but not actually cleaned (gunk in the corners, etc.). The walls were were covered in scuffs, the nightstand was damaged. One of the bedroom lights was missing a bulb. The kind of stuff that makes it clear that not a lot of care is put into making the space nice for guests. The towels and sheets also felt grubby. I'm sure they had been washed, but felt like they hadn't been completely rinsed or something. The heat was what made it really unbearable though.

• Sarah (7/5): Preis- Leistungsverhältnis okay. - Ablauf reibungslos. Größe des Apartments ist super. Viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in direkter Umgebung. Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel fußläufig schnell erreichbar. Sauberkeit ist sehr mangelhaft!! Das Bett leider viel zu weich.. 1 1/2 Rollen Toilettenpapier für 3 Personen und 2 Nächte ist zu wenig - es sollte etwas mehr bereitgestellt werden.

• Horst (8/5): Schönes verlängertes Wochenende in Wien - Praktisches Appartment in guter Lage im Bezirk Ottakring, gute Versorgungsmöglichkeiten (Lebenmittel, Bäcker) in direkter Umgebung. Zwei Tiefgaragen mit gutem Preis/Leistungsverhältnis in der Umgebung. Gute Tips im Appartment zur Gastronomie, Vekehr etc. Sehr gute ÖPNV Anbindung.
• Barbara (9/5): - Eine sehr nette, gut ausgestattete, saubere Wohnung mit einem Balkon! Es war ruhig, obwohl neben einer Hauptstraße gelegen. Die Tür ist schwer zu öffnen, nach Codeeingabe muss man sehr kräftig drücken, damit die Tür aufgeht.

• Marietta (7/5): Alles in allem hat es uns gut gefallen und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt - Kommunikation, Check-In und Check-out waren sehr freundlich, und unkompliziert und wenn wir Fragen hatten oder irgendetwas gebraucht haben, hat sich Evgeniya umgehend gemeldet und Dinge, die gefehlt haben sogar binnen 30 Minuten vorbeigebracht - wirklich ein toller Service. Das Appartment war grundsätzlich schön hergerichtet und sehr sauber. Was uns wirklich gefehlt hat, waren ein paar Garderobenhaken für Jacken und etwas Ablagefläche in der Küche - vl. ein schmales Board über dem Kühlschrank oder so… Ein bisschen vermisst haben wir einen Couchtisch - Abends, beim Fernsehen standen unsere Gläser am Boden. Und was ich persönlich nicht so schön fand, waren die offene Boiler-Untersicht und der Router, der im Vorraum vor der Toilettentür stand, sodass man beim Vorbeigehen an den Kabeln hängen blieb. Für Erwachsene an sich kein Problem, aber wenn man mit kleinen Kind reist, unter Umständen nicht ganz optimal. 😅

• MARIA (10/5): - Lovely atmosphere and the neighbourhood was full of shops that covered every need. The apartment was peaceful and very clean, exactly what we where looking for. The hostess and her employees were so kind and very helpful, even before our arrival! Plus the apartments have easy access to public transportation, so we could move around very freely. We would certainly choose to stay again!

• Eva (3/5): Danke. Aber nein danke. - Der einzige Pluspunkt war die Freundlichkeit der Dame welche als Kontaktperson angegeben war. Dreckig und abgewohnt. Bekamen zuerst ein Zimmer welches nicht gereinigt wurde. Haare überall (Waschbecken, Bett), in der Küchenzeile Brösel und Flecken und an der Wand neben dem Bett Flecken (die waren schon etwas älter).

• Serhii (2/5): One of the worst booking experience. - Good Wi-Fi Tea upon check-in to the apartment First of all, the earliest check-in time is after 3 p.m., as the apartments are cleaned after previous guests leave. At check in(at 3:00 p.m.)apartment was still a mess. Five minutes later, a cleaning company arrived and cleaned the apartment while we were there. At 3:20 p.m., the cleaning was finished, and we were allowed to enter the apartment. Everything was poorly cleaned, there was dust on all the surfaces in the apartment except for the kitchen table, grease on the oven, etc. After cleaning, they were supposed to bring us paper towels, but apparently they forgot to do so, plus the toilet door was broken and wouldn't move in either direction. After I asked the hostess to help solve at least the problem with the door and the towels, I received the answer, “Unfortunately, I can't help you today. Try yourself, and if it doesn't work, they'll fix everything for you tomorrow.” I managed to fix the door myself. The next day, the apartment was cleaned again, and they brought us paper towels, but they broke the toilet door again! The next day, the apartment was not cleaned. Now about the apartment itself. The apartments are very worn and dirty. The walls between the apartments are very thin. You can hear absolutely everything. Bedroom - the bedding has stains. The TV remote control is also faulty, with 50% of the buttons not working, although the batteries seemed to be fine. Bathroom - weak water pressure, clogged drain in the shower. I am not saying that everything should be perfect, but at least what is already there should be put in order.

Thaliastrasse is a great street in XVI district, well conected with metro and trams. Carina is very kind, a great host/ manager. Overall a great stay at DOWA apartments. Thank you!

• Gréta (9/5): Szépen berendezett, kényelmes szállás, jó környéken. - A szállás tiszta volt, jól felszerelt, pont olyan mint a képeken. A villamosmegálló is közel volt, belváros kb. fél órányi útra. Teraszos apartmant foglaltunk, a terasz is szép illetve hangulatos volt. A bejelentkezés és a szállasadóval történő kapcsolattartás gördülékeny volt. :) Hiányoltam a konyhából a mikrót, ezen kívűl minden tökéletes volt

• Gabriele (3/5): Wir sind unzufrieden und buchen sicher nicht noch einmal dort. - Wir waren sehr enttäuscht! Das Apartment ist dunkel, stickig, die Toilette nur mit der Schiebetüre ist für große Menschen ein Unding, die bereitgestellte Klimaanlage ist mega laut und hilft nichts. Keine Ablageflächen im Bad, keinerlei Schrank. Der Hinterhof ist von Taubendreck überseht, mit Unkraut usw. verwuchert, alles unordentlich. Auch der Zugang von der Straße ist gruselig. Die Fotos in der Beschreibung täuschen und sind nicht Realität. Das Schließsystem an der Tür funktioniert aber beim Öffnen besteht Verletzungsgefahr weil es kaum Abstand zwischen Tür und Knopf gibt. Wenn man keine Erfahrung für Wien hat, ein Tipp aus jetziger Erfahrung, den 16. Bezirk meiden, er ist alles andere als schön, außer man steht auf viele Dönerläden und alles was dazugehört.
