• Richard (8/5): Private bathroom with a great shower, great location close to the Ermington shops. - Private bathroom with a great shower, close to the Ermington shops and super market for meals, convenient parking right by the door on a quiet street, My personal internet was terrible and un-useable, No desk/work space, No black out curtains/blinds, fridge noise was noticeable, Closing the windows to keep the Victoria Road noise out.

• Victorya (10/5): Perfect little accomodation for this price - I travelled from Newcastle for a concert and loved this location for being close to Qudos bank arena. I didn’t want to spend a fortune for overnight stay and it was a good accommodation for this value of money. Nice and clean, have everything what you need . Definitely will be staying here again if will have some concerts trips again . Thanks! Private, nice and clean , have everything what you need!
• Ellie (7/5): Good - The location was great for the function we were attending. It was also really convenient having off-street parking available (even though it wasn’t undercover). The studio was reasonably clean and felt fine for a short stay. The wifi was pretty poor (we couldn’t stream anything) and the mobile data/service inside the studio wasn’t great either. There also wasn’t an iron or ironing board.

• Andrew (8/5): Was a vert comfortable ,clean tidy room in great location. - The location was perfect for me as it is on main roads making it easy to find for as I dont know Sydney well. Great A/C, comfy bed, quiet location, very clean and tidy. Needs a shelf in shower to hold your soap. No bottle opener in kitchen. Stairs are a chore . BYO milk for coffee. Parking a little annoying. But very minor complaints. Overall great and I would recommend .

• Ebony (9/5): Small but comfy, bad wifi. - Great location, the description of the studio is accurate. Nice water pressure and the bed was quite comfy. Clean sheets and towels, the mini toiletries were a nice touch. Overall I would stay again. The main let down for me was the wifi - it was so slow that I couldn't load a speed test. I ended up using mobile hotspot instead. It would have been nice to have a better car parking space - parking is in the lane.

• Pasquin (7/5): Overall fantastic, new looking, very hotel like. Easy Check In & Out Great location. Slow Wifi - The place was very clean and had hotel like presentation with towels and soaps. Easy check in and easy check out. The host was timely in his innitial communication. Location was great for me with shops down the road. Great to have a microwave which hotels i stay at usually dont have (Even though I didnt get a chance to use it). Alot of things provided, which I didnt use but if I needed, was there, so was very pleased. The internet wasnt that good, when I came in the evening and wanted to watch a show on my mobile device it was like using dial up. I barely used the toilet and it got clogged. I steered clear of using it too much but at the end it unclogged itself. There was additonal blankets but they were thin for how cold it was the week I was there and no door to the entry stairways which let the cold in. Luckily the heating was very good and helped heaps, so quite comfortable otherwise.

• Nguyen (9/5): Great place - The accommodation was as advertised. All amenities were provided, and our stay was comfortable. Traffic noise could be heard as place close to busy main road when we settled to go to sleep. It didn't affect our sleep though.
