Guest Reviews
- ava (10/5): - Excellent breakfast and the setting in the palm trees. Husband offers excursions, such as stargazing and many others. I hope to return
Highly rrcommend. All good
- Claudia (10/5): -
- Samar (10/5): Exceptional - I like the concept and the experience of camping but with easy facilities. The connection with nature. The deck was stunning for breathing and rest. Also the camp organize nice trips directly from the place. Nothing. I liked it all and I’ll repeat it
- Sorana (8/5): Simple and romantic stay in nature - Perfectly located in Nature under the stars, close to Winter Garden, old town and Hegra.
Romantic stay in the palm trees
Staff was very kind and attentive While we liked the outdoor shower, under the sun/ stars, we expected hot / warm water but it was cold 3 days. And since we just did half marathon we would have liked hot water. Matrice was hard.
Pool not available
- Nicolas (8/5): - Great tents, very friendly staff, nice breakfast under the palm trees Showers could be improved
Nessun servizio dall’aeroporto comunicato 3 ore prima dell’arrivo chiesto 3 giorni prima
- Bashaer (10/5): -
- AL MAULA (9/5): -
- Ivana (8/5): - Great location and hospitality!
- Raz (5/5): -
- Behrouz (7/5): Great staff, best location and activities on offer - The fact that the tent was in the middle of palm trees and you could see mountains, it was great.
Facility was very clean. This is extra important, considering you are middle of desert.
Staff were amazing. They all did what they could to accommodate our stay. During the month of December and January, AlUla is freezing cold at night. There is no heating solution in the tents. The outdoor shower becomes useless. Breakfast was very basic.
- kenneth (7/5): Overall pleasant because staff were so friendly - Breakfast was outdoors from 0700 till 0900 and it was freezing outside, They should figure out a way to offer breakfast indoors in the winter
- Rahaf (2/5): It’s was very cold and There is no heater and sleeping is uncomfortable because of the extreme cold. - The viewing Just viewing
- Atheer (1/5): - Nothing There is no heating inside the room and it was freezing cold I couldn’t sleep, I forced to book another hotel to stay in,
- Christophe (8/5): - The access is great and people were awesome. Kudo to Ubeida during ridge walk tour. I did not enjoy the breakfast because they did not have many options: only egg and beans with bred.
- Nate (10/5): I’d definitely recommend this place - It’s quite comfortable tents, it’s away from the city centre so nice quiet and relaxing. But not too far that you have to drive far… staff were helpful and friendly. I liked the open air showers You weren’t allowed to swim for some reason and the last two days the wifi stopped working
- RonaldErasmus (7/5): Cozy - Cozy and perfect if you want to visit the sites around Al Ula. There is a lot of vehicle noise during the evening. If you are a night owl, it won't be a problem.
- Fahad (10/5): -
- OMAR (10/5): Amazing!! I’ll come back again -
- Orlando Hasim (9/5): Loved being in touch with nature - I liked very much being the tent, in the middle of a date palm oasis. Breakfast was absolutely great: 10-15 dishes but loved them. The staf was super helpful in providing advice. Shared washrooms were slightly small but clean. Showers are open sky which is lovely but. when cold.
Água quente no duche sob as estrelas!!
- Fahad (10/5): -
- Mohanned (8/5): - I liked the experience of living in a tent, also it's in the center of the city every thing is close to the hotel. Kind of noisy but acceptable since you're sleeping in a tent, also the price is expensive for shared baths and cold nights.
- Jonathan (7/5): A great place to relax amid the hustle of Al Ula, but don't expect much beyond a place to sleep - Very tranquil. The tents were excellent and well set up in amongst the palm trees. I would recommend going for the ones nearest the washrooms, as otherwise the walk through the palms at night might be challenging. External showers were lovely, though basic. Staff were very friendly (when we could find them). We were staying over the end of Ramadan and into Eid, and the place was a ghost town on occasions with no staff to be seen. Breakfast was poor: just food left on a table for self-service, and on a couple of days was left out for a long time in the sun, covered in flies. We saw a cat nibbling at the bread... The setup at Husaak is more geared for the adventure activities, as they offer these on behalf of the tourist board, with the glamping as a bit of a sideline. That's fine, but then over Eid most of the adventure activities weren't available either. The stargazing is very much worth it - amazing!
- Paul Anthony (10/5): I like the view and ambiance of the hotel - The ambiance Nothing
- Lívia (10/5): Staying at Husaak Glamping was PERFECT - Staying at Husaak Glamping was PERFECT. Amazing structure, furniture, mattress, pillows, blankets, (shared) showers and toilets. GREAT staff, service, guidance, support and airport transfer. Perfect location. Star Gazing tour is totally AWESOME. If there is one thing to criticize, it would be the breakfast. Keep fruit and boiled eggs everyday, please. 😋
- Fiona (5/5): One night is doable for the experience but not more, unless the price is reduced substantially - The tents and scenic surrounding Too expensive for what is offered. Half empty, dirty pool was not a pleasant site. Showers & toilet area should be cleaned more frequently.
- Detlef (9/5): Any time again - Great location and nice environment Breakfast was a bit simple
- Samia (8/5): -
- Susana (4/5): - The tent itself was nice although narrow. Bedlinen was clean and soft. These place would be ok for 50 USD but charging 170USD for this is an abuse.
Tents are very small, super close one to another, bathrooms are container, showers outdoors are like a beach shower, and breakfast veey very basic. Swimming pool was also empty and dirty.
- Francisco Javier (3/5): Fatal, no recomendable.
- claude (9/5): - very good location. breakfast poor.
- Julia (9/5): -
- Walid (5/5): More like Camping and not Glamping.. - The location is good and the overall layout is nice Toilets were dirty and showers are dirty and all bugs and pest need to be managed better. showers need areas to hang clothing and personal items. The soaps and shampoo needs to be placed on a proper dispenser. The swimming pool was un maintained and not useable needs to be cleaned and properly maintained. The mattresses are very hard and uncomfortable.
- Chloé (8/5): Great value for money on what can be offered in AlUla. We had a nice stay. - Very well located for all the activities starting at the winter park. The tent was spacious and bed very confortable.
Taking a hot shower outside surrounded by the palm tree was an amazing experience. The breakfast was not great, we went out to Pink Camel coffee place to get a second breakfast.
We were there in April, which was not yet too warm to sleep in an accommodation like this glamping. I would not advise to go there in summer, since did not see any air conditioning in the tent.
- rawan (10/5): Super - I enjoyed the nature & calm of the farm, also their hospitality was amazing No shower
- Sarah (10/5): Nice budget place to stay to see alula - The beds were very comfortable and showers were very clean The hasaak company don’t provide any transport even if you book their activities
- Sheeva (8/5): If you will visit alula for the first time, choose this accommodation as it is near to tourist spot. And you will enjoy - I like the location, it is near to all the tourist spots, and they have all the activities if you want to explore more of alula. Also, the tent and the surroundings is so instagram worthy. We stayed here during winter, and there is no warmer inside the tent you will really freeze even you will cover with comforter. Thankfully we choose to stay here on weekdays so there are less guests. I wonder if this camp will be fully occupied the CR is not enough To cater the guest.
- Jiawen (4/5): - The shower and restrooms are very far from the tent... Quite inconvenient. And There's no lock to tents which feel unsafe. The prices are not cheap so don't think it's worth of value.
- Peter (6/5): Nice and comfortable tents, but improvable bathroom and shower facilities. - The tents were nice, clean, and comfortable. The interior was well organized. Overall, the stay was pleasant. The bathroom and shower facilities could use a serious makeover. Especially, the showers were quite rustic and primitive. The facilities were quite far from the tents, which made it a bit difficult during the night.
- Jonathan (9/5): - Great glamping experience in Al Ula that's worth it, both in experience and value.
It's located in a very quiet area (apart from birds in the morning) but close enough to the main attractions of Al Ula (Old Town, Winter Park, etc.)
Great facilities for a glamping area - I was amazed at how tidy and clean everything was and there wasn't even a trace of mosquitoes or insects that you'd normally expect in an outdoors tent experience. Having the tents under the palms keep things cooler throughout the day. The furniture, bedding and material was definitely on the upscale side! Dogs barking at night
- Latifah (10/5): Great, the stay itself is one of the alula experiences. - Clean, nice staff
- Razan (5/5): Get sick for a week - Every thing was beautiful except the blanket i get sick from its like paper sick can you believe the other almost 5 degrees
And the blanket from satin!!!
- shahad (8/5): -
- Sarika (7/5): Good enough! Expensive for what it was but better than a lot of places in Al Ula. - Great blankets that kept us very warm, the guy who runs the place was amazing and so friendly and impressive. The tent was a good size and the bathrooms were clean. We stayed for four nights and our room didn't get cleaned or tidied at all. Our water didn't get refilled etc. But mostly it was really noisy - even though we were the tent furthest away from the road. Lots of animals, which is fine, but also a lot of traffic noise. I could cope fine but my family members found it really difficult to sleep and relax. Breakfast was also a bit basic and mundane - some days had much less available. Also you have to book everything in advance, all the tours were full when we went.
- Bilal (10/5): -
- Krzysztof (7/5): Very comfortable but temperatures at night are a problem - I like the comfortable beds, the friendliness of staff and the breakfast. Clearly, temperatures at night are problem in February. The facility offers warm bed linen but no heaters in the tents. You definitely need warm clothes for sleeping but the air is anyway so freezing that your cold nose is waking you up anyway all the night long. This is actually the only problematic thing I experienced in this place.
- Richard (8/5): Excellent. - It was as advertised. Simple, clean and affordable and fun. /

- Ash (5/5): Cheap option for short stay in Alula - The tent was cosy and clean and additional blankets were provided for the bed. Too close to main road and bikers and trucks were still passing late at night. Dogs barking for hours limited sleep. Sheep and roosters in the morning were expected, the dogs were not. Toilets had a bad sewage smell also. Could be upgraded.
- Maysoon (9/5): - Rest room was far and cold
- Haney (8/5): -
- Nessrin (8/5): - The location is very good just at the centre of Alula about 20 min from the main attractions.
One of the best places in Alula for relaxing & mind cleaning.
Give you the chance to live the campaign experience with more comfort & less efforts.
It is also an adventures centre so arranging for trips is very easy while you are staying there.
The variety of activities is excellent
The staff are so friendly & helpful.Reham & Salma at the reception, Mr Meshari & Mr Suhail thank you all. There is mild delay with the actual time of starting the activities
- Basil (5/5): -
- Yazeed (4/5): Its pure camping not “glamping” - -Location is good and central.
-Parking is big.
-Water heater was great. The property is clearly established and operated by someone with no prior expertise in hospitality.
- They asked us to pay an extra 100 sar because we are checking in after 7pm? How is that acceptable. Not to mention that the check in was done while the employee did not even bother himself to welcome us or to turn on the lights in the reception area or to at least give us a properly printed forms to fill (the forms he gave us was missing most of the text because clearly the printer does not have enough ink).
- Rooms are missing most things. No mirror. No hanger to hang your wet towel to dry. No soap or shampoo to be used in the shared showers. No slippers to wear while walking to the shared showers or shared bathrooms.
- If this was a 300 sar per night property, I would’ve not been this disappointed. But paying 700 sar a night and not having these small convenience is just not acceptable.
- Some nights were super cold and would’ve been lovely if they had put a heater in each tent since its clearly going to be freezing inside a tent.
Breakfast was below average. Bathroom is almost always out of hand napkins. Unfortunately with the lack of decent places to stay in Al Ula, this option will not need to improve their situation because demand will stay high.

- Sarah (10/5): Lovely Glamping Experience - Wonderful experience at Husaak Glamping. They very kindly allowed us to check in early after our flight. The tents are very spacious and the bed comfortable. Yes it gets cold at night but it was cosy in bed. Clean toilets and hot showers. Bring a warm jacket for outdoors in the evening. Breakfast was very nice, especially the curried halloumi. Most places to stay in Al Ula are 6 star and $$ so this is an excellent alternative. Easy 15 minute walk to Winter Park where the tour buses leave. No lie-ins thanks to the Alarm Clock Cockerel. :-)
- Al Qahtani (6/5): -
- Abdulelah (10/5): -
- Aisha (10/5): -
- Janine (5/5): - The tens has very nice and quite new equipment as well as a hot shower and good toilets.
The place is very close to winterpark and good for exploring the area. The place is quite crowded with one tent next to the other, so not much privacy. It is next to the road and very noisy - even in the middle of the night!
The breakfast was quite a deception: we have been told that breakfast is between 7am-10am, and it was not fully ready at 07.30. There was no hot water for coffee until we left around 8am.. the breakfast in general was neither very special or good (eggs, beans, toast, cornflakes). The dishes were all plastic or cartoon and been thrown away after the meal. This doesnt match their announcement that there is a "eco"- concept behind the camping.
Spending a night in a cold night is okay (we new this before), but having breakfast outside with 5⁰ when there is a warm common room where breakfast could be hold was quite hard..

- Ali (5/5): -
- Dina (5/5): location was good, place is clean - location was good. staff were friendly. bathrooms and showers were clean the tents were close to the road and close to each other. very noisy. there was only one main bathroom which was far. breakfast was poor and basic. no toaster. very basic
- Dalal (10/5): - Everything was amazing, the place, the ambiance, the experience, the staff were friendly and helpful .. I will definitely come back there again. Breakfast was modest and not on time
- Gerard (8/5): Great location. Nice organised activities, small but ok breakfast, local taste. Cold in winter but extra blankets were i - Well balanced, clean, comfortable, not that big, personal approach, friendly and helpful staff. Bit noisy because of the road.
