• Wolfgang (8/5): Sehr gutes Apartment für 4 Personen in guter Lage - Sehr gutes Apartment in zentraler Lage, mit dem PKW parken ist in ganz Karlsbad problematisch... für dieses Apartment schien uns der beste Parkplatz Vrsavska (https://www.karlovyvary.cz/cs/parkoviste-varsavska?utm_source=chatgpt.com) - kostengünstig und nur 5 Gehminuten vom Apartment. Das Apartment befindet sich im Dachgeschoss- 4 Stockwerke ohne Lift.

• Ondřej (9/5): Pěkné ubytování - Hezké ubytování kousíček od hlavního dění, ale i tak tam byl příjemný klid. Poblíž je navíc podzemní parkoviště za 500 Kč na den. Apartmán byl dostatečně prostorný pro rodinu s jedním dítětem. Moc se nám esteticky nelíbily ty odhalené stěny ve výklenku a chybějící závěs v koupelně.

• Yang (9/5): - The best thing about this apartment is definitely the location. It is right next to the pedestrian street that leads to the thermal spring colonnades where you can drink the mineral water, and there are many restaurants and shops nearby. The apartment seems to be newly renovated, everything is very new and clean. It is not very big, but very cozy and comfortable. Overall, it offers great value for money. One small thing to note: in the bedroom some wooden beams and insulation material (Mineral Wool) between them were exposed, probably as part of the interial design concept. I’m not sure whether exposed insulation could have any health impact, but for a short stay it was not a big issue.

• Judit (6/5): Modern but very cold apartment - don't expect the world - A really modern and clean apartment with a spacious bath tub. Easy check in and communication with host. Good location if you are ok with walking to the centre. Very nice bed and good kitchen. The apartment, especially the bathroom, was extremely cold (and the heating system even though modern, it's hard to handle and keep on. Heating needs to be sorted out - it was so cold that it felt uncomfortable to sit on the toilet seat. Additionally, there are no blinds on the windows, or adequate bathroom lighting, which should be addressed. Parking instructions were provided, however parking was not possible as described, however there are underground garages nearby which are great. The kitchen is modern, however paying 1 EUR for a nespresso capsule is insane - probably best not to supply them at all. The building is quite shabby as well, however the apartment is of very high spec other than the issues noted.

• Aleksej (8/5): - Eine sehr schöne Wohnung in ruhiger Lage. Die Fotos und die Beschreibung sind zutreffend. Geschäfte und alle Sehenswürdigkeiten befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die Wohnung ist wunderschön renoviert und bietet alles, was man zum täglichen Leben braucht. Die Kommunikation mit dem Eigentümer verlief schnell und reibungslos. Für uns war es keine große Sache, für viele dürfte es jedoch eine große Sache sein, dass die Wohnung im vierten Stock ohne Aufzug liegt und ich in der Beschreibung keine Informationen dazu gefunden habe. Ein großes Problem waren die Matratzen, sie waren so hart, dass ich die ganze Woche kaum Schlaf bekam.

• Caroline (8/5): Een prachtig appartement,zeker als het helemaal af is - De bedden en uitstraling van het appartement. Het is een pareltje, alleen mist het net nog de kleine details. De accommodatie is denk ik vrij nieuw en mist kleine details zoals een haak voor handdoeken in de badkamer en keuken. Ook de afzuigkap was nog niet aangesloten. Op de gang wordt verbouwd. De verdieping is duidelijk nog in aanbouw. Dat strookt niet met de luxe uitstraling van het appartement zelf. Bij appartement dien je te betalen voor het parkeren, dit was ons niet duidelijk. Gelukkig wel mogelijkheden in de buurt.

• Aneta (10/5): Krásné a klidné ubytování. - Naprosto úžasné ubytování v klidné lokalitě, kde jsme strávili jednu noc a určitě se budeme chtít vrátit. Nemám co dodat.

• Pelangi (8/5): Relaxing time - The whole apartment was spacious, the windows let in lots of light and I was very happy with the shower and the bath. The bed wasn’t very comfortable because it’s a twin bed and it’s leaning down in the middle.
