Il personale di gestione è terribile, avevamo esplicitamente chiesto di poter usare due letti, ma siamo arrivati di notte e le lenzuola di uno dei due non c'erano. Ovviamente loro erano irraggiungibili fino alla mattina dopo. Il giorno seguente ci hanno detto che avrebbero provveduto ma non hanno fatto nulla. In più, vedete nella foto una lavatrice? Ebbene la lavatrice NON esiste, tutti i servizi del condominio sono accessibili solo con una tessera che non è stata fornita. Non c'era nemmeno una bottiglia di acqua e nemmeno il sapone nel lavandino, solo bagno schiuma in doccia. Semplicemente vergognoso che Booking avalli la gestione di questi incompetenti.

Prédio novo e chave eletrônica. Cozinha OK e bem equipada! Apertamento! Se fala em até 6 pessoas, mas para 4 já fica apertado. O quarto de solteiro, quando se coloca a cama ao lado, não se pode fechar a porta do quarto. Banheiro minúsculo! Sofá-cama não existe. É terríiiiiiiiiiiiivel! Ele abre de 2 lados e fica a parte do meio para cima e as extremidades para baixo. Impossível de dormir. Outro problema é o cadastro. Uma burocracia exagerada! Parece que se está abrindo conta em banco.

- Fernando (8/5): Viagem à trabalho, atendeu muito bem às minhas necessidades. - Localização, bem próximo ao shopping e metrô. Limpeza, decoração, custo x benefício, armários com muitos cabides. Ar condicionado na sala, mas não nos quartos.

Alugamos para 3 pessoas e só tinham coisas para duas (toalhas, roupa de cama) Ar-condicionado em apenas um dos quartos e aparentemente com pouca manutenção

Quarto de casal não tem espaço para colocar mala, não tem academia o prédio e a limpeza estava ruim, tampa da privada suja e não deixaram detergente, mandei mensagem avisando, falaram que entregariam e nunca entregaram.

- Carolina (8/5): Muy bueno - Muy bien ubicado , con todo lo necesario para una estadía de trabajo Faltan cosas para cocinar en la cocina, cafetera, sartén, etc
- Sandra (10/5): Comodidad - Estaba limpio, muy completo y el apartamento muy bien distribuido por dentro , además queda a dos cuadras de un centro comercial grande. Faltaron toallas de limpieza en la cocina y un adaptador de luz para los que no somos de Brasil.
