Generalnie nie zostało posprzątane po poprzednich gościach, gdy zgłaszałam to do personelu to się śmiał a jedyne jego zmartwienie to czy zapłacę Pytanie czy coś mi się podobało ? Nie nic . Na tym samym osiedlu są wspaniałe obiekty do wynajęcia , właściciel tego miał 3 do wyboru a każdy z nich to ten sam

Khăn tắm và chăn ga gối đệm cần sạch hơn vì giặt xong không có nắng phơi hoặc sấy khô lên hơi có mùi làm mình ngủ không được ngon và sâu giấc....
- Diep (1/5): - Sau khi đặt, host nhắn tin đã hết phòng và yêu cầu tôi hủy, và chuyển sang một bên khác rất xa ở đây, tôi không đồng ý và host cũng kệ luôn. Những khách sạn được vận hành tồi tệ như thế này xứng đáng bị khóa tài khoản kinh doanh
- Nguyen (1/5): - Coi như em hoan hỉ em bỏ luôn hoá đơn :) nhưng em đang không đồng ý với cách làm và cung cấp dịch vụ của anh. Thà anh nói từ đầu bên anh không xuất được, hoặc khi em hỏi lại tin nhắn anh có thể trả lời anh khó khăn, em thông cảm, hoặc như thế nào đó, chứ đừng dùng cách im lặng này anh nhé. Trong khi rõ ràng trên booking có điều khoản xuất hoá đơn đàng hoàng, em cũng đã check với anh trước khi tới check in một ngày.

No reply on Booking.com but 2 hours later had a reply on WhatsApp

- Reuben Slater (8/5): Not what we booked but liked what we got. - The place we got was super, though not what we booked. Massive TV, AC, kitchen, restaurants closed by, nicely furnished. Futuristic housing complex. We booked a room in the eco park and we were sent 6km away to a 12th floor apartment on a complex.
- Elizaveta (4/5): Overall, I won’t recommend the stay - The owner was polite and the instructions for moving in were clear Everything apart from that was a disaster. The flat is so different from the photos: old and dirty. Hair and ants welcomed us as well.

- Phạm (10/5): - Phòng sạch sẽ, chủ home support siêu nhiệt tình. Phù hợp nghỉ ngơi sau tuần làm việc mệt mỏi gần Hà Nội. Rất khuyên mọi người nên đặt ở home. Mình có book nhầm ngày nhưng home sắp xếp cho khách rất nhanh <3 cảm ơn home

- Alexandra (7/5): Misleading description but overall alright - Great view from 32nd floor, good location in Ecopark Overall, the place is an alright value for money but the photos are misleading as they show both the studio and a bigger apartment. It wasn’t clear that a cheaper option we booked was a studio 1. Our booking explicitly said 35m2 one-bedroom apartment but we got a tiny studio 2. The “bed” is a mattress placed on two wooden racks, extremely uncomfortable to get in and out of bed, plus super low 3. Check in process was confusing with the instructions to find some lady at the reception 4. Doubtful they changed the bedding as we found multiple hairs. The host didn’t respond to the complaint 5. You can’t use the lift in the building without a keycard yet we were only given one which was inconvenient

- Hoa (8/5): Very good - The view from the room is nice, quiet surroundings. The room space is enough for 2 people, and it's very clean and tidy. Overall this is a good place for short-term stay. Highly recommend! One small thing is that it's not really soundproof.

We only stayed one night but the apartment is equipped for longer stays as well. The check-in process was very easy and comfortable and the host is very helpful! Everything was perfect!

- Maria (1/5): Scam Alert: Sulfur Smells, Construction noise inside, and Cockroaches! - The building was new, receptionist and security were responsive. Tourist Scam Alert! Doan Tu Anh/Titan houses. Very Noisy. Construction noise inside the building in two different apartments. Rooms selected for 🍀 tourists being next to waste disposal..smelling sulfur, Cockroaches, little soundproof, or no mattress (hard board), unreliable wifi, and host lied repeatedly when I had previously enquire about noise and smell. True hospitality! Booking does not refund nor discounts any fees. And lets the scammer keep scamming.
