• Gustavo (2/5): I WILL NEVER COME BACK. NO WAY!! IT WAS A MISTAKE. - Sorry. Didn’t like nothing at all. Ultra small room. Cheap administration. Not the rigth people on the staff (not dressed correctly…. Scary). Forget about the included breakfast. Not good niegborhood. Cloged shower. Ultra small desk. THERE ARE MANY OTHER OPTIONS FOR SIMILAR PRICES.

Q los q atienden en el restaurante estén pendientes de lo q los comensales necesitan y q eviten el uso del celular, eso los distrae . Tener rampas para la accesibilidad de las personas de la tercera edad. Utilizar despachadores fijos para el jabón y fomentar el reciclado de toallas

• Arturo Jr. (9/5): Mi primer visita a Puebla - Las habitaciones 303 y 305 se me hicieron muy acogedoras, no tenía ruidos que molestan y se agradece mucho la privacidad. La comida buffet estuvo muy rica y muy amable el personal que nos hizo sentir consentidos. Muchas gracias por recibirnos. Muy amables en general las atenciones. Lo que no me gustó fue no poder pasar más días hospedado pero espero regresar pronto.

• Alcazar (10/5): Excelente - La atención del personal desde la llegada hasta mi salida del hotel, fueron muy amables y respetuosos. El hotel me pareció muy bonito y muy limpio. Que el agua hubiera estado caliente.
• Nathan (5/5): Ok for a one night stay, staff are pretty rude and features lacking - This place looks great architecturally and it's a unique building to stay at, the location is good and central to most things. Unfortunately the staff were a little bit rude at reception and kept laughing after they spoke to you and blatantly talked about you as if you weren't there. You can hear every little movement from the hallways in your room due to the emptiness and largeness of the hallways, everything echoes. Breakfast is NOT included despite what the booking says. There is cereal (but no milk) and there is literally no buffet as advertised. Breakfast is instead fully chargeable and made to order, but this is not made transparent at any point until after you've eaten the breakfast. The bed was very small and the smallest one we encountered in our 15 day trip. This hotel tries to be upmarket but unfortunately it is all fur coat and no knickers. It's ok for a one night stay but we left a little annoyed at the whole experience.

• Ariane (7/5): - Personnel agréable, mais personne ne nous avait prévenu qu’on n’avait pas accès à tout le petit déjeuner, ce qui a créé une confusion lorsqu’on a appris qu’il fallait payer des suppléments alors que nous avions choisi cet établissement car il avait un petit déjeuner compris. Localisation ne convient pas du tout pour les touristes, il faut traverser une zone pas du tout sécurisée pour aller vers le centre. Prenez un taxi jusqu’au centre mais n’y allez pas à pieds, surtout quand il fait noir.

• Eulogio (9/5): Great value! - The look and cleanliness of the hotel and value! Quit terrific. The restaurant staff were amazing, suoer friendly, professional, kind. The food was great! Nothing, except the rooms and bed were a little small.
• Guadalupe (10/5): Charming historical hotel, with lots of art and open ceilings that bring in sunshine. My favorite place in Puebla, by fa - This was definitely a historical landmark property. Lots of art and charm.
• Martin (9/5): A few minor issues but overall very good - Once again the location is perfect for our needs, and the restaurant is this hotels best feature and nice staff. This time when we arrived at 3 pm they were having difficulties the hotels ballroom was having a function and so staff were being used there, it took almost 15 minutes to check in and go to our room and another 30 minutes till they put our car into the secured parking . Normally check in is much easier, this is a hotel that we have used over ten times in the past few years Our room 416 has some well worn towels that should of been replaced they had seen better days and the shower arm was very rusty so that showed a lack of Maintenance. Small gripes I know but easy fixes that shouldn't happen when you can pay up to 1500 pesos a night at certain times of year.

• Akshat (3/5): Poor - I have written this review while stood outside the hotel waiting for Taxi back, couldn't even stand inside that's how furious I was. Stay had been fine and all the catering/cleaning staff extremely nice. However the Gentleman and Lady at the reception desk were very rude. I got 2 calls at 12:30 asking me if I was planning to extend my stay as I was overstaying my time beyond checkout. They didn't understand on the 1st call when I told them the card holder slip they gave me says 1pm checkout and I'll be out by then. It wasn't enough, so I got another call at 12:40 about the same. Then at checkout at my scheduled 1pm, I find out that the bottle of water I half drunk has cost3d me $30, I offered to return the other 2 unopened bottles of water that I had taken into my bag, they refused, instead that half empty bottle was brought to me at the desk to prove the point. The 2 untouched bottles I had were free, meanwhile the half drunk bottle was $30. I paid the money (infact saved the guy $30 as he returned the 50 dollar note back to me, he didn't even have the decency to say thanks for helping out with his money mistake). Horrible service, 2 people ruined the whole stay and brought shame to all the lovely people who worked at the hotel. Got to remember a stay of a guest doesn't finish until checkout time. Perhaps the reception staff need a bit of customer service training. Horrible, I will never be returning to this hotel again.

We had a breakfast included fruit juice toast and coffee but you can upgrade if you want Eggs etc. Room was much smaller then we have had in the past and there was no natural light in the bathroom. But for what we needed it was ok

They have been using an app that you need to use to check in other then filling in a form like in the past, and it takes twice as long to do and they ask for more Personal Information on it then they used to.. One example.of technology making the process slower.particularlyif it's your first time , having to enter the WiFi onto your phone .Please go back to the original way.

They charge you now 40 pesos for two coffee pods if you use them in the rooms Coffee machine, and 30 pesos for a bottle of water to use with it. I have never had to pay for coffee that is supplied in the room In Any other hotel in Mexico.

• Martin (9/5): A nice hotel - We had a nice snack in the evening with a few drinks . And upgraded our breakfast to a cooked one . The basic free one is just toast fruit and coffee. This was 80 pesos extra. The staff in the restaurant and valid parking were very nice and efficient..The room was spotless and this time the shower was very hot. When we stayed six months ago( we use this hotel three or four times a year) , the room we had the shower was cold. Nothing much to complain about apart from they were playing Christmas music in the reception, . , But they turned it on at 7. 30 in the Morning.. we had only arrived back at the hotel at 1 am after a family gathering. . Yes perhaps I am a Grinch. Overall Nothing to complain about other than that .

• Ibrahim (7/5): Good - Staff were very friendly and helpful The hotel surroundings are not pleasant for first time visitors. The rooms are very small and with very poor noise isolation.

• Martin (9/5): Superb - We have stayed here a number of times. The location is great to visit family, Restaurant food is very decent perhaps a bit pricey, but nothing close of note near. An example burger and fries 150, pasta 200 steak 300 pesos. Had a shower when we first arrived and water was cold, but the next Morning it was back to normal, never normally have a problem when we stay there, our only complaint of our stay.
