Notre hôtesse nous a expliquée , offert le thé plusieurs fois et en compensation pour les désagréments préparée et offert un bon tajine et un dessert maison .Nous avons appréciés ce geste et sa gentillesse La Chambre à 2 lits est un peu petite quand on reste plusieurs jours

Les escaliers : Marches Très inégales et dangereuses pour des personnes en moins bonne forme physique . Ils devraient prévenir pour le nombre d’étages et escalier raide. Ruelle sombre et Dar mal indiqué

• Juliette (8/5): Emplacement ideal, Riad confortable ! - Emplacement idéal dans la médina, accueil chaleureux, Hamza nous a donné plein de conseils resto / activités qui étaient top! Bon petit déjeuner. Chambre agréable, calme. Le canapé/lit était moyennement confortable et la chambre manquait un peu de lumière.

• Helen (9/5): Good basic accommodation - Hamza and ladies very helpful and friendly. Room and bed comfortable, good bathroom ( I did see another room which had a much tinier bathroom). Good breakfast. Location in middle of the Medina but quiet. The approach to the guesthouse felt a bit sinister, down a dark unpaved alleyway, but Hamza says that it’s due to be repaved next week.

• Maria del Mar (10/5): En el corazón de la medina - La ubicación es ideal, en el corazón de la medina. El Dar es una sorpresa desde el momento en que llegas. Las habitaciones son cómodas, sobre todo las camas y el personal muy atento. Nos costó un poco encontrarlo, pero siguiendo las fotos de Booking dimos con la entrada, que durante el día es un pasillo oscuro, pero por la noche está bien iluminado.

• Graham (8/5): local flavour in the heart of the medina surrounded by art and light - Rahaothello is run by Hamnez for his family, it is really well taken care of as well as the guests of course. It is literally a hidden gem down the back alley. Good rooms, breezy rooftop and at hand access to everything. Hope to return No hot water on the last day

• Pascal (10/5): - Très bel emplacement au coeur de la medina. Très calme, avec un espace de vie pour les déjeuners qui est magnifique. Les chambres sont simples mais on s'y sent super bien. L'accueil est chaleureux, et de bons conseils pour le séjour. Le personnel est vraiment top notamment la dame (je ne connais pas son petit nom) qui fait les excellents petits déjeuner le matin. Gros coup de coeur. Je recommande vivement.

• Candela (7/5): Lo mejor el personal y la ubicación - Sin duda, el personal es lo mejor del Riad y la ubicación, en plena medina. Hacía frío en la habitación aún con todas las mantas que hay encima de la cama, aunque pedimos una pequeña estufa y nos la facilitaron enseguida. El colchón es bastante incómodo. Y las cortinas no son opacas, con lo que en cuanto amanece entra luz en la habitación. El desayuno está muy bien hecho, y la mujer que lo hace es muy amable, pero comparandolo con otros Riad que conocemos, se queda bastante escaso, poca variedad.

Muy atento y servicial, volveria solo por su increible forma de recibirlo a uno! El lobby una obra de arte, muy lindo y los cuartos comodos y bonitos. Mi alojamiento favorito en Essaouira! El desayuno tiene bastante margen de mejora, personalmente me hubiera gustado un poco más ya que lo senti demasiado escaso con mi esposa (tuvimos que ir a desayunar despues y nuestro apetito es como el promedio) y eso fue un poco decepcionante luego de compararlo con otros alojamientos en marruecos, me hubiera gustado que incluyera un huevo, incluso hervido como en otros alojamientos y no solo un par de harinas con café

La Ryad est en plein cœur de la médina tout vraiment à proximité pas besoin de bus ou de taxi tout les commerçants dans la rue facilite les achats les balades et la restauration même la plage à 5min à pied. Surtout avec les enfants Le cadre est hyper reposant nous sommes apaisé Il fait un peu froid la nuit mais je pense que c’est du au fait que nous sommes en pleines médina. Mais dans la chambre il y a plein de couettes si besoin.

Nezha took great care of the comfort, breakfast, and organized a relaxing hammam for us. Great location and authentic Moroccan style — you really feel like a local. Highly recommended!

Hamza was an excellent host guiding us to the best local restaurants and where and what to visit. His advice really helped us during our 1 day in Essaouira. There was nothing not to like.

Petit déjeuner super et servi jusque 12h donc pas de stress pour le réveil 😆 une super terrasse pour lire au soleil tranquille 😌 Nous sommes venus en janvier et il faisait un peu frais et un peu humide dans les chambres mais inévitable quand on séjourne dans un Riad qui possède un si grand puit de lumière.

• claudia (1/5): Very, very disappointing! - Breakfast was ok Host ( not owner) was ok Hot water Dirty. Dirty, smelly, sticky blankets. Freezing cold room. No heater ever provided. Unloved place. No Wi-Fi in room, electric dodgy, phone didn't charge. We left 2 days early. There are some beautiful places in Essaouira for that price! We stayed in Essaouira for 9 days and had fabulous time, just not at this place!!! Expensive mistake ... :/ 🤔 Oh! And there was zero refund for the nights we didn't stay! Not friendly....

In den vier Tagen, die wir dort geblieben sind, hat sich Hamza sehr gut um uns gekümmert. Er ist ein herzlicher und engagierter junger Mann. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt dort sehr genossen!

• GENEVIEVE (3/5): Plus jamais - J’aurai tendance à dire rien. Mais il faut savoir qu’en période hivernale, ce genre d’établissement n’est pas à conseiller surtout avec des enfants. Il n’y a pas de chauffage, ce que je peux comprendre. Hélas une cheminée qui ne fonctionne pas. Mais les couches de couvertures n’empêchent pas l’humidité qui imprègnent la literie. De plus certaines chambres ont une douche qui ne permet de se laver qu’en étant pratiquement sur les wc. !! C’est un point d’eau. Pas une douche. La terrasse pas accessible puisque les équipements ( fauteuils, canapés) ne sont pas nettoyés. Impossible de s’y asseoir ! Nous ne sommes pas restés une nuit de plus. Et bien sûr nous avons perdu les montants des chambres (3 chambres !!!! ). malgré la bonne volonté et la gentillesse de la personne qui nous a accueilli, c’était un terrible choix !! . Voir commentaires ci-dessus.

• Maki (9/5): Very nice atomosphere and warm welcoming - まずはHamzaから素晴らしい歓迎を受け、街のアウトラインの説明があった事はその後の滞在をスムーズにさせ、街の印象を良くしました。 部屋は伝統にプラス趣味が良い家具や飾り付けで非常に考え抜かれていた。あらゆる意味でホテルスタンダードであると同時に不便ではない。 非常に清潔でスタッフが感じが良い。 ロケーションが完璧。 おすすめの宿泊地。 当日着くまで何回か連絡したが連絡着いたのは街に着いてからで、実際来てくれた人とどうやって待ち合わせるか、も初めて行く人にはわかりづらかった。もっと早く着いていたら連絡が取れていたのかわからない。 私たちは電話(インターネットじゃない)をする羽目になりました。たまたまできたが、海外の電話で旅行する人にとっては普通に電話しなければならないのは非常に不便。 数日前からしていた駐車場についての質問には曖昧な返信で、私は簡単に停められると信じていたが、実際には簡単ではない。 Medina内には車で入れないため、有料の駐車場または路駐を無料で自力でする必要がある、などの説明が欲しかった。たまたま近くにとめられたのは運が良かった。 冬なので、ヒーティングが無い部屋は私は少し寒かった。厚いduvetがあれば良かった。 シャワーのお湯は部屋に流れ込む構造なので改善が欲しいかもしれない。

Et surtout un grand merci à Hamza pour son accueil, ses explications et bons plans pour découvrir la ville et sa gentillesse. Nous reviendrions avec plaisir à Essaouira et dans ce Riad!
