Guest (3/5): - The single biggest problem was the bathroom floor. It’s a beautiful tile flooring but when wet (and especially soapy in the shower) it’s a safety hazard. It can be alleviated by purchasing plastic mats that are relatively inexpensive.
Rhema (10/5): - Location is accessible from city and tourist attractions which is not far from dauin for diving and there is short cut goin to Valencia this hotel is perfect for relaxing to stay after adventure.

Russel (7/5): It's straight to the point, and good. - I like the simplicity of things, no frills, and it's near places I wanted to go. And I like that they have a big parking space in front and inside the compound. I didn't like the part where you enter the lobby and you can smell the fish in the aquarium. But the fish is nice, don't get me wrong, it just smells fishy.

Seems like staff might be smoking right outside in stairway. Room I was checked into smelling like cigarette smoke sucked in from outside into the room via the air conditioning.
Lyka (4/5): Our stay was disappointing due to faulty amenities, misleading room descriptions, and an uncomfortable atmosphere. - - The TV in our room needed to be replaced as it had malfunctions—the sound was very unclear, making it practically useless. As Filipinos, we also couldn’t understand the language. The air conditioning was extremely noisy, making it difficult to focus while working remotely. Lastly, I have a phobia of enclosed spaces, yet we were initially given a room with no windows at all. Fortunately, they were able to transfer us to another room, but it didn’t feel like a deluxe room at all.

I don't like the room tv, it's all in chinese movies and even the remote control is all in chinese written language. And the bath room drainage as well needs check up, because it is not draining immediately.

The hotel had an our booking but as we had not paid and booked though booking.com the had given our room away and had to spend an hour rearranging it. They asked for a 500 deposit even if we payed full already upon checking in. There is a bit of smell on the hallway lobby. Parking was also a problem. We booked this place as it is near to our family house and has parking space advertised but we ended up waiting for almost 2 hours to get our parking space on the first night. We got woken uo the 2nd night to move our car so others can parked. Hall way was not as cleaned has a noticeable poor building maintenance.

We where not able to connect to the wireless Internet but we did not ask for help to fix it. They ask for a deposit even if you pay the room at arrival!?! Dot like that behavior at all.
