• daniela (7/5): - L'appartamento era molto carino.. tenuto bene.. i proprietari gentilissimi. Non c'è un soggiorno/salotto ma dalle foto si capiva. Unico neo il palazzo ed i dintorni molto fatiscenti. Per contro in 5 minuti si arriva in centro!

• Neza0401 (7/5): - Prijeten apartma v srediscu mesta. Vhod malo strasljiv, kot vstop v katakombe. Ko stopis v apartma je obcutek dober. Parkiranje na ulici mala pustolovscina. Drugace pa prijetem apartma, sicer kuhinja potrebna prenove, ostalo osnovno. Gostitelha prijetna in diskretna.

• Radim (6/5): - Lokalita super, blízko centra i blízko obchodů na nákup, pokoje super s klimatizací, postel příjemná. Kuchyně, kde byla jedna pánev a jeden hrnec, které jsou tak 15 let staré a lehce prohnutelné, plynový vařič, kde nefungovalo nastavení žáru u 3 plotýnek ze 4, takže všechno se hned spálilo, zbytek jakžtakž. V koupelně neodtíkal odpad, takže z vany byl pro dalšího bazén plný chlupů a vlasů od předchozích návštěvníků.

• Fabio (9/5): - Della struttura ci è piaciuto, la posizione è estremamente comoda al centro città e la magnifica terrazza che dava direttamente sulla strada al secondo piano Catania lifestyle i proprietari sono due persone squisite estremamente gentili e disponibili
• Daniele (9/5): Appartamento fantastico - "Appartamento fantastico! La posizione è incredibilmente centrale, a due passi dal cuore del centro storico. La pulizia è impeccabile e le stanze sono spaziose e luminose. Il terrazzo è una vera oasi con una vista mozzafiato sul centro storico, perfetto per rilassarsi e godersi il panorama. Ma ciò che ha reso il nostro soggiorno veramente speciale è stata l'accoglienza dei proprietari: gentili, disponibili e sempre pronti a offrire aiuto e consigli. E il tocco finale è stato il pensiero delle brioches fresche, del succo di frutta e del caffè che ci hanno fatto trovare al nostro arrivo! Un vero benvenuto! Consigliatissimo!" Carenza di parcheggi , accesso all’ appartamento con un po’ troppe scale

• Giuseppe (1/5): DA EVITARE ASSOLUTAMENTE - Posizione Struttura fatiscente, assolutamente da evitare. Personale gentile finché non si obietta nulla. Recensioni positive assolutamente false, verificate anni precedenti (ottobre 2023). Passate alla larga se tenete alla vostra salute. Struttura esterna decadente, come visibile anche dalle fotografie allegate, l'interno accettabile ma la pulizia scadente, presenti formiche, porte e finestre traballanti. Assolutamente da evitare.

• jonathan (10/5): - Que tenían aire acondicionado a las habitaciones ya que en esa ciudad hace mucha calor estaba muy limpio el apartamento y cerca de las principales visitas de la ciudad. El barrio se veía un poco mal, pero no pasó nada. Ya que está cerca de los puntos de interés y de turistas al caminar 8 min ya el barrio cambiaba a mejor, y hubiera estado bien que las habitaciones hubieran tenido un armario para poner la ropa aunque sea pequeño.

• Dunja (9/5): We enjoyed the stay in this apartment. :) - They were waiting for us when we arrived. The balcony was perfect for easy morning and drinking coffee with a view. The rooms had everything we needed. The bathroom is really spacious. I would've prefered it the kitchen was a bit more equipped but since we were using the apartment just for sleepover , for the five of us it was ok, it had everything we needed. The place is near the Duomo and it was 15 minutes from the airport so for us, it was great. We have nothing to complain, only i would've liked if the kitchen was a bit more equipped, but besides that, everything was ok. :)
• Gali (7/5): It was not comfortable enough though the excellent location made it worth - The host was helpful to let us check in early. Perfect location, clearness, rooms, breakfast The apartment doesn't have small facilities for comfortable life such as toiletry, cleaning supplies, a kettle and more. The host didn't meet us in time as promised. The stair is steep.
• St. (8/5): close to the centre but incredibly cozy and silent location - awesome welcoming, clear instructions and communication, despite the location (Catania's well known for trash on streets), the house was in a really good shape and far from street noises, even the internal building noises were attenuated really good by the modern windows, house clean and tidy. I strongly recommend it! can't find anything better for this price, the house is at the last floor. old fridge unfortunately no freezer (in the hot days it is needed!)
