• Naninamus (5/5): Discreta - Posizione Casa in discrete condiziona ma molte cose rotte e da sistemare. Il prezzo a mio avviso è alto per quello che offre. Non viene fornito lo shampoo, attenzione a guardare bene nella descrizione. Nessun avviso o comunicazione all'interno dell'appartamento circa orari, password WiFi o informazioni su cosa è a disposizione nelle vicinanze, tutto solo scritto nella descrizione su booking.

• Massimo (2/5): Neanche il minimo necessario. - Era sporco, padelle, piatti, posate, bicchieri tutto rilavato prima di poterci mangiare. Muri sporchi porta tel terrazzo che non sta chiusa TV non funziona spazzatura nei mobili della cucina. Sto prima a dire che l' host ha fatto trovare alcuni asciugamani puliti il letto rifatto con lenzuola pulite e basta. Tutto il resto non è quasi stato toccato chissà da quanto tempo.

• Lidia (1/5): La peor experiencia, todo un asco - Nada, todo fue un desastre Peor experiencia que he vivido, el alojamiento estaba sucio, la ducha llena de suciedad, a veces no funcionaba el agua caliente y el aparato de calentar del baño estaba lleno de polvo y pelusas(adjunto fotos).El inodoro estaba salpicado y sucio. Encontramos algunas toallas con pelos y pelusas. El colchón tenia algunas manchas, los interruptores estaban medio sueltos. No pudimos usar la cocina porque nos daba asco de lo sucio y salpicado que estaba todo. El alojamiento en si se ve antiguo, estropeado, sucio y no cuidado. Durante la estancia tuvimos que pagar la tasa turística donde en varias ocasiones el anfitrión nos insistió escribiéndonos varias veces durante el viaje. Le pedimos que se lo daríamos un dia mas tarde debido a que no teníamos dinero suelto y teníamos que cambiar lo que creo un situación incomoda. La puerta de la terraza estaba rota y tuvimos que dormir con la puerta rota suponiendo poca seguridad en el alojamiento de manera que podrían entrar desde la terraza. No le deseo esta experiencia a nadie. Tras leer los comentarios nos costo tomar la decisión pero aun así confiamos y es un autentico desastre.

• Tatiana (10/5): Exceptional - I like the location, how much the apartment is cute, quite place, clean and all what's U need, U can find around the place! Was pleasure to communicate also with owner!

• Anna (2/5): Disgusted! - Good WiFi :) Fast answers from host. First of all it was very dirty in here. Mold and terrible smell inside shower. Ripped bed. Stinky bed sheets, pillows and towels (We are still not sure if any of these were fresh). We booked this flat for 3 people, and there was only 2 sets of towels and sheets. After we arrived we had to wait around 30’ because host left the keys inside flat but the front doors was closed and we couldn’t get in. We had to wait for one of the residents to let us in.

• Alicia (5/5): Size and location good enough with lovely host but dirty - Lovely friendly host, walking distance from the train station and main attractions (about 50') Restaurants, supermarkets and other shops close in the area. Milan is quite expensive compared to other cities and, being a cheaper flat than others without being too far, we were not expecting much so it was ok to be very old, with several broken/worn out bits, small but good enough for 2 for a short break. The fridge was clean and WiFi working fine. The apartment was quite dirty in general and entering the building, mainly at the ground floor, there was a strong smell (a mix of sewage with humidity). Some things should be fixed/replaced soon (broken/hanging plug, unclog slow drain sink..)
• Karolina (1/5): Bad - The location is okey. It is well connected with the public transport. The stuff is good and we had a good communication over texts. The place is very dirty, especially the bedroom. There isn't clean bedsheets. The bed is dirty with dust and hair. There is very bad smell at the place. The bathroom is dirty also with hair and dust at the floor. It's is not worthed for the money.

• Monistha (1/5): Disgusting and horrible as hell! would not recommended at all and i will report the owner. - NoTHING , i think it needs to shut down... it is dirty and horrible smell. It was disgusting as hell. It was said there was air conditioning and no it was a cooler that need air from outside and needed to keep the balcony door open and it was unsafe. the bathroom was disgusting and it was hot as hell. The window had no curtain especially in the bathroom and it could be seen from outside if light on. IT was the worst experience ever.
