• Giuliaiu (10/5): - L'appartamento è molto accogliente, tutto nuovo e pulitissimo, con arredamento moderno e funzionale. Dotato di tutto il necessario per un breve soggiorno Ottima anche la posizione a pochi passi dal centro di Arco, c'è un comodo parcheggio proprio di fronte alla struttura, non sempre libero ma nelle vicinanze ci sono due grandi parcheggi gratuiti. Il sig. Enzo è stato gentilissimo. Super soddisfatti della scelt, torneremo! Era tutto perfetto

• patrycja (10/5): - Communication with the owner was so easy and quick. Great location with parking space. Lovely nice clean apartment. Doors for the bedroom. It's really a 2 person apartment as the toilet is behind the bedroom door.

• Manuela (10/5): Relax - Appartamento molto carino ed in un'ottima posizione. Pulito, confortevole e con tutto il necessario per trascorrere qualche giorno di relax. Bellissima posizione con piccolo parcheggio davanti. Vicinissimo al centro e con molti localini dove mangiare nelle vicinanze. L'unica nota negativa è l'appartamento al secondo piano.
• Colombo (9/5): - spazi dei locali molto comodi, una casetta poco fuori dal centro ma sempre con una posizione molto strategica per chi vuole un po’ di tranquillità. Servizi buoni con lavanderia esterna all’appartamento.

• Vivien (10/5): Traumhafte Wohnung, sehr zu empfehlen - Sehr tolle Wohnung mit angenehmer Größe der Zimmer. Jedes Zimmer mit Fenster, die gut abdichten, da Straße angrenzend sehr laut. Super Heizung und auch Klimaanlagen. Schöne Küche mit Spülmaschine. Schickes Bad. -

• Jitka (10/5): Skvělá lokalita, čistota, možnost úschovy kol, parkování, hned na cyklostezce k Lago di Garda. - Přidat malý sušák na prádlo (např. na plavky)
• Werner (9/5): Modern appartement voor een fijn verblijf - De moderne look, de locatie en de behulpzaamheid van de eigenaar/eigenaresse. Er viel niets tegen, alleen als je pech hebt kan het zijn dat je 150m verderop moet parkeren.
• Sternik (10/5): - Lokalizacja bardzo dobra. Mieszkania nowe,bardzo zadbane. Właścicielka bardzo miła i pomocna. 10 min autem do jeziora Garda. Dookoła Mnóstwo pięknych,klimatycznych miasteczek. Świetne miejsce wypadowe. Mam nadzieję że jeszcze tu wrócimy.

• Valerie-anna (10/5): Great place to stay in Arco - We loved our stay at Residenza Alice! The location ist great, just a short walk into the city centre but still in a relatively calm area. The apartment ist very cozy and comfortable and had everything we needed. Dishwasher, airconditioning and the shared washing machine in the basement were a huge plus. Also there are a few parking spots in front of the building and a huge parking space nearby which was very convenient. Communication with Linda and Enzo was great as well and instructions very clear. Would definitely stay again and recommend this apartment! A few more kitchen utensils would be nice but we still had everything we needed on the days we cooked at home

• Tomasz (9/5): Superb - Great apartment, beautiful old tenement house renovated while maintaining its historic character, the owner took care of details that please the eye. Fully equipped located in the center of the arco overlooking the castle and Colodri wall. Seperate place you can leave your bikes.
• Silvia (10/5): perfect stay in Arco - we loved everything about the apartments. The apartments must be new, everything was super clean, decorated with good taste and there was everything we needed. the common room has a washing machine and a dryer, in the apartment was a dishwasher too. When we entered we were greeted with a bottle of Prosecco and bottles of water. The communication with the owner was easy and she replied promptly to everything and also told us about the Garda guest card with many discounts and access to discounts and free public transportation. The apartments were conveniently located near the little stream so just a 5 min walk into town. we really liked the restaurant Antica Corto which is just to the right of the apartment before you cross the bridge. parking was sometimes available in front of the apartments but the other free parking was also just a 5 min walk away when the small parking area in the front was full. We loved Arco as a town too, there is so much to do, as active families, we went on 3 via ferratas, wake boarding on lake Ledro, swimming in lake Tenno and the kids were tubing in the little stream. we all had such a great time, if we come back, we definitely stay at residencia Alicia again!! Linda was also super nice to let us stay a little bit longer in one of the apartments. nothing
