Lack of communication among staffs, it is located 10km away from airport not 10km S walk from airport as mentioned in site. Also no gas and groceries in kitchen. Just waste of money. You could book an average hotel room for less price ….
• Rowen (5/5): Better stay somewhere else - Fairly quiet. Nice size room, big king size bed. Helpful reception people. This place is far from town in a new suburb still being build. It's true. The address is different but if you look for Hotel Zion on Google Maps there are coordinates that you could then give your taxi driver. This way it is pretty straightforward and shouldn't be a problem to find the place. The "Appartement" consists actually of two bedrooms sharing a living space and kitchen so it's not "your" Appartement. The kitchen is completely empty of any utensils no pots, cutlery or even a water kettle. For food you have to order from a menu and it will be brought to your room from an outside place by courier. Breakfast is in one of the hotels surrounding Zion. It was a small buffet style breakfast but at 8am everything was cold and barely eatable.. It takes about 20 minutes by taxi to the airport and costs exactly 500 rupees. I guess if you're flexible and don't care about going anywhere, basically staying in your room then it's ok. But if you want to go into town or anything then better stay somewhere else.

• Yash (1/5): Bad - INCORRECT ADDRESS ADVERTISED By the Hotel. The Apartment Hotel is situated around 8-9 km away from bangalore airport. A waste of 2 hours was caused due to incorrect address advertised by the Hotel. Several Phone calls where unanswered ,after wating in my Taxi a long time they hotel answered phone call and provided correct address. Absolute chaos caused by Hotel

Upon arrival they said my booking is cancelled and no room available - Nothing When reached the property they informed me that the booking is cancelled and no rooms available.The reason they say is that they tried to call me and did not connect and that’s why they cancelled. I never received any communication either phone or email regarding the cancellation. Also I had made the request for check in at 4 which was approved by the property. Also I had made a non cancellation booking and they could claim even if I don’t turn up. This last minute cancellation after reaching is very frustrating and very in professional. Booking team need to ban them. I want to make an official complaint as I have to find another accomodation at last minute and related stress and expenses. Never go with such unprofessional guys
