• Liz2904 (10/5): Highly recommend. - Excellent place. Perfect location, spotlessly cleaned rooms, lovely breakfasts and the staff could not be better, more friendly and attentive. Free parking on site. This was my second stay in this hotel and not the last one. Erich was extremely helpful responding my emails late at night. Thank you and see you next year! It would be nice if the half board option is back as it was previously. The food was fantastic.

Trasy dobrze przygotowane, oczywiście do południa można jeździć nawet na struksie( Carezza, Ciampedie) , bo potem przy słońcu śnieg jest już miękki. Widoki obłędne, Dolomity są piękne, urokliwe. Polecam Hotel Cristallo , chętnie tu kiedyś wrócę. Nie mam uwag

• Vito (8/5): Capodanno in val di fassa - Struttura un po' retrò ma ben tenuta e soprattutto pulita con letto comodissimo dotato di lenzuola e coperta classica,sita in posizione strategica dalla quale si possono raggiungere agevolmente sia i sentieri escursionistici che le varie stazioni delle seggiovie.Il centro del paese è a cinque minuti di cammino.Il personale è gentile e discreto Forse si potrebbe migliorare la colazione,ma visto il prezzo pagato per il soggiorno ci si passa sopra

Bad mit Bidet. Eun tolles reichhaltiges Frühstück mit allem drum und dran. Klasse Parkplatz überdacht für Motorräder. Riesen Parkplatz für Hänger und Auto. Ideal um dort lange zu bleiben

Amazing views around At the breakfast if you don’t speak Italian you won’t be offered half of the options. Hot meals were hidden in the kitchen and the signora that supervises breakfast does not offer it to English speakers. It was sad to see how others were having scrambled eggs for example, and me and 2 other families had no choice in that. The lady at the breakfast was also rude and unfriendly

• Jacob (9/5): Very good value offering in a great resort - Rooms were comfortable, suitably equipped and quiet. Extremely good value considering the pricing of the accommodation. Skiroom is on the outside of the property and is not locked. Breakfast is OK by Italian standards, but you may still find it lacking compared to what you may find in northern Europe.
• Roderick (9/5): A very pleasant stay in a comfortable, clean hotel in a beautiful, if a little quiet, town. - The hotel was very clean and everything worked as you would hope. We had a lovely room, which was far bigger than we’re used to, it was warm, had a great shower - just very comfortable. The hotel staff were all very friendly polite and helpful. The breakfast was a decent continental breakfast. There were warm croissants and other pastries, yoghurt, jams, cheese, ham, fruits, muesli etc etc There was also scrambled eggs. The juice was OK but not real 100% pure fruit juice. The breakfast area had a bean to cup machine but while the espresso and lingo were fine I think the Americano was made differently somehow and did not taste fresh. So I’d suggest choosing espresso and adding water. Overall I was very satisfied with breakfast. There was a sauna which I used a lot. It was great. It is a small ‘wellness’ room and I was often the only person there - so with many people it might have been a different story. That’s not a complaint though - this is a small hotel and it was more than I would have hoped for. The hotel has a bus stop for the ski buses right outside and the hotel staff can advise on which buses to take. You will need to buy a ticket - available in advance at the hotel or on the bus for a single fare - tickets do get checked sporadically. The times the buses go and knowing which direction they are going in can be confusing. There wasn’t much I didn’t like. The hotel overlooks the main road and is a little out of town. But the main road still offers a gorgeous view of the mountains behind and Vigo is only 5mins walk uphill in normal shoes. This is a quiet area though. People looking to be closer to the lifts of the Sella Ronda circuit or somewhere with more après ski and nightlife might prefer to be up in Campitello or Canazei though. Your trade off is more people to queue for lifts and restaurants with.
• Crunchiefriday (9/5): Good value ski base - Very clean and comfortable traditional hotel. Good value and helpful staff. Handy for ski bus, free parking. Quiet hotel. A bit of a hike uphill to village centre and village ski lift, but manageable.
• Wipawe (9/5): Very nice stay, definitely recommend for ski if you don't want to be too close to the crowds - Free breakfast every morning was a nice touch plus the sauna was really nice after long day of snowboarding. Staff were all very helpful and friendly. You can order cappuccino in the lobby and play games/chill there, it was a nice space. It's a bit far if you want to do sella ronda circuit although there is bus that'll take you to where you need to be.
• David (6/5): Pleasant - Room with a view. Staff was unfriendly. I got the impression that they didn't want to be there - both the receptionist and breakfast server. The breakfast was uninspiring.

The lady at the breakfast was obnoxious. She kept changing our table every 1-2 days. Facilities are rather dated, including VHS and CD players.
