- SAN LIEW (1/5): Hassle booking with an irresponsible Owner! - Nothing I like The booking was confirmed under non refundable basis. I booked the house just for night for my duty travel with my colleagues and 2kids. After the payment, the owner requested me to cancel the booking eventhough it is a non refundable booking. After I rejected afraid that I will lost my payment. The owner contacted me at WhatsApp and offered me with few units which are far not compromised with the original booking. After I put up a complain in the booking.com. When I rejected the unit the owner told me that I am not tolerate like the other customers which he dealing with previously. This is shocked me because his statement obviously showed that he is doing this frequently. The owner offered another unit which I have no choice but to accept because we almost reached the destination at 1pm. We requested for the check in procedure and location. But we have been informed that the owner will take time to clean the house. At 2:42pm I message the owner and, I haven't received any response. I was worried and my friend immediately help me to book another unit and informed to cancel the booking due to hassle and unhappiness moments created by the owner. At 2:51pm the owner messaged me for the Check in SOP and also the location. By the time, we have already get all the information from the other paid owner and moving toward their unit. At 15:04pm the initial owner sending message and blame us for cancelling their unit. Such a bad arrangement and hassled we have gone through due to irresponsible owner's. I will make an official complaint
