• Susan (6/5): Really nice location, owner was very helpful and responsive and whilst being disappointed with the property, realise it - Quiet location in a nice neighbourhood within easy reach of downtown Naples and the beach. Property was very clean and tidy. Rather rundown and in need of maintenance for example curtain pole hanging off, broken blind in master bedroom. No bedside light in master bedroom being just a few of the observations. Outside space was unkempt and not appealing. No bbq tools for the bbq and no light to cook by - the outside light was on a sensor.

• Ernst (8/5): Very good (8 of 10 possible stars). I would come again. - Well equipped . Quite place. The house has all what I need. I was happy to get this house. The house owner was allways available, when I needed help. I made a few proposals for upgrade to the house owner.
• Lamothe (6/5): Good conditions but they can do it better - the location comfortable beds the payment facilities the air conditioning TV in each room the parking spaces towels and bed sheets the entrance of the property and all the areas around the house don't look good the washing machine did not work
