• Miadantsoa (10/5): Sehr gute Zeit dort gehabt, kann ich zu 100% empfehlen. - Lage sehr gut, Zimmer sehr sauber, Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin reibungslos und schnell. Sie hat uns Tipps und Taxi organisiert. Es war wirklich hilfreich. Während unseres Aufenthalts war der Fahrstuhl außer Betrieb. Wir hatten Schwierigkeiten die Koffer mit der Treppe zu schleppen. Aber die Vermieterin und der Taxifahrer hat uns beim Tragen geholfen.

La propriétaire est sympathique mais consignes tres longues, très tardives. Literie dans chambre non confortables.

The location is great, just 5 min from the promenade, and the view from the balcony was great The host was very helpful, she gave us very useful suggestions for places to visit and restaurants we may choose. The house was beautiful, cozy and really clean (exceeding my expectations on everything). The host was very friendly and helpful. She was willing to help us with anything we needed and any questions we had. The place was not far from the city center and the beach. I will come back for sure!!
• Lenell (1/5): I’m a host and this is the worst host I’ve ever experienced. Avoid at all costs. - It was clean I’m the highest level loyalty program on both Booking and Airbnb. I’m a host myself since 5 years. I’ve been traveling for the past two years and have stayed in over 100 Airbnbs and bookings. Usually, everything works out fine, even with first-time hosts like this one. However, this host was completely unprofessional and unreasonable. She got angry because we couldn’t let her clean while we were in meetings during the day and was upset that we didn't attend a local techno festival. After we checked out, she sent us aggressive messages, even threatening to call the police. She falsely accused us of using drugs, throwing tomato sauce around the apartment, and washing dishes with a toilet brush (why would we do any of these things? It’s crazy?). She also accused us for destroying her self esteem? These accusations are completely baseless. She has 4 reviews and 3 of them is given 4th, 5th and 7th of May. It’s directly after each other. Making me think they’re fake. She also want to do all communication outside the Booking app, because she "can’t get it working" We are a family of 4 digital nomads who were simply working on our computers and taking a break from cold Sweden. I do not recommend booking with this host. She doesn't speak English well. Avoid this place at all costs. She shouldn’t be allowed on this platform.
