• Dragos (5/5): - The location in the first line to the beach and the perfect view of the sunrise were the biggest pros for the accommodation, as well as the close proximity to the supermarkets. This was now the second time we have rented an apartment via the same company, Orclaus Management, and also the 2nd time in a row when we encountered the same type of the problems, which we thought were just a fluke initially. When we arrived, we noticed a big bowl of water under the boiler, which was dripping water into it. The dishwasher was not working either (flashback to our first rental with them, one year before, when the dishwasher also didn't work). We let them know about the issues, they said they will send a technician to check them out, then cancelled the appointment, then rebooked it for a time we weren't present onsite. All in all, we didn't hear back from them for a fix and we don't even know if there was any technician present to check things or not. In the meantime, we saw reviews going back half a year also mentioning the boiler dripping, so the lack of interest in fixing it is concerning. We couldn't use the dishwasher for the entirety of our stay, and the boiler was not able to accommodate our family of four (maybe because of its leaking). The AC was unable to sufficiently heat the apartment (note that we also had a similar, yet significantly cheaper, apartment rented in a nearby building complex during the same time, where the AC was properly able to heat up the space). 2 or 3 days into our stay, the remote to the underground garage stopped working so we were unable to park our car there anymore and we've left it on the street instead.

Muy tranquilo y con unas vistas increíbles detalles como dejar una cuna de viaje para nuestro bebé el apartamento en términos generales está muy bien. Colchón de la habitación principal excesivamente duro para nuestro gusto.el sofa era incómodo. Estaba un poco desgastado y te clavas algún hierro.
• Marco (5/5): - the beach front location and the swimming pool were nice. the staff was responsive (even though the service offered by them was a little basic) the apartment was not clean, and poorly maintained: there was a leak in the bathroom, the boiler in the kitchen was dripping, there was just 1 glass for wine, only one set of bath towels for a 2 weeks stay... the most annoying were the neighbors partying during the night of the 21st of June, apparently because of the birthday of the owner. We were not able to sleep because of that. we rang their bell 3 times: around midnight, around 1.30am and around 6.00am. eventually they went to sleep, however our night was screwed

• Patricia (9/5): - Nice apartment, big and clean swimming pool, great location, amazing views on a quiet area so no noises at night. few supermarkets closed by so no need to use the car at all during the stay
