• Justyna (6/5): Quite ok but only for one night. - The apartment was quite clean and close to the center so many stores, bars, restaurants etc. The neighborhood wasn’t nice- we didn’t feel safe there. That was hard to open to window because of the noise from the street. The third bed was in the kitchen what wasn’t visible on the pictures so eventually with ready bed there was no place for anything else.
• Lucica (2/5): I would not recommend because it is very expensive for wnat it is. A small kitchen and one bedroom/livingroom in the - The location is the only thing good about this property. Although because it is above a very busy street it is very noisy until late at night The pictures show that the property is very big but is nothing like this in reality. Also has picture of pool but there is no pool at the location and the owner said that she will send us location and instructions to get to the pool but never happened so we have not seen the pool.

• Marta (2/5): If you are considering renting, better look for something else. - In the description the flat consists of 2 bedrooms (one with a double bed, one with a double bed and a sleeping couch) and a living room with a sleeping couch. The photos also indicate the apartment to be consisting of three rooms - two bedrooms (photos from different angles and with a different bedding) and a living room with a balcony wiev. In fact there is only one room (the apartment is definitely not as spacious, not a 69 sq m for sure), that serves as a living room AND a bedroom, with only one double bed and a sleeping couch with a plastic hanging divider - no space for privacy. The second double bed is located in the kitchen (!) in the form of a Murphy bed, with no access to a window, so no fresh air, and after opening the bed the kitchen space and access to the bathroom is extremely limited. We decided to rent this apartment only because it was supposed to consist of 2 separate bedrooms and a living room, for privacy, as I was travelling with my teenage daughter and a friend: not 3 rooms fitted into 1 small space. The owner of the apartment was not interested in claryfing, ghosted me and quit answering or even reading my messages via WhatsApp. I feel lied to and neglected as a customer. I filed a complaint to booking, have screenshots of the offer and a video recording of the actual condition of the apartment. The location is perfect, but the user expierence is a huge NO. The owner is brazen and evades responsibility for misleading guests. I recommend reading other negative reviews; I'm not the only person who has filed a complaint with Booking.com.

• Nikolas (6/5): - The location was great, and the little balcony overlooking the street is very picturesque. Although the apartment is generally nice for downtown Napoli, it was definitely not suitable for our family of five, as you end up sleeping in the kitchen with absolutely no room to walk around or leave your luggage. It should not be made available for more than 3-4 people
• Didi (6/5): Zeer slechte prijs-kwaliteit verhouding, met misleidende informatie. - De lokatie was fantastisch. Midden in de oude wijk. De prijs-kwaliteit verhouding is echt beneden peil. 1. Ontbijt is inbegrepen, maar bestaat uit een dienblad met wat droge toastjes, jam, en yoghurt in de koelkast. Geen verse broodjes, wat een “included breakfast” zou doen vermoeden. 2. Er zijn geen twee kamers. De beide bedden (waarvan overigens 1 een slaapbank) worden door een plastic hangend wandje van elkaar gescheiden. Hierbij ook geen enkele zit mogelijkheid. 3. De douche is verouderd. 4. Daarbij staan er overal in het appartement spullen (bv ladder), hetgeen een rommelige indruk geeft. Zeker niet verzorgd of gezellig. 5. De foto’s doen vermoeden dat er een zwembad is. Dat klopt niet. Dit is een openbaar zwembad, enkele honderden meters vh appartement vandaan. Kortom: zeer misleidende informatie.
• Serene (8/5): Good stay, quite cheap too, thank you! - Great location, right in the centre of Naples and had good food options nearby. The apartment was comfortable and fit the three of us well. The host was also able to early check us in which was amazing. The lift was broken so if you have a lot of luggage it’s on the first floor - still okay for us however. AC was dripping water heavily after the second night but we were only there for a couple, perhaps more of an issue if you’re staying there earlier.

• Sarah (5/5): Location, location - location…….all else was fair but it was clean. - Location in the city was great, teaming with Neapolitan life…and logistically close to ferries and other things The plumbing was atrocious, to be fair on the 2nd day we had no hot water and that was addressed as quickly as it could be. However the shower never really worked….slight dribble at best and that was only from the hand held part…not enough to wet your hair and shampoo. The apparent rain part of the shower never worked, but since we only mentioned no hot water the maintenance may not have known that as a problem…however we gave up even trying to shower at all….the 2 room apartment really is a sofa bed in the sitting area, divided by 3 plastic panels and a pull down bed in the kitchen which takes up most of the kitchen. However the woman who came over to let me in and make up the bed the next day for the 2nd guest was very nice and I wouldn’t fault her at all. It’s just that the whole situation as far as the age of the building and plumbing should definitely be addressed.

• Lucinda (9/5): A clean apartment in a great, bustling location in the heart of the historic city centre. - Location was amazing and you felt immersed in the culture. Cute balcony overlooking main street. Very clean property with lots of kitchen facilities and a nearby place for breakfast. Friendly hosts. We thought that the 2 x double beds would be in different rooms but instead were just separated with a room divider - perhaps could have been communicated a little clearer. Have to rely on Google Translate to communicate, but also maybe I just need to brush up on Italian.

• Tom (10/5): Great location in Naples - Located right in the heart of Naples' historical centre the apartment is spacious and comfortable. Despite being in the centre, the apartment is protected from the noise and you can sleep peacefully. The host was very accommodating, responsive and always willing to help out with any questions or if we needed anything. If you are looking to explore Naples and stay right in the heart of the busy historical centre I would highly recommend staying here. Fabulous experience.
