• Robert (9/5): Very good and everyone in the family enjoyed themselves. - Located in very attractive street. Quiet and friendly with excellent bakery/cafe nearby and pub selling food just a little further along the street. Possible to walk to Joss Bay beach within 20 minutes. Other beaches a bit further away and might need a car but local buses very good, particularly the bus service called 'The Loop' which comes along every 10 minutes and takes you to the town centre and Viking Bay. Accommodation excellent, clean and comfortable. Kitchen well equipped. Each bedroom tastefully presented. Property had lots of welcoming features such as board games for children and a good selection of novels. Garden was a disappointment. Overgrown and neglected.
• Julie (9/5): - Beautiful property in a lovely location. Very comfortable and well designed. Garden was a little difficult to navigate for our elderly dog with poor site. Fortunately there is a lovely little park nearby.

• Kath (9/5): Relaxing, comfortable stay in a beautiful spacious light filled, perfectly equipped house and garden. - Beautifully presented, tasteful, calming, light- filled house with all mod cons/ all needed to cook, wash clothes, and for a family of three generations to live in for 6 days and enjoy. Added bonus: games for kids. I loved the sea shrub & stones / wooden table & benches in the garden. It was perfect for sunny evening dinners. Added extra bonus of being next to the delicious Staple bakery/ coffee shop. I underestimated the stairs which was slightly challenging for my 80 year old dad who has mobility issues. One of the bedrooms was definitely a single / child’s bedroom, with narrow single bed which my Mum found uncomfortable (we changed bedrooms after this.) No broom provided? I loved the location / village atmosphere and we walked to several beaches from the house. But I had underestimated how far it was from Broadstairs seafront/ town itself, which was limiting for my parents who can’t walk Very far. Also slightly disappointed in the Swan pub opposite as although it looked good, it wasn’t my parents sort of food pub so we had to head to Broadstairs in the car for more fishy type restaurants.

• Christine (8/5): Very good - Brilliant location close to Joss Beach. Easy parking. Large property just right for the family. Furniture was top quality. Lots of light bulbs not working. Toilet seat in the bathroom not secure. The beautiful garden very overgrown, trees needed cutting back. Such a shame as there was a lovely summerhouse at the end.
