Miał być lokal 80 m2, a było może 18 m2. Lokal wymaga małych remontów, cieknie woda na podłogę z kranu, chłodna woda do kąpieli, małe ciśnienie w kompakcie. Brak jakiegokolwiek stolika w pokoju.
