• Donald (6/5): Over priced for amenities lacking as stated above mainly bed too soft and taking 5 minutes to get HOT water ! Ridiculous - Close to cousins house 50 feet from main highway, couldn’t see river even though it’s called Riverview Motel , bed too soft and tub/shower older high sides to climb over to get in it no non-slip on tub bottom and 5 minutes waiting for hot water for shower.
• ELERCY (1/5): Didn't stayed it was a terrible encounter. They didn't have my handicapped/accessible room. - I booked this hotel way a head of time and there was an accessible room. When I got there my room was not available anymore. Clerk sold it. Man was trying to put us in a non accessible room and we can't get in there bc of my husband disability and the room wasn't even done cleaning too. The house keeper was still in the middle of cleaning it. Clerk was already charge me for it asking for my to see my license or ID I gave it to him. He'd quickly checked us in and when I inquire about my accessible room. He shrug his shoulder and try to tell me there no accessible room at the moment. I told him I booked it way ahead of time and it was available and then he had no answer for me. So he knew he had sold my room. It was a pretty upsetting encounter. We had to leave and try to look for somewhere else. I was so upset I left and forgot my id with him. Came back and asked where my ID and he lift up his scanner and hand it to me without apologizing. I left and promised to never book with this hotel again.
• Steven (7/5): It was ok. Rather noisy being right on hwy 14, but not too bad. - Ground floor entry. Room was HOT when we entered. Took a while to figure out a/c function.

• Thomas (1/5): very disapointed was looking forward to a nice relaxing tub after a long drive - I didnt like the fact that i reserved the room on line when i got there i was given a different room and charged for the room with the spa tub the room i got just had a bathtub and no way to plug it

• Glen (6/5): Close to the Columbia River - I stayed here before this time and now stay again so it's a ok place the train tracks are close by so u hear it go by that's probably the worst thing I got to say I think the price could be lower I cost more then lastb Visit

• Tanya (1/5): Not good but had no choice because of late check in - No breakfast and located next to highway and train We did not like anything and at least had a good laugh about how horrible it was The price was over the top considering the condition of the room See above And a light fixture in bathroom sizzled and burnt out when ever turned on The walls and door filthy

• Stephanie (5/5): Convenient, no-frills place for a short stay - Bed was comfortable, refrigerator was helpful, great blackout curtains, convenient parking, very kind proprietors The heater, highway, trains, and planes competed for noisest element throughout the night, the phone was not functional (no way to easily contact front desk), and stinkbugs kept finding their way into the bathroom. Also, no extra conveniences like a coffee pot/kettle or hairdryer.

• Britni (4/5): Would not stay again due to room cleanliness. - Great location great people. Bed was nice. We had a great corner room. Rooms not as describe exactly. There was mold in the bathroom. Showerhead was very crappy. Need more pillows.

• Megan (2/5): Run down motel with staff barely doing the bare minimum. - It’s close to the freeway The blankets were stained, the outlets on ones wall didn’t work at all, the air conditioner didn’t work and it was so damn hot in our room I had to go buy a fan and I still paid full price. Got jacuzzi room but it’s not worth it.
• Amyjo1214 (1/5): spend your money elsewhere! - the spa tub was clean it's right by the train tracks the heat and the air conditioning didn't work. this morning at 9:30 a.m. the worker started using a leaf blower right outside our window we were still sleeping until then. there was stink bugs numerous inside the room. definitely not updated stains on the bed and on the bed spread! for the price I paid it should have been exceptional there should have been nothing not working. I would never recommend this place to anybody ever!!
