• Claudia (10/5): Beautiful sun terrace - great apartment - What a beautiful sun terrace. We loved eating up there. The apartment is well kitted out and central to everything. The kitchen has all you need. The staff are helpful and attentive. Extra clean towels were provided in the middle of our week, which was great. In addition we were so delighted with the lovely extras that were provided. We had wine, water, juice, bread, coffee all supplied for our first night. That was such a wonderfully kind welcome for us. Thank you!
• Kostantinos (9/5): - Excellent location. The suite was very very clean and the owner had everything taken care of, in regards to amenities. Overall, the suite was in excellent condition, with attention to detail. There was absolutely nothing missing from the establishment, and the owner was very responsive anytime we faced an issue or had a question. There was only one bed that was made up when we arrived, which was kind of surprising, given the attention to detail the owner had exhibited on pretty much everything else. The 3rd guest had to make up his bed himself. The shower is an absolute puzzle to manage. There were no instructions on how to navigate the various sources of water or how to manage the HOT/COLD function. It was the first ever during my stays (and they are many) that I had to call in order to get instructions. For such diverse bathroom systems, it is important to have clear instructions on what each switch does, otherwise you get slammed with cold water from various sources while in the shower, something that is irritating and certainly discomforting, especially for older people.

• Sadbh (10/5): - The host went above and beyond for us during our stay! From umbrellas, a bottle of wine and water in the fridge, fresh towels mid stay - it was such a gorgeous hideaway. Perfect location right in the middle of the old town, excellent WIFI and quiet surroundings.
• Hannah (10/5): - Lovely host, easy to access. Perfect location! Very clean and great outdoor space & amenities. There were 4 of us, I’d recommend coming as a couple instead of group of friends as would be a little small for a longer stay.

• Panagiotis (8/5): - Το κτήριο εξαιρετικό, με όλες τις ανέσεις ανακαινισμένο εκ βάθρων πρόσφατα, μεγάλο και άνετο φτιαγμένο με προσεγμένα υλικά και aircondition σε όλους τους χώρους Δεν εκτίμησα τόσο την τοποθεσία, είναι σε μια παλιά γειτονιά που σε βλέπουν και σε ακούνε απ όλα τα παράθυρα γύρω-γύρω - παρότι πολύ ήσυχη, για κάποιον που έχει πρόβλημα ύπνου μπορεί να κοιμάται άνετα-, ένω έχει ένα πολύ ωραίο μεγάλο μπαλκόνι το βράδυ έχει μυρωδιές έντονες απ όλες τις ταβέρνες που συνορεύει. Το κρεββάτι στη σοφίτα παρότι βολικό το στρώμα εν τέλει, δεν είναι ένα κανονικό κρεββάτι αλλά καναπές με στρώμα, και η πόρτα του μπάνιου είναι κάπως αδιάκριτη με ματ τζάμι και δεν κλειδώνει.

• Alexandru (4/5): Many other better accommodation options in the area - Location! Not suitable for families - the property in very uncomfortable for more than 2 persons - very narrow spaces. Very noisy especially in the morning due the airplanes. No room cleaning during your stay. Very expensive for what offers.

• corinne (5/5): appartement sur cour bien trop cher pour ce que c'est - sa situation géograhique l'hospitalité de la gérante pas insonorisé ( on entend les gens du dessus) et pas lumineux pas de volet ni de rideau à la porte donc essayer de dormir en plein jour trop petit et non fonctionnel pour4 personnes ( canapé lit pas confortable et le tiroir du dessous ne joint pas avec le reste du canapé) pas de place pour ranger ces valises ou ses vêtements lorsque vous louez toutes les photos des deux appartements sont mélangées et c'est la surprise à votre arrivée

We felt very welcome, and the suite was equipped with all the necessary amenities. The location is perfect as it’s right in the centre of Chania old town. Would recommend staying here!

We especially loved being right beside the ancient Minoan sites. The rooftop deck was a lovely place to have a wine or coffee. The apartment was walking distance from everything.

• Aden (10/5): Wonderful stay in the heart of Chania - Location was perfect, right in the centre of town and just a short walk to the water and the harbour. We stayed in the top apartment with terrace, and the views of the city and mountains were incredible. Was so nice to have somewhere to relax outside. The apartment itself was well appointed and wonderfully decorated. The main bedroom bed was extremely comfortable. The hosts, were always on hand by messages and were extremely accommodating and helpful throughout the stay allowing us to stay longer for a late checkout. We would happily stay again. Nothing the property was ideal!

Loved the courtyard area where there were ruins of old buildings which gave it so much charm. Good communication from the owner from the point of booking. If we ever go to Chania again, we will 100% stay here again. Nothing to dislike
• Lise (9/5): I would not hesitate for a second to book this place again. - We stayed a week in the apartment, and had an absolutely fantastic stay. It is an beautiful fresh and newly renovated flat. Well equipped kitchen and a modern and delicate bathroom - very clean. We are two friends who wanted separate bedrooms. I stayed in the loft, which is not as well equipped as the master bedroom - but I slept like a child there. And had a great view of the roof terrace from the bed :-) The private roof terrace is absolutely priceless! I would not hesitate for a second to book this place again.

• Lottiedean (10/5): Perfect apartment in the heart of Chania. - Everything was perfect at Evlimeni Suites, the location is superb, the interior is fantastic (very comfortable bed and great shower) and the roof terrace was great and had the sun most of the day . All messages were responded to very quickly and they were always very helpful
• Mark (9/5): Superb - Friendly and helpful host, nice apartment with great rooftop area for lunch and evenings. some building work in building next door, but not continuous and usually didn't start until after we had woken up. Wasn't a problem for us as quite often we had left for sightseeing, but if you like to lie-in late this may not be ideal.
• Sękalska (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment was very clean and nice. The owner provided to us a lot of support during our stay. He replied to our questions immediately. The apartment is located close to city center but in a quiet and safe area.
• Chris (9/5): Good value stay in excellent location - Nice apartment, clean and well equipped. It was very well located, within 5 minutes walk from the harbour and the town centre. Dimitris was very helpful and responsive. Parking was a tight squeeze . If you hire a car, its definitely worth having somewhere (like this) with private parking, as street parking is very difficult.
• Katia (10/5): Beautiful Chania at its best! - The location is perfect to discover the old town, shopping and going out eating, very close to the harbor. The apartment has been beautifully restored with very high quality materials and nicely decorated. The parking is a plus if you have a car but make sure you get the right instructions on where to park. The bed was very comfortable and our host very attentive, we definitely would come back! The terrace on top had nice views but was too warm for breakfast and too cold and windy in the evening already, in October. Some sun umbrella for the deck chairs would be appreciated. And you need to like climbing stairs!
• Jurica (10/5): Unique, exceptionally crafted 3 floor living experience , hidden in the heart of Chania. Great for a family getaway or - Every detail at the apartment was beautifully crafted, thought through and of exceptional taste level . Design made with heart that tells many stories without words. Simply beautiful . It could be a bit hard to find it the first time . But that is part of the secret charm .
• Meline (8/5): Nice stay in Chania - Location of the apartment is great - very centrally located, although in a quiet and cosy area. We stayed in the ground floor apartment which had all the facilities. Bed was very creaky and too soft. Can be uncomfortable for a long stay.
• Miglena (8/5): Very good - The place is very cosy, with comfortable bed and facilities, the host was hospitable and helpful, and the location was at a central but quiet spot. We never had the room cleaned during out stay, and we stayed for 5 nights.
• Phil (9/5): Super centrally located apartment, very clean and has everything needed for a great stay - We stayed in the ground floor apartment, all was very smart, nothing to complain about and a really brilliant location in the old town very close to the old harbour. The place is quite small but it was fine for our weeks stay. Nice courtyard outside, local supermarket very close lots of bars around both in the old and moving to the newer part of town. The air conditioning was brilliant and kept everything cool so we could sleep soundly all night and well in to the following morning. We would have no hesitation in recommending this property for a stay in Chania which itself is a lovely seaside town with great things to see and do. We were not so keen on the glass door to the bathroom, whats wrong with a sound wooden door that just gives you a bit more privacy? Other than that- nothing to fault.

• Nadine (5/5): Great location but not as cozy as expected - Great location Parking next to the apartment (extra booking required) When we entered the apartment the floor was obviously dirty. This makes you take a closer look at everything and a couple of things were not well cleaned. We told the owner who made a cleaning person come the next day to fix it. Nevertheless that was a cumbersome start. Also, my first shower was a cold one because we had to contact the owner to figure out how to switch on the hit water. We had to tip a switch in the fuse box. Same thing for cooking and getting the stove started. Also, I personally would not recommend the ground floor apartment in March. There is a heating, but somehow the humidity and temperature did not feel comfortable for us and we would not want to use this type of heater all the time.
• Furucia (9/5): Superb - The suite was very comfortable and it has a very good location near from the old town, 10 minutes walking from the bus station. It has everything you will need in a stay. The hot water was not functioning so far, but you can get to use the temperature water.
• Evgeniya (10/5): Exceptional - Stayed in ground floor apartment for 5 days. Many thanks to Dimitris for early check-in at 8 am! Clean, warm, comfortable, has everything you need, the kitchen is equipped with everything you need! Fruits, tea, coffee, bread, butter, juice, water in the refrigerator. Very soft mattress, pillows and a warm blanket! There are two air conditioners for heating, it was warm. Dimitris was always in touch, thank you for the wonderful apartments, for your care and attention!
• Sofia (8/5): Very good - we did self-check-in and it went very smoothly. The apartment is located very close to the city center and it was easy to find free parking nearby (November - it might not be as easy during the summer months). The apartment is very well equipped and has everything it is needed for a great holiday. being on the ground floor surrounded by other buildings, the apartment doesn't have a lot of light, but there is a small terrace outside with a lot of light.
• Vera (9/5): Perfect place to enjoy Chania! - Above all the nicest things already were mentioned, we loved the design and the room comfort. Almost everything is thoroughly thought out. It smells very well, fresh and new. I loved the room temperature, it was really warm. We were in November and it can be really cold and clammy inside, but it seems like the house is really good isolated, so we did not even needed to use heater or a/c, although we opened the windows in the bedroom at night. The Host is just the best and very helpful! Dimitris answered immediately all the sms and was so kind to prolong our stay as I messed up the flight timetable. Just one thing, that did not really bother us. The bathroom is a bit too narrow to use it together and few times there was a lack of hot water..

It was 5 minutes minutes from the Harbor and very close to old town. The court yard was very nice! There was a creaky bed at first, but Dimitris sent someone over right away to fix it.

The suite was nice and clean and is in a wonderful building with a nice courtyard. Dimitris was very helpful and gave us some great recommendations for tavernas. nothing
• Bianka (9/5): Superb - Great location, less than 5 min walk to the Old town port. You can also rent their parking spot (for some extra charge) which saves a lot of time and hassle. We arrived with an early flight so it was much appreciated the the host agreed to accommodate us 2 hours earlier. The communication was also smooth and easy, via booking messages. The apartment is nicely furnished, all new and modern. It consists of a bedroom, living room and bathroom on the first floor and then a small space with a single bed leading to a lovely terrace on the second. It is not really a good idea for 3 people since the person on the second floor lacks any privacy as there is no door. A spiral staircase with no handrail leads to the second floor which is a beautiful interior design but our 13 year old almost fell on two separate occasions.
