Топ място Не и харесва че не съм объралвнимание че сме до 11 часа и бяхме излезли и хазайна преди 11 даже ни е прибрал всичкия багаж, влизам 11 и 10ч заварям багажа ни прибран като разхварлен че не знае кое къде да слага за капак беше сложил и на чистачката ми нейните дрехи в нашия сак също заедно с нейния телефон добре че и званна телефона та да и върнем багажа, чистачката също точно влизам и ми изхвърли салатата. В банята се беше затиснал от косми сифона дето е душа и го изчистихме и нямаше проблем иначе цяло беше много чисто и комфортно и уютно просто трява да са по спокойни от какъв зор че прибира багажа, ние щяхме да видим на чистачкта дрехите така или иначе. Досега никъде не с ни прибирали багажа!! Но всичко е на ред важното е че беше чисто уюттно и топло
• Snežana (5/5): - Stan je nov, na lepom mestu, blizu centra. Treći sprat bez lifta, u kupatilu nema vešalica za peškire ili za odlaganje garderobe, u sobama nema stonih lampi, u kuhinji nedostaju šolje i čaše za 4 osobe.

• Nikola (1/5): A good stay ruined by an aggressive reaction to a checkout mistake. - I liked the host's father. He's the one who handed me the keys and took the money. He seemed like a normal guy. The actual apartment itself was pretty nice. What could have otherwise been a 10/10 stay unfortunately ended on a very negative note due to the host’s reaction to a mistake that I openly acknowledged and attempted to resolve quickly. I want to start by acknowledging that this situation began with a mistake on my end. I accidentally booked the apartment for one day less than I thought. On the day of checkout, the host called me asking where the key was. At that moment I realized I had misunderstood the booking, and it was already about 10–15 minutes past the checkout time. I immediately apologized and explained the situation. I also told him that my girlfriend had just had surgery and we were currently at a pharmacy about 20 minutes away from the apartment. I assured him I would return as quickly as possible and estimated it would take about 30 minutes. Instead of handling the situation calmly, the host began swearing at me, threatening me, and saying he would throw my belongings out of the apartment. Because of the aggressive tone and threats, I felt uncomfortable returning alone and decided to call the police to be present while I collected my things. When I arrived at the apartment with the police present, the host was there with one or two friends. The situation quickly became tense and escalated in front of the officers. After removing my belongings from the apartment as quickly as possible, the host began laughing and making childish remarks about me. Despite everything, I shook his hand, apologized again for the booking mistake, and asked if I owed him anything for the inconvenience. He told me I did not owe him anything and said my behavior was simply “very rude,” even though I had apologized multiple times and returned as quickly as possible. What could have otherwise been a 10/10 stay unfortunately ended on a very negative note due to the host’s reaction to a mistake that I openly acknowledged and attempted to resolve quickly.

• Glenn (9/5): Good size apartment. - Large apartment with what you would require for a short stay. Be aware up several flights of stairs. Has a timer system for the stair lights so remember to activate them each time you go up/ down a flight otherwise you can be in complete darkness.
• Сніжана (10/5): Я задоволення поживанням в цих апартаментах і з впевненністю можу їх порекомендувати! - Дуже охайно все, чистенько, простора, для нашої родини вдосталь місця. Господарь ввічливий - прийняв нас пізно. Охайне приміщення, є все необхідне для комфортного проживання. Стильний дизайн. В домі є магазин, який працює з 6 години!!! До 22. Господарь ввічливий і приємний у спілкуванні.

• Ene (10/5): - On the way home we stopped one night in Zajecar. It was one of the best decisions we ever made. Although we arrived in the evening, quite late, we did not have any worries. We had a reserved parking space. It is a spacious, clean apartment, tastefully decorated with comfortable beds. The host is very nice. We had a few hours to explore the city at night. we definately reccomand it!
