• Muhammad Izzat Emir (3/5): Poor experience due to mismatch description - The house wasn’t cleaned before we checked in, dirty refrigerator, dead lizard in the sink, AC not working for several room, PIN given was not working, host asked for security deposit before sharing the correct PIN.

• Nur (5/5): - Homestay very big, clean..nice & cozy. Have toys for kids. Have coway also. But owner not friendly..details shown private pool but there is not..do not stay over 12 person..or you will be charged

• Arif (8/5): Value for money! - Place is very convenient and clean. Just the aircond in the kitchen is not working. Else everything is good and highly recommend! The aircond on kitchen did not function.
• Khairol (10/5): Most comfortable homestay in Masai, JB - very clean, comfortable and complete with basic equipment needs. All 4 room have air conditioner in excellent working. Have qiblat direction. 2 bathroom have water heater. Easy to comunicate and discuss with the home owner. Will repeat again. Should add drinking water filter dispenser such as coway or cukoo for customer needs. Other than that very satisfied.

• Zaidii (10/5): Exceptional - Overall everything was good, the bedrooms, kitchen, bathrooms all were super satisfied. Very suitable for a family stay and suit for 8 & more people . Would like to repeat my stay there if i were to go to psir gudang again.

• Izzati (5/5): Passable - How easy it is to stay and enter the homestay. Clean and comfort. How the owner response. Simple things that can be discussed turn to big things that she want to blame everything on customer the biggest disappointment ever, no homestay owner ever done this to me. For me just state what problem happen and then state how much u want to deduct from depo. No need to accused cust and so on.if u are at fault as well just admit it. Not simply said cust wrong u shouldn't do this and that as human being u should have common sense yada yada. The things were not mention in the term and condition at the first place. Hopefully u will be good in future. To repeat and recommend to others no thanks.
