• Lani (6/5): - The host was nice and welcoming. The apartment was spacious. It wasn’t clean. Floors, bathrooms, and countertops were all dirty. Bathroom sinks and toilets had hairs on them. We had to go out of our way and buy cleaning supplies. The small couch armrests were broken and was dirty had food crumbs.

• ISABEL (10/5): 100 recomendado - Nuestro anfitrión fue muy amable y el lugar está muy bien. Limpio, cómodo y seguro. Caminamos por las calles en la noche y sin mayor problema. Desafortunadamente solo estuvimos una noche pero es un lugar al que se le puede sacar mucho provecho puesto que cuenta con todo lo necesario para disfrutar la estancia. Definitivamente volveríamos.

• Guest (1/5): I would not recommend this place to anyone. - This was the most awful experience. The apartment was dirty. There where ants every where on the floor and on the walls. The walls where dirty and hand prints on them. The dishes where dusty and silver ware dirty. The floors where dirty and had not been moped.

• Murillo (1/5): Do Not stay Here ! - The place looked nice but unfortunately wasn't able to stay because of bad service Owner was rude & very unprofessional. The place was advertised as a two bed room yet when booked it said one bedroom. False advertisement. When talking to him about it, he laughed at me and stated I didn't know how to read when I literally have a screenshot of where it said two rooms. Anyways I ended up not staying since he was being very rude. Very bad experience!😡 (although I didn't stay he still wants me to pay)
• Abril (1/5): Unacceptable experience - Nothing From the beginning, our experience with this property was terrible. The check-in process was complicated due to a lack of clear instructions. We never received any contact from the host to explain how it would work. When we called to ask for check-in details, the person who answered was rude and even tried to make us believe that our reservation was not confirmed, despite it clearly showing as confirmed on Booking. When we arrived at the suite, we found it dirty and poorly maintained. There was trash in both the kitchen and bathroom bins, the bathroom had not been properly cleaned, and the bedsheets and blankets were dirty. Additionally, there was no information about the Wi-Fi password. When we called again to ask for it, we were met with another hostile and unprofessional response. They insinuated that we were lying, claiming the information was already provided, which was not true. After insisting, they reluctantly gave us the Wi-Fi password. Another major issue was that we were charged more than what was listed on Booking. When we called to report the dirty bedding, we were again accused of lying and were asked to send photos of the stained blanket. After sending the pictures, instead of offering a solution, they argued that the blanket wasn’t dirty but burned by the dryer and even asked us to smell the stain to confirm this. They told us we could take another blanket, but there were no extra blankets available in the room. Their final response was that if we were not happy, we could leave, and they would refund our money, which was completely unreasonable at 11 PM, when we had no alternative accommodation. Overall, customer service was awful and rude, the room failed to meet basic cleanliness standards, and the lack of communication and information made our stay very unpleasant.

• Natalia (4/5): Overall it wasn’t a horrible stay. The apartment was very clean and we were super close to everything. It’s not how it i - Right in the middle of the city which made it perfect for a weekend in Ensenada. The pool is right in the middle of all the apartments which makes it pretty much unusable since it’s awkward and lacks any privacy. The apartments don’t have air conditioning which leaves you to have the sliding doors open either to the balcony or the living room area. Looks like the other apartment residents live there full time which makes it feel like you’re invading their tiny apartment complex.

• Silvia (10/5): Exceptional - We arrive early and we were able to get the apartment before check in time. Host very friendly, place was clean and modern. Car was secure. Pool and bar-be cue area nice and clean. I will definitely stay there again. The apartment was for 6 people I thought it had at least 3 queen size beds, but it only had 2 king size. One person had to stay on the sofa and another person on the floor since the other 2 couples were in the other 2 beds. it should have enough beds for 6 people.

• Sandra (10/5): My two kids had an amazing vacation as they enjoyed the pool at midnight and there was no worries about them getting kid - I loved that it’s a family business and they are there to help you and make you feel welcomed. I loved that it had everything close by such as tacos, Oxxo, Tortilleria, the park, bakery ( delicious cakes - only) and it is not too far from the strip. This family owners are amazing people; I have told all my friend about it for their next vacation. The bed sheets are washed and changed every time a new person/family books the suite. You won’t regret it as you have pots, pans, plates mugs, that way you can save money by making breakfast before leaving to the strip. I met the lady and her husband and they made us feel like family. Amazing! There is nothing wrong. 😀

• Christina (7/5): Nice but needs improvement! - loved the Garage parking. The apartment was beautiful and modern. Pool was great. Beds were comfortable. The bathroom was filthy. The sink and toilet were gross. They had not been cleaned prior to our arrival. The beds seemed dirty as well. one bed was covered in dirt. could have been from the Windows being left open. The windows are not safe for small children. They begin at the floor and open sideways. I was paranoid about my kids falling the entire time. they are also very thin and could hear the very loud traffic all night. Also the description on the add states a “a sofa bed” there was no pull out sofa bed. instead we were given a small mattress . For almost $200 a night I was disappointed my kids had to sleep on the floor and in my bed. There is no AC or TVs in the bedrooms.
