• Batuhan (1/5): rezalet - Tesisin beğenilecek hiç bir şeyi yok Çok kötü bir otel, personel de asık suratlı odalar pis. 0 hijyen çarşaflar pisti söylememize rağmen zorla değiştirdiler. Havluları rutubet kokuyor yeni yıkadıkları havlular bile kötü kokuyordu. 3 gün kaldık housekeeping bile gelmedi odada sinekler vardı. Kesinlikle çok kötü bir yer asla kalmanızı tavsiye etmem.

• Enzo (7/5): Bon séjour avec quelques améliorations possibles - Hôtel sympa avec une piscine agréable. Le lit est confortable, la connexion Wi-Fi est bonne et une fontaine à eau est disponible à l’entrée de l’hôtel. Le ménage est fait tous les jours, ce qui est appréciable. Le service de location de scooter sur place est pratique et notre scooter était neuf, ce qui était parfait. Dans l’ensemble le séjour était correct. En revanche, il n’y avait pas assez de serviettes dans la chambre (manque de tapis de sol après la douche et de serviettes pour les mains) et les serviettes n’étaient pas changées tous les jours. Il n’y avait pas non plus de boissons à disposition dans l’hôtel, la colonne de douche commençait à montrer des signes de fatigue et il y avait une petite odeur de canalisation dans les toilettes. La location de scooter devait obligatoirement être réglée en espèces ce qui n’était pas très pratique.

• Hasan (10/5): Immer wieder hierher kommen - Es lag an einem sehr ruhigen Ort, obwohl nebenan eine Baustelle war hat es nicht gestört. Die Räume sind schön und die Anlage ebenfalls. Die Küchenutensilien könnten allerdings mal erneuert werden!! Zwei neue Pfannen und ein Topf sind bestimmt nicht ganz so teuer.

• salgado monteiro (8/5): - le personnel est chaleureux et l’endroit est top. il y a des lézards et des insectes dans la chambre car ils rentrent par les murs ( car il y a des trous) qui ramènent à dehors . quelques taches sur la literie. J’avais appeler la personne de l’accueil qui m’avais dis impossible de faire partir le lézard , alors il était là pendant tout mon séjour . j’y suis resté 4 jours et je n’ai pas eu de cleanage sur ma chambre . le personnel est super mais ne parle pas anglais

Rooms not spacious enough, There’s no ventilation in rooms and a continuous smell is present in room. We stayed for 2 days and used room sprays to combat that smell. Our room door not even close properly and it was a task to lock and unlock the door.

• Antoinetta Joris Reincia (1/5): Catastrophe - Rien Je n’ai même pas pu rester une journée complète alors que j’avais réservé pour 4 nuits. La salle de bain sentait fortement l’urine, la chambre était très humide et la literie était sale. Je suis très déçue de cette expérience.

Parfois il y a un léger manque d'intimité je trouvais mais ce n'était pas très dérangeant.

Serviette, fer à repasser… La piscine est ouverte jusqu’à 00:00h et les chambres sont très biens. Tout est comme sur les photos. Les serviettes et les rideaux étaient tachés… et quelques tâches sont présentes sur les draps. Hormis ça tout est ok.

• Selina (6/5): A peaceful place with friendly staff and a beautiful setting, but cleanliness and the remote location were drawbacks. - Casadela Canggu is located in a quiet and peaceful area, which makes it a great spot to relax and unwind. The property itself is beautifully designed and has a calm atmosphere. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We especially appreciated that they organized an airport shuttle for us, which was reliable and ran smoothly. While the location is peaceful, it’s quite far from central Canggu. With the usual traffic, it takes around 20 minutes by scooter or car to reach the main areas, and walking can take at least 30 minutes. The biggest downside for us, however, was the cleanliness. There was visible dirt around the toilet and in the corners of the bathroom, which made the space feel less well-maintained than expected.

• Emma (6/5): Everything was great except the bed was pretty awful - Good location, close enough to the city but far enough away from the noise. Cute place, nice pool. Nice & quiet. The bed was rock hard, I’ve never slept in such a hard bed, woke up with a sore shoulder & back. Also we booked 2 beds which they confirmed with us when we got there it was a double bed, they said they had sold out which makes no sense as I had booked months in advance & they confirmed after booking it would be 2 beds.

Ik hoop dat de eigenaar van de balinese gewoonte afgaat van niets doen met advies. Parasollen voor bij t zwembad Topmatrassen! Bedden zijn echt te hard Schoonmaken kamers elke kamer met schoonwater laten gebruiken lekker zeepie er is weinig werk voor t personeel dus aanpakken kan beter.

• roy (9/5): Goede appartementen. - Het zwembad de kamers zijn ruim. De plek is goed personeel is netjes De bedden zijn veelste hard daar mogen echt wel wat zachte topmatrassen voor gekocht worden. Met de prijs die gehanteerd word kan dit makkelijk is een kleine investering van 2 a 3 million per kamer. Later schoonmaken van keuken en terrein vanaf 10 uur zou beter zijn zodat mensen ook kunnen uitslapen. Het is gehorig dus neem oordoppen mee, maar dit is overal op bali.

Номер "пустой", не хватает декора. Нет зонтиков у лежаков, приходится прятаться под маленькой пальмой, мало лежаков. Уделите внимание номерам к прачке которая вас обслуживает и будет отличное жилье за эти деньги.

На территории всегда было тихо, соседи приятные, культурные люди. Возможно немного недостаточно места для хранения вещей. Но мы как-то уместились.
• Mathilde (10/5): Amazing! - It’s like on the photos 🙌🏼 Everything is comfy and the staff is friendly. The room was very clean and they even offer cleaning services every days. I booked 2 single beds but they only had a double-bed room. Double-check with them before you arrive as I didn’t see any separate beds at all in the other rooms.
