- Ferrera (10/5): Días maravilloso en armacao de pera. - El piso estupendo. Muy amplio y cómodo. Super limpio y cerca del paseo marítimo. Nos ha encantado. Y la piscina super grande. Lo recomendamos 100x100
- José Batista (5/5): - Boa localização. Acesso a Piscina. Acesso a estacionamento em garagem. Boas areas. Algumas portas precisam ser arranjadas. Impede que as restantes pessoas da casa consigam descansar de tanto barulho que se faz para abrir ou fechar. A casa por estar tão vazia faz imenso eco o que mais uma vez impede que se consiga descansar. A TV da casa é mais antiga que a própria casa. Mas pelo valor do aluguer não estava a espera de um equipamento tão antigo e de tão baixa qualidade. Uma das portas do armário na cozinha está em mau estado e poderia ter provocado algum acidente,
- Faustino (9/5): Estadia perfeita em familia. - O apartamento possui todas as comodidades para uma boa estadia, a localização era muito boa e possui estacionamento em parqueamento no edifício, recolher e entregar as chaves foi fácil. A fechadura do apartamento é frágil, os colchões já acusam algum uso.
