• József (9/5): - Kényelmes és tiszta, ízlésesen berendezett. A recepciós rendívül lassú és körülményes. A hotel megközelíthetősége nem egyszerű.
• Kata (4/5): A hotel, ahová nem térek vissza - Elhelyezkedés. Szőrszál a sárga foltos lepedőn. Leszakadt függöny. Előző vendég utáni morzsás, hajas, koszos szőnyeg. 30 éves bútor. Fél órás zárjavítáy este 9-kor, mert nem tudtunk bejutni a szobába. A csilivili kerek új mosdótál fölé a sarokból 3 cm-re nyúlik be a csap, csak a tükör mos@sára alkalmas, nem a kezeinkre. Van felújított szoba is, de dohányzóterasz mellett inkább lemondtunk róla, mert pihenni vágytunk.

Personál milý a ochotný, vytápění a klima naprosto funkční, parkování pod hotelem (jen ne pro vysoké, nebo sportovní vozy). Hezký útulný hotel. Čisté povlečení, snídaně dostačující. Hotel by potřeboval trochu péče, sprchy špatně odtékají, celkově působí ušmudlaným dojmem, po odsunutí skříňky opravdu špína a bordel, zkrátka Bylo by potřeba trochu zapracovat na čistotě a byl by to velmi příjemný hotel.

• elazar (3/5): - Regarding the hotel staff and service There was a very nice representative at the check-in, but in the morning at breakfast time I did not receive service from the hotel and there were problems with breakfast, which left a poor service experience. Breakfast was just a disgrace I wouldn't call it breakfast And I had to wait 15 minutes to get hot water to drink tea
• zsolt (10/5): A szállodából minden könnyedén elérhető - Kiváló szálloda. Az elhelyezkedése nagyon központi, a sétáló utcára lépsz ki a szállodából. Berendezése rendkívül szép, esztétika, stílus és minőség jellemzi. Klasszikus reggelit kaptunk, minden friss volt. Standard szobát foglaltunk, 2 főre és sok csomaggal érkeztünk, az kissé szűkösnek bizonyult, de kértünk egy tágasabb szobát az tökéletes volt. Tisztaság, kiszolgálás, kedvesség kiváló. Sétáló övezeti elhelyezkedése végett a parkolás miatt aggódtunk, de mélygarázzsal rendelkezik, ahol az autónk teljes biztonságban volt. Gyalogosok közt könnyen megközelíthető. Igaz kissé szűkösnek bizonyult, de rendkívül nagy előnye, hogy VAN !

• Ildikó (9/5): Összeségében választanám újra ezt a helyet, megfelelt az igényeinknek. - Nagyon jó helyen van a belvárosban, antik stílusú szép belső tér, tiszta szobák, elegáns környezet. Finom volt a reggeli is.
• Paszkál (9/5): Pár éjszakai tartózkodásra ideális, központi elhelyezkedés, szép szállás. - A szállás belvárosban található, jól megközelíthetők a város főbb szórakozáshoz szükséges pontjai (éttermek, bárok, szórakozóhelyek). A szoba hőmérséklete egyénileg szabályozható volt, kényelmes ágy, kedves recepciós kollégák. Egyedül a reggeli minősége nincs teljesen összhangban a szálloda többi részével. Nem volt rossz, de nem is kiemelkedő.

• Krisztian (6/5): - The hotel is very well placed. The staff was kind. It was cold in the hotel room, 18-19 degrees. I have been asked in 2 days 3 times the staff to turn on the heating system. They told me that it will be turned on soon but nothing happened. I had 2 different online meetings and the internet was working really slow, I had to turn on my own hotspot.
• norbert (10/5): - A reggeli tökéletes volt a felszolgáló fiú előre köszönt és nagyon segítőkész volt ,tökéletes az elhelyezkedés egy egynapos győri buli túrára! Máskor is idejönnék! A hotel mellett van egy öltöny bolt Albert 7 ahol bitang szettek vannak!:-)) Köszönjük szépen!

• Kálmán (9/5): - Reggeli minden igény kielégítő. Elhelyezkedés a belváros közepén. Nagyon igényes felszereltséggel rendelkező szálláshely! Parkolás a környék miatt nehézkes, s csak több kanyar után lehetett kicsit messzebb parkolóhelyet találni. Fűtés nem működött megfelelően, nagyon hűvös volt a szobákban is és a reggelizőhelyen is.

• Prejit (1/5): Bad Experience - Hotel is located in a central area. I am writing to formally raise a concern regarding my recent stay at your hotel and the manner in which additional charges were applied at checkout. We had booked a double room with two single beds and checked in at approximately 22:00 for a one-night stay. At the time of booking, a request for two single beds had already been noted. Upon arrival, the receptionist on duty, Mr. Janos, informed us that as the hotel did not have a room available with two single beds for a one-night stay, he would offer us two rooms instead. At no point during this discussion was it communicated that this arrangement would incur any additional charges. Based on this understanding, we accepted the offer. Later that evening, a friend briefly visited my colleague at the hotel for approximately 15–30 minutes. This visit appeared to cause visible dissatisfaction to Mr. Janos, which was unexpected and, regrettably, felt unnecessarily personal in nature. The following morning, upon checkout, the receptionist on the morning shift informed us that we were required to pay for the second room as well as an additional charge for the visitor. We were further advised that these charges had been entered into the system by Mr. Janos due to his dissatisfaction with the visitor. While we did not dispute the visitor charge, despite questioning its necessity, we strongly objected to being charged for the second room. This room was offered by the hotel as a service solution to accommodate our original booking request, without any disclosure of additional cost. Charging €52 retrospectively under these circumstances is, in our view, unjustified and unprofessional. Beyond the financial aspect, the principle and reasoning behind the charge are of greater concern. Decisions influenced by personal sentiment rather than transparent policy and professional conduct are disappointing and fall short of the service standards one would reasonably expect.

They have decent breakfast, nice parking underground, even charring stations for EVs - this would have been a big plus if it was working The only problem was that the EV charging station was not functional, the personnel was very helpful and tried to help, but in the end it didn't worked.
• Csaba (9/5): Csak ajánlani tudom. - A szálloda Győr óvárosában található. Egy barokk épületet alakítottak át szállodává. Nagyon szép a szálloda belsőépítészete, szépek a bútorok és a világítótestek. Minden látnivaló közelben található. A szálloda bejárata kissé távolabbról, az útról nem látszik, egy keskeny sikátorra nyílik. Sajnos nem áll rendelkezésre olyan saját parkoló, ahol nagyobb méretű személygépkocsival lehetne parkolni, ezért kénytelenek voltunk nyilvános parkolóban letenni az autónkat. Szerencsére a közelben számos parkolási lehetőség is rendelkezésre áll, A Dunakapu téren mélygarázs is van.

• Mgr Liběna Anna (8/5): Umístění hotelu splnilo nadmíru naše očekávání - Super poloha hotelu hned u hlavního náměstí, kde se konaly adventní trhy. Velmi blízko termálním lázním. Parkování v podzemí hotelu. Příjemní recepční. Pokoj 225 - matrace snad z betonu. Snídaňová nabídka velmi, velmi chudá.

• Jirina (6/5): Na jednu noc to stačí - Poloha, nápomocný personál recepce Složitý vjezd k hotelu přes zábrany na náměstí. Výjez byl blokován stánky, které byly stavěny na celém náměstí. Snídaně patřila k průměrným. Postel i koupelna čisté, ale zbytek pokoje moc ne.

• Tamás (5/5): Ár érték arányban megfelelő lett volna, ha a fűtés működik rendesen, így azonban nem. - Jó helyen volt. Szép volt a szoba. Hideg volt. Külön kellett kérni a fűtés bekapcsolását, amit másnap ismét kikapcsoltak, ezért inkább eljöttünk. Télen ne menj....
• Susanna Thater (7/5): Nettes Personal, aber kein gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. - Sehr freundliches Personal, auch an der Rezeption, und der Frühstücks-Chef ist besonders hervorzuheben, er hat sich wunderbar um die Frühstücksgäste gekümmert. Das Zimmer ist nett, aber das Bad ist nicht so toll, der Wasserhahn war völlig verkalkt, die Duschkabine undicht, die Lüftung zu laut. Der Preis ist zu hoch dafür, was das Hotel insgesamt bietet. Die Tiefgarage ist sehr eng und schwer zu finden.
