• Piotr (3/5): A "perfect holiday" which (literally!) went down the drain - 1. Good location near a small beach 2. Apartment was clean when we arrived 3. Well equipped - washing machine, dishwasher, electric kettle (organized after our request), big fridge, nice bathroom, effective air conditioning. 4. Comfortable bed 5. Quite well working mobile internet provided by the owner (T-Mobile Montenegro) HELL in the apartment started at 8 AM when the swimming pool (located on top of the building) was opened to the residents of the building. It lasted until 22 PM. The water form the pool overflew and fell DIRECTLY along the facade of the building on the balcony of the apartment creating an instant flood (!!!) What's more, there are two draining pipes which are attached to the building and their role is to let the water fall from the pool down to the ground. So imagine a water current falling down a vertical, metal drainage pipe 20 meters down and banging against another metal drainage pipe!!! The sound was EXTREMELY LOUD even with windows shut! When I went up to the swimming pool to check what was going on - some extremely rude Turkish guy informed me that he knows about the problem, the owner has been informed but he will not fix it now due to some construction regulations. He also offended me saying that I am too fat! The ower Maria promised that I could park the car along the building but I was constantly asked to remove my car by a man called Cetin - another Turkish guy. The plaster walls in the "new" apartment near the floor are completely destroyed - there is a lot of fungus on the walls (in the living room and bedroom). It looks terrible and is definitely unhealthy. The owner didn't fulfill her obligation to register us a the local registration office - avoided to pay obligatory local tax. In effect, we didn't have the proof of temporary residency at the border. The owner didn't care whether we had a good stay or not. She took the money on the first day of arrival and never appeared again. The owner perfectly knows that her apartment is in terrible state but cynically takes €72 per night. It is a rip-off in daylight. I have videos and pictures to prove what I wrote here but I cannot attach them. NEVER AGAIN!!
