• Nathan (10/5): Très bon séjour ! - Un personnel tout simplement exceptionnel ! Le personnel de l’hôtel est prêt à tout pour le confort des clients. Dès l’arrivée, l’accueil est irréprochable : sourire, professionnalisme et une attention constante à toutes les demandes. La chambre était impeccable et parfaitement équipée et d’une propreté exemplaire. L’hôtel est parfaitement situé (métro, tram, restaurants, …). Un immense merci à toute l’équipe pour sa gentillesse et spécialement à Toprak pour son sens du service. Je recommande les yeux fermés. Une adresse à retenir absolument !
• Ahmed (4/5): - Le personnel était sympathique et accueillant - Pas d’isolation dans les chambres (on étend facilement une discussion normale de l’autre chambre) - Climatisation bruyante dans la chambre et empêche de dormir la nuit - La propreté généralement était bien mais en regardant dans les détails, il y avait des cheveux sur le lit et l’oreiller - L’emplacement est loin des sites touristiques. N’est pas du tout idéal pour les touristes car plein de commerçants grossistes à côté

Do Hagia Sofia około 25 minut pieszo. Polecam 👍 Aby iść kierunku centrum, trzeba podejść pod górkę. Starsze osoby z mojej grupy miały problemy i z wejściem i z zejściem.

Το προγευμα του ηταν ικανοποιητικο. Το δωματιο μας το.οποιο ηταν budget room ηταν σχετικα μικρο αλλα καθαρο και το μπανιο ευρυχωρο. Το προσωπκκομηταν αρκετα εξυπηρετικο. The room needed a dining table and some dishes like plates. The location was close to the metro but the hotel was on a steep road, if you are traveling with elderly people and a stroller with children, it will be a bit of a problem to climb.

• Mirza (10/5): Mislili smo da je scam, ali smo se oduševili hotelom, svaka čast! - Odlican hotel sa pristupacnom cijenom. Čista i uredna soba. Osoblje hotela u svakom trenutku je bilo tu za nas. Vratili bi se ponovo! Lokacija hotela. Sve je blizu i na glavnoj ulici ste za par minuta, ali je zavucenoj ulici.

• VIEIRA (9/5): - L'accueil chaleureux, la disponibilité et la gentillesse du personnel. La proximité des principaux sites, des commerces, restauration. Appartement assez spacieux. Très bon rapport qualité prix pour quelques jours à Istanbul. Dans la "suite" est indiqué kitchenette alors qu'il y a uniquement un évier et un réfrigérateur et rien d'autre. Placards vides, aucune vaisselle, aucun point de cuisson ni micro-ondes. C'est dommage quand on s'attend à pouvoir cuisiner un peu. Au petit déjeuner quelques fruits seraient appréciés et du vrai café.

• EMILIANA (10/5): Insuperable. - Hotel remodelado, es pequeñito pero súper acogedor. La habitación estaba impecable, súper bonita, vale 100% la pena. Estaba a tan solo 10 minutos caminando de lugares turísticos bellísimos, como la universidad o el gran bazar, casas de cambio y tiendas. El personal fue muy amable, atento y respetuoso. La recepción está abierta las 24 horas. Muy buen hotel, sin duda volvería a quedarme si volviera a Estambul. 10/10 Todo estaba INCREÍBLE.

• Mariam (9/5): Good value of money, great for 3-4 days stay. - If you are first time in Istanbul this location is really good, you are in Grand Bazaar in 11 min by walk and 20-25min to Blue Mosque. Beds are very comfortable and room is clean. Stuff is very welcoming and lovely. Great restaurants nearby and Turkish delight shops, also 5-6min walk to the tram station. If you want to be a lit on a central/busy area this is not for you. Water pressure was great in the shower but if you are someone who enjoys long shower have in mind that water gets cold very soon. Breakfast is very poor as well if you are picky eater.

C’est un hôtel gérer par une famille. Des jeunes respectueux et disponible à chaque demande. L’inconvénient est la pente c’est un peu le problème de Istanbul. Les pentes sont très haute. Sinon son emplacement et au cœur de Istanbul dans le quartier de Bayezid à 13 minutes à pieds des monuments historiques. Pour ma part c’était pas si dérangeant parce que les pentes y’en a de partout

L’emplacement est parfait, proche des principaux sites touristiques et des transports. Le personnel est vraiment gentil et serviable toujours souriant surtout Mr ali . La chambre était très propre et bien entretenue chaque jour. Le petit-déjeuner était copieux et de bonne qualité. Un vrai coup de coeur cette hotel Nous reviendrons avec plaisir lors de notre prochain voyage à Istanbul !

Un grand merci à M. Osman et son équipe pour leur accueil chaleureux, leur bienveillance et leur professionnalisme envers moi, ma femme et nos trois enfants. Nous nous sommes sentis comme à la maison dès le premier jour. L’hôtel est très propre, le petit-déjeuner excellent, et la localisation idéale : proche du centre, des monuments historiques, des restaurants et cafés réputés, tout se fait à pied sans besoin de transport. Un séjour exceptionnel que je recommande vivement à tous ceux qui souhaitent découvrir Istanbul dans les meilleures conditions !

The room did not match the photos at all – in reality, it was an improvised space set up in a room that previously had a “Staff Only” sign. During my 3-night stay, the room was not cleaned even once. It was dirty in every corner, with no attention to hygiene or maintenance. This room does not meet even the minimum accommodation standards, let alone any certification requirements. I do not recommend it and will not return. Very disappointing.

• Мария (10/5): We warmly thank Osman, who made our vacation unforgettable🥰 (Lera & Masha) - Very nice hotel and staff, cleaning every day. Breakfast is also ok, there were some variety of dishes every day, even Russian salad😁 We always had hot water, what was really important. The tram station and metro are close enough. And there are some cheap shops and cafes nearby. The place is not perfect, but we knew it before booking thanks to previous reviews. The hotel is really located on a hill, leaving it you will need to climb up every time. We were traveling light, so it didn't bother us at all.

• Mojgan (1/5): Misleading Ratings and Dishonest Management – Avoid This Hotel - NOTHING! I booked this hotel on Booking.com for five nights based on its high ratings and affordable price, expecting a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Istanbul. However, my experience turned out to be a nightmare. First, the location was far from ideal. The area felt unsafe and unappealing. The rooms were tiny—barely enough space for one person, let alone two—and the walls were so thin that I could hear every single noise from neighboring rooms, including coughing and conversations. This made it impossible to get any sleep. In the morning, I was woken up by the smell of eggs (I was on the fourth floor!), and although the bathroom appeared new, there was a persistent unpleasant odor. The hotel’s overall atmosphere was anything but restful. After enduring just one night, I decided to check out and book another hotel to salvage my trip. When I spoke to the manager, they initially agreed to let me cancel the rest of my stay if I paid for one night plus an additional 40 euros as a penalty. I was ready to pay this just to leave, but then the manager suddenly changed their mind and refused to refund anything. I was forced to pay for all five nights, even though I only stayed for one. The manager was unfriendly and unprofessional, and they insisted this was the best room I could find in the area, which was blatantly untrue. To add insult to injury, I ended up paying for two hotels for five nights because of this awful experience. Booking.com’s ratings completely misled me, and this hotel is nothing like what is described online. Do yourself a favor: avoid this hotel at all costs. It’s not worth the money, the stress, or the discomfort. You can definitely find better accommodations in Istanbul for a similar price.
