• Yemi (7/5): The staff was very responsive in dealing with the checking issues and security concerns raised at checkin. There was an - Liked the location and the ground floor chalets. Checkin was rather convoluted and required several calls to get settled. Also didn’t have a working TV connected to the internet during my stay.

You can find better accommodations in Accra, even at this rate. - The staff was very nice but I did have to ask multiple times for them cancel a duplicate reservation so that I did not get charged, which was frustrating. It is not well kept or sanitary. My room was switched 3x. My first room had a missing toiling seat (yellow water) , lights not working, stained bedding. The second room also had stained bedding and issues. The third room, although more modern, had exposed wires in the bathroom, worms coming through the shower tiling, crumbs in the bed and hard water stains on pipes. There was nothing comfortable about the stay or as advertised on booking.com. The property goes by a different name upon arrival than Enzo. I was given an egg sandwich that I believe gave me food poisoning. Coming in late at night, to get to my room staff is sleeping in common areas (not an issue and common for Ghana) but unsettling if you’re traveling solo and coming in late nights when you have to wake them to unchain the restaurant door just so you can get to your room. I will say the staff was nice and open to making sure I was satisfied but the property itself needs work.

• Gloria (10/5): Centrally located premises which are good value for money, with pleasant staff. - The staff are helpful and friendly and the location central. It is a good thing that there is back up power, the frequent power cuts are disruptive.
• Mary Magdalene (10/5): I would be back everytime I am in Lagos! A solid 9/10 for me! - Everyone was super friendly especially Adebola! She was a sweetheart, treated me so nicely, I came late, she kept calling to make sure I was coming and stayed awake to give me the keys, she was very thoughtful. There was no light for some hours but they made sure I was still very comfortable, got water for me, and kept apologizing, they were all so thoughtful, even got me bread and Suya 😅

• Sam (1/5): Very terrible experience and even worse after checkout cos they lies in email that I smoked! WTF - Breakfast was not offered, they lied in a email response the next day that someone knocked and I didn’t respond! The audacity!. I paid for the price stated on booking.com but in the email as seen in pictures they are claiming they gave me promo as tho they did me a favour! Run from this hotel o I do not recommend 😡 for a place that doesn’t offer breakfast u would think they would do good by guests in other areas !!!! I booked Studio room and was given a regular “pod”room, no internet access, no tv cos no internet , hallway noise entering my room, smoke detector noise interrupting my sleep(until I insisted someone come stop it) , again no wifi on excuses the boss is trying to load the internet 😡 and oh the water from the showers stink so badly and yellow colored-I was too scared to shower throughout my stay 😡but y’all collected full payment for shitty service…. I saw the negative reviews on google map but thought to have faith in them. I regret that so much right now😡gosh so annoying Update: today is June 12 a day after I checked out and dropped my review here and instead of getting an apology email, I received a email (which I’ll attach) full of lies and lies in defence to my experience from the establishment—- so here’s the full story- i called the number attached to the booking to confirm the studio apartment which I selected is available and he confirmed-I asked him address and the adddess he gave was different from what was on booking.com (medical guild) he told us the address is Oliver Twist behind zenith bank headquarters in vi.my husband and I checked in btw 1.30-1.40pm-a portal picked up my bag from the car and my husband left, immediately I stepped into the room I asked the portal I thought it’s supposed to be a studio room with kitchen and the rest he said “this is a pod” I was too tired to argue as I wanted to just shower and sleep-I got to the bathroom and the water was smelling and yellow and I didn’t shower cos of the water situation. I asked the front desk on WhatsApp for the wifi password and didn’t get a response-I called at 1.45pm and was told they are waiting for their boss to load the Wi-Fi-I was like wow,how long will this take-she said very soon ma. I dozed off and woke up to the smoke alarm beeping non stop (continued in pictures)

• Olabode (10/5): AWESOME + PEACEFUL - The staffs here are amazing. They go above and beyond to make my stay pleasant. It felt at home and I didn’t want to leave on my end date. Even though my booking didn’t include breakfast, they added complimentary breakfast for my entire 1month stay NOTHING! I love the rooms, the internet, food and the ambience. Their Friday Kareoke where you win different tangible gifts is the best

They didn't make me feel like I was asking for too much. I didn't like that my room didn't have hot water and to get hot water was a hassel. I also didn't like that there was a day there wasn't electricity and water, so I was a bit late to my event because of it. But the host was quite apologetic about it and said she'd refund me for that day but, I didn't get it tho 🤔

• Bara'atu (8/5): Overall, it was a very nice stay, I highly recommend it. - The place was very clean, quiet, peaceful, and calm. The location too is great. The place is kind very dark at night, the food was slightly expensive, and no complimentary water.

• Godspower (10/5): Enjoyable. Friendly staff - The top-down approach to guest satisfaction. When I had a very slight issue and raised it up with them, the manager, Mr. Steve swung to rectify the issue (which was not impacting my stay or comfort) with expendiency, empathy and sincerity. Solid management with said Mr. Steve being on-ground and hands-on. Chinyere, one of the waitresses was superb as well and had a strong sense of ownership, which I remarked to the manager. She was spectacular. Raised my very slight concern with the team in person.
• Olawale (1/5): Any apartment posted without the pictures of the compound or outside is a lie. - Their bed was okay. I guess that was the only thing I paid for, aside their AC and TV too. Everything described on the page before I made the booking was a lie. No water pool. Infact they asked me to pack before the road, until I packed inside their narrow compound. I could not bath till I left the place as the experience was just not it for the value of the money paid. The rooms were just bunch of boys quarters turned apartments. Fridge not working, they had to change it after complaint. No microwave and wardrobe was useless for me.
