• Diana (10/5): - Perto de Braşov, casa com ótimo aspeto, bem iluminada com uma janela enorme na sala com vista para um vale de pinheiros onde é possível ver diariamente pessoas a subir o vale de onde tem uma vista magnífica. A temperatura dentro de casa é muito confortável. Bastante espaço exterior para usufruir também
• Ioana2016 (10/5): - O proprietate foarte spatioasa, foarte bine dotata.. Raportul calitate pret exceptional si ofera o intimitate unde rar gasesti. Mocheta din dormitoare, lumina naturala, bucataria spatioasa sunt mofturi care te fac sa te simti cu adevarat in vacanta. O sa revenim oricand avem drum spre Brasov! 🩷

• Isabella-Andreea (4/5): Facilitatile lasa de dorit cat si ospitalitatea - Casa este frumoasa, este aranjata cu bun gust, camerele sunt frumoase, spatioase. - PROPRIETARUL: un domn care pare destul de infumurat, va v-a trimite mesaj cu “regulile casei”, respectiv “fara petreceri, dupa ora 22:00 este ora de liniste”, de parca cineva va merge la dansul sa inchirieze o casa ca sa doarma in ea de la ora 22:00 la fel cum poate sa faca acasa, gratis. Desigur, toti inchiriam o casa cu scopul de a face un gratar, a asculta o muzica in limita bunului simt, asa ca, dansul ar putea sa exprime mesajul cum ca doreste bun simt, intr-un stil mai subtil si mai cu bun simt. DE ASEMENEA, avand in vedere faptul ca nu am avut niciun fel de contact cu domnul in cauza deoarece nu ne-am intalnit la locatie deloc, la check-out i-am trimis mesaj dansului DACA AR PUTEA CUMVA sa imi trimita o FACTURA si un BON FISCAL deoarece as dori sa decontez la munca. Dansul nu mi-a mai raspuns, BRUSC, asa ca, la cateva ore, am mai “insistat” cu un mesaj, respectiv “Se poate?”, desigur, domnul nu a mai raspuns. In cazul in care proprietatea nu ofera bon fiscal, macar ar putea, din bun simt si obraz fata de client, avand in vedere ca are OBLIGATIA de a emite BON FISCAL si FACTURA in urma unei rezervari, ar putea macar sa raspunda cu faptul ca nu, nu se poate. Insa probabil pretentiile sunt prea mari. - casa este compartimentata in urmatorul fel: la etaj sunt doua dormitoare, un dormitor are baie in interior, iar celalalt nu dispune de baie. Jos sunt doua dormitoare si doua bai pe hol, asa ca cel care are camera de la etaj fara baie, trebuie sa coboare mereu jos cand doreste sa mearga la baie. - nu am avut niciun prosop de bucatarie - nu am avut HARTIE IGIENICA la bai, am ajuns la cazare si aveam nevoie la toaleta, asa ca am fost nevoiti mai intai sa mergem la cumparaturi!!!

• Margarita (8/5): Всё хорошо, кроме обмана с локацией дома. - Хороший загородный дом. Уютный, просторный. Теплые полы в санузлах. Большой двор. Адрес в букинге не тот, где находится дом. Никто не предупредил об этом. Хозяин прислал геолокацию, но не уточнил, что это в 20 мин езды от адреса на сайте. Наш самолет задержали и нам пришлось ночью искать новый адрес. Дом в поселке 15 мин от Брашов. Без машины не добраться В доме не хватает гигиенических средств и полотенец. Хорошо бы добавить туалетную бумагу и бумагу в кухню, мешки для мусора.
• Cosmin (10/5): Excellent place to stay! - Excellent accommodation, the house is furnished with taste and equipped with good quality items, easy to access the city by car, big back yard, comfortable parking space within the premises. We liked everything!

• Mohamad Affiq Syahrizal (8/5): Beautiful house to stay in without the hustle and bustle of being in the Brasov city center. - Its a beautiful house. We went when the weather was turning cold and really liked the heated floors and also that the heated water never ran out for a group of 6. It’s a new development in Oct 2025 so the road leading up to it was incomplete and very bumpy. It was also a bit creepy at night because of how dark everything was outside.

• David (8/5): Great place to stay especially with dogs!! - Great place to stay lovely house suited us perfectly as we were on the road with our dogs driving through Europe totally enclosed and safe, facilities were great friendly neighbours And great views what more could you ask for. It was extremely hot could have done with air conditioning
