Il m'a gentiment proposé un chauffage d'appoint et m'a proposé de me véhiculer à certains endroits pour faciliter mon programme. Logement bien situé, calme, simple, mais bien tenu, et espaces communs très correctement équipés. Très bon rapport qualité-prix. Adresse fort agréable pour moi qui voyageais seule. JE RECOMMANDE, et merci beaucoup à Luis ! Rien ! Logement parfait dans ce type de catégorie.

• Denisse (3/5): Ratones en el entretecho. - La ubicación. Había ruido de ratones en el entretecho y en la madrugada sonaba como que estuvieran martillando el baño.

• Ana Maria (10/5): Acogedora residencia en Valdivia - La atencion fue muy amable, hasta nos enviaron informacion sobre actividades para realizar. El lugar cuenta con una cocina donde pudimos prepararnos el desayuno, calentar agua y preparar alguna cosita para llevar. Muy satisfecha con el lugar Si bien el lugar cuenta con espacio para ingresar el auto, el mismo es muy pequeño, y resultaba complicado sacarlo y meterlo nuevamente. Estuve solo una noche, por lo que no fue problemático

• Mike (10/5): Great value no thrills accommodation for the budget minded traveller - If you want good value, clean accommodation, within a 10-15 minute walk from the city centre and most of the amenities this place could fit the bill. Friendly and helpful staff. Some of the rooms do not have exterior windows, be aware when making the booking

It was great, spacious room very warm, clean toilets was everything you could really want Only slight hiccup was our room was on the edge and didn’t really get wifi at all.
• Charlotte (10/5): Exceptional - Exceptional on everything, the cost is very good for Valdivia it's a place just a few blocks in to Centro, the staff are really kind, there are good people and so helpful too, you can have a good stay in Valdivia because of them 😊 I like the heating also, beds are comfy it's so clean and u have freedom .. There's nothing to not like.. it's great 👍🏼
